I'm super happy with these Crocs. They are incredibly comfortable. Easy on and off. I've been wearing mine in the yard and am glad that they hose off so well. They do get toasty in warmer weather so I won't be wearing them as much during the hot Summer months.

I am a nurse, so I am on my feet all day. I was looking for something light and supportive as well as wide enough for my Flintstones squares. I got it with these shoes. I do wish there was some way to get some ventilation in there but I'd rather have my tootsies protected from spills/hospital floors. Bottom line, these are great.

I'm a 64 year old nurse, on my feet for 12 hours shifts and these shoes are very, very comfortable. However, I would recommend wearing them around the house or out doing errands before wearing them for 12 hours the first time. I needed a little bit more time getting used to them since I wear sneakers all the time.

Comfy for long work days, good support, my biggest complaint is towards the end of a long day they begin to squeak when you walk! I'll take that over wearing something uncomfortable any day. Read in previous reviews that they ran large so I ordered the next size down. Unfortunately this shoe wasn't available in half sizes as I feel I would still be comfortable in a half size larger, but it is only tight across the top of my foot. Very manageable!

I bought this pair of shoes based on the reviews. I wear an 8 mostly, sometimes 8 1/2. I ordered an 8. These shoes were very snug on my feet, and even as tight as they were, the heel still slipped off. I was really hoping they would be as roomy as everyone else said so I could put a cushion insole in it, but I did not find them roomy at all. I do not have a wide foot. Going to try a 9 and see how that works. I do like the looks of them though.

I ordered a size smaller, as other reviewers suggested, and they're perfect. I am usually around a 9, so I ordered an 8. They're a little tight in the toes at first but then they loosen up. They have more cushion in them than you would think and they seem to grip to the floor well too. My heel does slip out when I walk but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Overall they're comfy and they look cute, but they seem a bit cheaper than the price suggests.

My doctor recommended that I buy Dansko shoes for my plantar fasciitis pain. I am on my feet for long hours on cement. After reading reviews for the Crocs Neria Work shoes, I decided to try them first. Yes, they are hot, plastic with no ventilation - but comfortable. While my pain is still there, it is better than it was wearing my tennis shoes with a good insert. Yes, the fit is correct with your heel flopping when you walk-much like with flip-flops. As recommended, I bought a pair half a size smaller than my usual size. I would buy them again.

I stand for about 12 hours a day and these shoes certainly do help reduce the foot and leg aches. I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the Dansko clogs. While these are comfortable and serve their purpose well, I find that the rubbery material doesn't allow your feet to 'breathe'. A bit TMI, but my feet get very hot and sweaty in these. The leather material on other clogs let your feet breathe.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am a hairstylist and work in a nursing home and they work well for both. The only issue I have with them is that they don't allow your feet to breathe.

I was concerned when I read about the heel slipping, but I've had these shoes about a week and am already used to it. These shoes make me feel like I'm walking on memory foam, and I notice I'm much less sore after a 12-hour shift on my feet.

I ordered a half a size larger than I usually wear (usually wear 8 1/2 med or 8 wide, ordered 8 1/2 wide), but still the toe area is really tight. I'd hope to wear these at work, but they're to uncomfortable. So I kept them to wear for casual wear.

I ordered two pairs for work, one in black and one in brown. I have been looking for a durable work shoe for a while. They didn't have my size in a Croc store and tried on others that fit good; however, these feel more loose than I would like. I wish they came in half sizes. With one pair, the right shoe fit nice and snug while the left fit just like the other pair I got.

Pay attention to all of the reviews above. They do fit about 1/2 size big and are loose on the heel just like Dansko. LOVE the idea and they look nice for work. Remember that they are Crocs and will mold to your foot and feel better the more you wear them.

I loved these when I first got them. I am on my feet all day at work. It was like walking on pillows! However, the comfort wears out after about eight months of daily wear, but for this price, you cannot really complain. What I started noticing is wear on the heels, and my feet began hurting when I got home from work, something that did not happen when they were new. The support was not as effective. So, if you do not mind replacing your shoes twice a year, then these are comfortable shoes to get.

I purchased the Crocs Neria Work shoes after already have fallen in love with Crocs and the mercy work shoes (in black). I needed a pair of Crocs that looked nice, but in brown as I have multiple brown scrubs for the surgeons office that I work at. They are very classy looking, with incredibly 'squishy' heels. I have only worn them maybe a handful of times and do really enjoy them, with multiple compliments. My feet aren't as happy with these as with the Mercy Work Crocs, but they aren't bad. My heel does slip in and out but I have become accustom to this with Crocs for the most part. I would compare them to Danskos, but my feet ache in Danskos, and do much much better with Crocs. I wear a 7 1/2 most of the time, and a 7 fits perfect. I would recommend these shoes to the right person, but I can see how the heel and narrow shape of the shoe could cause problems. Great shoe otherwise!

I ordered these to help with my plantar faciitis. Overall, they are the most comfortable shoe I've ever had to stand in. However, that's where it ends. It does not have a full back so even though I ordered them a full size smaller they still slipped off the back of my foot when I walked. They have lots of room at the toe consistent with a Croc shoe fit. If you don't mind the slipping in the back I highly recommend them.

I got this pair of Crocs because I stand on concrete all day at work. They are SUPER comfortable and did not look clunky. My only criticism: they have no venting whatsoever. :( Even talcum powder will not prevent your socks from getting super damp, which can lead to other issues (such as cracking or fungal infections--EWWW). I'm getting the vented Bistros instead. I have to keep the Nerias but will prob only wear them as car shoes in the winter. :/

I have been wearing Danskos to work for over a year. I decided to try these Crocs because they appeared very similar and lightweight. I figured they would be perfect for a 12+ hr nursing shift on my feet. I was wrong. They were uncomfortable, my feet slid out of them, and I felt like my toes had to continuously grip the shoes in an attempt to keep them on. Back to Zappos they go.

I'm not going to lie, I am very anti-Crocs. Let's face it, most of them are ugly. But when my very heavy Danskos starting hurting my back, I was pretty open to trying a cheap option first. I was very pleasantly surprised by these Crocs. Very comfortable, pretty cheap, and they look like just plain black clogs. The sole in the shoes isn't obviously soft, but once you start walking it's very springy...in a good way. They rub on my little toe a bit, but I have wide feet. I did also get a full size smaller than usual because Crocs always run big.

These are very comfortable and feel true to my size. They are not breathable, so if you tend to sweaty feet, the socks need to be very absorbent. That's the only negative that I have discovered.

If you are on your feet all day these shoes are great. I am so glad that I bought them. I would buy them again. Crocs just seems to make the most comfortable shoes!

I don't agree that these shoes run large. I ordered a size down, as reviewers suggested, and had to send them back to get my true size. Otherwise, the shoes seemed fine.

I'm a pharmacy student who had to be on her feet for 12 hour days during her rotation. These shoes saved my feet! I had been wearing flats because I needed to look professional, but by the end of the day, my feet, especially my heels, were in so much pain. Because these are black and made of a matte rubbery material, they look perfectly fine with professional clothing. However, after wearing them every single day for a month on 12 hour shifts of rotation and work, the sole have "sunken" in a bit, which I think is just due to the heavy use I've gotten from them. So I've put a pair of slim gel insoles, and now these shoes are even more comfortable. With the stiff bottom half and the gel insoles, I get a nice balance of comfort, and durability.

After reading the reviews that said they ran big, I got a size below my normal. That didn't fit and neither did my regular size. They were both too small. They also were too tight around the ball of my foot and I disliked the way my heel came out of the shoe every time I stepped. They were, however, very squishy and soft to walk on.

I love the comfort of these Crocs but they are not going to work for my application. There is just a little too much movement inside for the back and forth I do all day. Also - I have one, slight hammertoe and it rubbed too much. :(
