Zappos was easy to use and the shoes arrived in a timely manner. I, however, have not had an easy time wearing the shoes. They are not as comfortable as I thought they would be and as others who have the same shoes have reported to me. I will keep trying to wear them until they stretch a little. I wear a 6 1/2 but I tried the 7 in a store and they were too long so I bought a 6. They are short but no part of my foot hangs over.

Great arch support. They are a bit narrower than I expected, so I'm still hoping they stretch a bit more, but they are overall so comfortable on my heel and arch that I kept them hoping to stretch them a bit more around the small toe area.

Love these sandals. I was one of those who hated Croc clogs, but a friend recommended the sandals. At first the strap rubbed against my second toe, and I got a blister. After a few days, however, the straps loosened up. That is made up for by the fact that the heel is incredibly comfortable. I csn wear these to the pool, and out shopping all day.

More stylish than I thought a Croc could be - this is my first pair, actually. I like the little bit of lift in the heel and the nice neutral color. The sole is really soft, cushy, and surprisingly supportive. I enjoy wearing them around the house and around town, but they are not good for walking long distances - especially if it's hot and humid outside. These are still rubber shoes at the end of the day - thus only 4 stars.

While I wasn't initially satisfied with these shoes, after wearing them 2-3 times I really like them.

I really like these shoes from a comfort standpoint, they are very cushioning and the rubber is also soft. They are cute for a quick casual look. That said, I thought they ran wide which keeps me from wearing them as much as I had hoped to when I bought them.

Love these shoes. However, my right foot is a wee bit larger than my left. Right was a perfect fit, left was much too big. My neighbor also liked them, so she bought them from me and is quite happy. I think my left foot is narrower. I had another pair (different style) and the right strap was noticeably larger than the left one. I returned them. Bottom line, I want to love them, but sizing is somewhat unpredictable.

I bought these shoes when I walk the dog or just have to throw something on really quick. They are sooooo comfy! It feels like you're walking on cushions. I am usually a 7½ M in sandals but since they only don't come in half sizes I bought the size 8 and they fit fine. I only rated them a four out of five, however, because they are not very stylish.

These are awesome when it isn't too humid out. The arch support is absolutely the best. I have wide feet and high arches so comfortable shoes are hard to find. Sometimes when it gets too hot or humid my feet swell a little and they rub on the pinky toes. Love them otherwise.

Seemed comfortable at first. As I wore it began to cut my foot. It was quite uncomfortable and I just had to return it. Keeping the other pair. Thanks for such great service. I love Zappo's.

So comfy and cute. A little too small. I will size up and probably wear these every day.

Extremely comfortable. Have a hard time in the summer with swelling feet etc. and was concerned about the material but I have had no problems and I can walk for a long time even in hot weather. And they look pretty cute.

Ordered the size 7 for my daughter. Her toe was near the end and the straps were too tight. I am a size 5, and it wasn't too far from fitting me. Would definitely order a size up.

This is my 2nd pair of Croc sandals. The heel felt higher than I expected, and the straps are a little snug, it will take some breaking in, which surprised me after my first pair was so comfy from the get go. I love the color. I think I will be happy with these once they loosen up a bit.

I usually wear a 7 - 7.5. I ordered the 7's and they were too small and a touch too narrow. Otherwise, I like this shoe!

I really love these shoes! They are so comfy when I walk and it's like that all the time. Great style, they look really cute. They seem to have great arch support which is a problem area for me. It's like a massage for my feet.

Soft walk, great comfort for sore feet. I thought I could not wear Crocks because they were too wide. But, these are just right for me.

I have wide feet and I love Crocs slides--I have two pairs that I wear often. But I think the newer styles are much narrower than the older ones. I could not get my feet into these. They are cute, though, and I wish they fit.

Although a great looking sandal, the straps are too tight and narrow for a wide foot with bunions. I thought about trying to stretch them, but was afraid I'd ruin them.

These sandals are super comfortable and look great, but I have a warning to share with others. Don't leave them out in the sun! Unbelievably, my size 9's shrunk to about a size 5 when I left them on my patio in the sun! I loved them so much, I bought another pair and am returning the 'shrunk' ones to Zappos. I won't leave the new ones outside, but who would have thought this could happen to plastic sandals?

These are very comfortable. I wear an 8 1/2 normally but had to order a 9 due to the fact that they only come in whole sizes so they are roomy but not too big. They do flop when I walk (like flip flops) which I find annoying but may be because of the larger side. Overall - good and comfortable.

These are very cute. They run true to size. They are comfortable for short periods, otherwise it seems to aggrivate my plantar fasciitis if I wear them all day.

I really like my Patricia (original) sandal but this one just didn't fit the same. The straps must be closer together across the instep because I couldn't get my foot all the way forward and my heel hung off the back. I ordered the 8 which has worked in the past for my usual 8.5 shoe size but this is going back.
