These shoes run true to size. They are very easy to put on compared to similar loafers. The velcro buckle increases the little boys ability to put on his own shoes. They look sharp whether for casual or dress.

My son loves these! He is very picky about shoes but these are very comfortable!

This is a great overall shoe. My son has narrow feet, so the buckle really adds some support. He says they are comfortable, and I can tell they are by all the running and jumping around he does in them. They look good with dress and casual pants.

My son loves these shoes and they were so easy to put on since it is actually velcro and not a real buckle.

We know boy's dress shoe quality, having gone through dozens of pairs over the years. This shoe is meant for a two-time party usage. it's almost disposable. It is so unfair to make a pretty shoe that simply wears out within 4 weeks: the leather is thin, fades to grey and cracks. The thin inside fabric becomes rough and papery. however my son like the easy adjustable Velcro closure. I am wondering if Zappos would take them back...

I bought these shoes for my grandson who attends a school that requires black shoes as part of the school uniform. They fit well and he loves them. I won't go anywhere else for shoes now since i don't have the time to hunt through all the stores to find shoes.

My son is now 10. He has worn this same style for the past five years. I like that they look good with a suit and with jeans. That is important because we do not have as many occasions to wear suits. I also like that there is a great rubber sole to the shoe. Boys, whether in church clothes or soccer gear, like to run. Because the sole is rubber he can do that without any issues. These shoes easily run a size larger.

This is the 3rd time that I've purchased these shoes. My boys haven't worn out a pair yet even though they've been passed down. They look great, and my boys say they are very comfortable. They also like that there are no laces to worry about keeping tied, and they are quick to put on and remove.

These are smart looking shoes that are nice quality, but these shoes run very large. My seven year old son wears a 3 to a 3½ youth shoe, but these shoes are at least two sizes larger than marked and wide.

These are a great dressy style for my 8 year old - great quality, easy on off and wears like iron - he is hard on his shoes.

Bought these for my son for school music performances and other more formal affairs. Fantastic - easy to get on and off, soft leather, and very flattering on with the square toe and monk strap buckle (which is velcro underneath!).

I purchased these shoes for my grandson. They go well with both dress and casual clothes. Plus they give the appearance of a grown up look. He says that they are very comfortable.

This was a sharp looking shoe! My 7 year old grandson really liked them. He put them on and, Wow, Granny I look like a teenager. He really likes the Velcro, and you can't tell they are Velcro.

These shoes are nice for dress shoes for boys. I like that they are leather and not vinyl. They do run a little large but that is not usually a problem with growing kids. We have always had this brand of dress shoes and they last well and wear well.

Bought these for my son because he wanted monk strap dress shoes. They look sharp and seem to be wearing well. He says they're very comfortable too. The only thing that is deceptive is that they really do not buckle. It's a fake buckle with velcro along the inside of the strap section.

Shoes looked great and felt great on my son. Were very easy to put on and take off for him; he is 5. However, they are "only" dress shoes. He cannot wear sneakers to school and these scuffed very easily. Ordered a different pair from Zappos that did much better.

Hard to say about comfort as the shoe ran an entire size too small. Cute shoe...but way too small. I'm returning the other pair for a full size larger.

The shoe is not of the Kenneth Cole quality that I am used to. I have bought 3 pair of the same Kenneth Cole dress (Tflex) shoe for my son but not from Zappos. Each time previously, I had purchased the shoes from Dillards dept store. When it was time for a new pair, they didn't have his size. So I thought that I would try here. The Tflex was available but I thought that I would try something different. Didn't think it would be a big deal since it's still a Kenneth Cole shoe. I am very disappointed with this purchase. This pair of shoes look very irregular. The right shoe looks worn and wrinkly. The stitching around each buckle is not good. It's very uneven and out of line.The stitching at the top of the left shoe is not lined up properly either. The bottom line is that these shoes are not worth $48 (well, at least the pair the I received). I am very perplexed about the irregularity of the shoes. I am returning these. I called Dillards today and they now have my son's size in. I went by to pick those up this evening.

Do not waste your money. Got this for my 7 year old for back to school - lasted 1 week! Thought Kenneth Cole was a good brand. Poor quality!

These look very cheap, not like a Kenneth Cole product at all. I have purchased this same style a couple of time in the past, and there is a dramatic difference to the look. This is not worth $40+. It looks like something purchasable at Walmart.
