Received them this morning and wore them for a full 12 hr shift. WOW! Very comfortable. Didn't want to take them off when I got home!

I love the shoe, but have a slight bunion on one foot and cannot wear this style of Alegria. Bummer!

I get loads of compliments on these shoes. I was looking for something with good arch support because of foot pain and these have really helped.

Very comfortable and a lot of cushion. I wear these shoes to work for several hours on my feet and I have no foot or back pain at all. These shoes are worth every penny.

I just got a pair of these. They are without question the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I've been living in Danskos and Haflingers due to plantar fasciitis and thought I'd give these a try. The are ever so slightly lower in the heel area with a fabulous arch. A very unique feel. Please make these in a lot of colors! I don't want to take them off!

My girlfriend was wearing these and i just went crazy over them. She told me to get a pair so i did and have never been sorry! I have many pairs of womens loafers but these are the softest and most comfortable. I may order out some sandals in this brand

I ordered these shoes on Thursday evening, and was so pleasantly suprised when I received the shoes the following day! I actually received an email from Zappos notifying me that they upgraded my shipping status and at no cost at all. Talk about exceptional customer service. I'm currently recovering from a broken right foot, so I was only able to try on the left shoe and it fit perfectly, and felt very comfortable as I tested it for the rest of the day.

First of all, these are not meant to fit like sneakers, they will be loose in the back. I had to go a full size smaller, the shoes are very comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts on a busy Medical Surgical floor and it only took a couple of weeks to break them in. I will be buying another pair, I have gotten numerous compliments on the Midnight Garden pattern from coworkers and patients.

These just were not a good fit for me, and made me wonder what attracted me enough to order them once I tried one on. Clown-like and odd; the sides also cut into the bottom of my ankle bone.

I have a pair of the Classic Alegria clogs that I wear for work - I'm a nurse so am on my feet constantly. I love them so I thought I'd try the Debra Professional. I love everything about the Debra except the fit because my heel slips out with every step. I wear a 9.5 and the 40 clog fit perfectly so I ordered the same size in the Debra. I don't know if sizing down would have fixed that problem or if that's just the way the shoe is made.

The footbed feels really comfortable with nice arch support, but the 6.5 was too short in length and the 7 was way too big. Unfortunately, I have to send them back.

As a nurse on my feet for 12 to 16hrs with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis this shoes save my life I don’t need to have surgery yay!!! OMG I thought I was going to loose my mind I was in so much PAIN! My feet thanks to this shoes I can work again I was in bad shape! I’m not totally cure but doing a whole lot better with this shoes to work

The shoes are comfortable with plenty of toe room and have a nice arch support. Exchanging them for Black Embossed Rose because I think they’ll look a little more special.

I researched shoes for a while and ended up choosing these. I used to wear Nikes at work and my feet hit so bad after a 12 hour shift as a nurse, so I ordered these because I read such great reviews! I love them, the first time I wore them I had to get used to them because I was used to wearing laced up shoes, but after the first few weeks I am in love and couldn't be happier! I normally wear an 11 in tennis shoes and sandals but I ordered a 10.5 because the shoes need to fit snug to stay on while walking but there is plenty of room in the toes. I got the 11 and they were too big so I returned them and got the size down. Love them and I get compliments all the time at work and I tell people how great they are!

These clogs have the most comfortable footbed I have ever walked on. I have bad knees, a bad back and a foot issue and these clogs have made walking pain-free again. Fantastic arch support. I will definitely be purchasing others colors. Each time I have worn these I have received great compliments and have been asked what brand they were and where did I get them. Of course I said Zappos is the very best place to shop!

I purchased these artistic style Alegria shoes and they are awesome. Take a look up close, as see the smiling faces, flowers, and hearts. This is my fourth pair of Alegria shoes. I own the Paloma, Classic, Pesca, and now the Debra. What keeps me buying these shoes is the incredible arch and footbed. They truly are the most comfortable shoes in the world. The colors in these shoes are intense and match many of my uniforms. These are different shoes than the others in that these shoes do not bend with the foot as much as the Paloma or Pesca, and the top of the shoe rests on top of the arch of my foot, but they still have the comfort I need and require. I want to add, that I have never received the number of compliments that I have received since I started wearing Alegria shoes. That makes my day!

So comfortable! A little snug across the top of the shoe, which I hope will relax a bit, but plenty roomy in the toe. And the snakeskin print gives an otherwise plain shoe some pizazz. My kids like them, so they must look good, lol.

It's official, I know own an trendy funky expensive pair of clogs! And I love them! I live in Alaska and if you aren't wearing boots, you're wearing Danskos. Try and try as I might, I could not wear Danskos...they are so uncomfortable for my feet. I think it was the toe, too round. With the Alegria the toe is a bit more squared. A lady in my office bought a pair of the classics, I tried them on and thought...hey these might work. I bought the full clog so that even in snow I could wear them. I also like Debra style because your sock won't show like in the mary jane style. The sizes are European so if a shop in your area sells them, try a pair on before buying from Zappos so you can pinpoint size a bit more. I'm an 8.5 but I was a 38 or 39 depending on the Alegria styles I tried on. Zappos prices were also competitive compared to the store. I love them, crazy comfortable. Now the biggest question is, what color to get next.

My first pair of Alegria's. I'm in healthcare and need shoes that will stay comfortable for 12 hours. Once I got them broken in (wore them with no socks a few times) they were very comfortable. I chose the Sugar Skull pattern which I totally LOVED! BUT after wearing them about 12 times, where the bend of my foot makes a wrinkle in the shoe, the printed pattern started to come off and peel. This should not happen on a $139 pair of shoes. So with great sadness I returned them. I contacted Alegria by mail and asked them if there was anything I could do to avoid this (mink oil or wax polish?) and they told me no, and to try the embossed leather or plain leather style next time. (really??? why are you selling them if they don't "wear" properly?) Any way, I did like the comfort so will wait for an embossed pair I like.

Big in the heel. I have been wearing Palomas for some time and I love them. I am a nurse and on my feet and need good arch support and traction. I also need to be ready to sprint if a bed alarm goes off. I used to wear Dansko/Sanita and the felt tippy and I couldn’t go very fast in them and at the end of the day my back ached. I thought I would try these vs. Paloma because I wanted something to cover the top of my feet. I also always wish I could tighten my Paloma’s a bit more but the Velcro just isn’t long enough. These new shoes have the same insole and bottoms (great) but the heel slips, kind of like a Dansko, but unlike Dansko it seems to grab my sock and pull it down a bit. I’ve tried different sock and found some that do ok but overall they just don’t feel as secure on my feet as I would like. Additionally, Algeria has weird sizing. I’m a 9.5 or a 10 (41 in most shoes) if there are no half sizes. Palomas I wear a 40 and it’s pretty perfect. These are 40 and are quite loose. I will keep these because it took me wearing them to work to know I didn’t like the heel slip. I’ve already gone back to wearing my Palomas. They are nice shoes and what you would expect from Algeria but a bit too floppy for me.

I am normally a size 6.5 or 7. I went against my gut and bought a 37. Definitely sent it back and got the 36! The 37s were huge! Still awaiting that first return to go through. Now that I have the size 36 I love them! Very comfortable. Requires no break in. Excited to have them for those 12 hour shifts. :)

I really thought this would be the shoe for a foot-weary nurse. I wear 7.5 and ordered 7-7.5. This shoe was just a bit too snug in the toe box and was way too big on my heel. So I can’t go up a size. The shoes flop on and off my heel when I walk. If there was an option for a narrow (to bring the size of the heel down) I could try an 8-8.5 narrow, but there isn’t one. Too bad, because this shoe would be heaven to walk in if it fit my foot. If you have a very narrow heel and wide toe box (not that uncommon really) this shoe may not work for you. If it does fit you, you will be in heaven because the feel, walk motion, and balance are great. Alegria: Please consider a narrow option for those with a pronounced foot shape - very narrow heel, wide toe box! You’d have the market because NO ONE is making shoes for us.

I ordered a 9.5/10 Women's & it it's too short in the toes. It feels like a 9/9.5 instead. Everything else feels great except that.

These shoes have been so much better than I ever expected!! I am a large (350+ lb.) woman with very flat feet that often hurt. I recently got custom orthodics and purchased these shoes because my orthodics fit with the factory footbed. However, after wearing them for the past month I'm finding that I don't need my custom orthodics. The factory footbed is THICK and is like walking on a cloud. Even after a solid month of wear they are supportive and are even molding to my feet. I can now feel my arches in the footbed. I am amazed that they have not smashed down more. I highly recommend these and will be buying more.

The fit and size are perfect. No break-in time will be needed with these shoes. I am ordering a second pair because I ordered a patterned shoe, when I meant to order the Black Leather. I’m so happy with the pair received, I’m keeping them too. One can never own too many comfortable, good-looking shoes.
