The shoes looked comfortable and appealing. However, they did not fit at all. Will be returning them.

I loved the look, quality in craft, and support but my second toes touched the front of shoe when walking, had plenty of room in toebox which I need and love, but heel slipped up and down with each step, AND rounded leather on outside side of shoe (at top) cut into bottom of my ankle. I wish I could love them - just not right for my feet!

The pattern was a lot brighter than I expected (my 4 yo informed me that CatRat from Gabby's Dollhouse would definitely steal them- Shiny is miney), and they were TIGHT across my midfoot. It seemed a bit better when I stood up, but I could only keep them on for a few minutes before the squeeze was too much. Returning and will try the next size up. I'm usually a solid 9.5 wide, but the 9.5-10 wide in this was not a good fit.

First put on the right shoe--felt really nice standing. Then put on the left shoe, and had to wonder if it was the same size? Felt smaller and tighter (I ordered wide, the left did not feel wide, or the same length). I then took a few steps and the heel cups are also wide. If I wanted heel slip, I'd have gotten clogs... Overall a cute shoe, but either mismatch with marking the sizes or the right only had been tried on many times before... and alas, returning these.

I really like these shoes, but they run too wide.

Loved the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, the toe box depth is not comfortable for me. I have a hammer toe on each foot and while the size and width were great, the toe box rubbed painfully.

Unfortunately, the size conversion chart on these shoes is off. If you normally wear a 6.5 US, I advise you to purchase the 37. The 36 was WAY too small. Even though these shoes were too small, I could tell that if they fit they would have been very comfortable. They made my feet look like giant duck feet though and are much less attractive than, say, Danskos. Returned.

I got this Debra professional along with the Kayla and Keli shoes to compare them all. The Debra was by far the least comfortable (ended up keeping the Kayla). I ordered all three in 38 wide (8 to 8.5). The Debra felt the narrowest of all of them and was incredibly painful on my bunions / hammer toe. I couldn't even walk around in them for a while to try to see if they would mold to my feet. These also have that ugly lip around them that I notice from clear down the hall of the hospital at work when anyone else has this brand of shoes. Something about it is just so ugly to me. Bandsaws and the leather upper seemed incredibly high quality. Just not for wide feet (particularly for bunions). Because of my bunion problem and resultant fallen arch, I also have a really high toe box with a bone spur on the top of my foot. There was no way this was going to comfortably fit over the top of my foot.

I'm so sorry but turns out I'm not a clog person. So many great colors and patterns. Just didn't more the way I needed them to.

Had to send the first pair back and order 1 size smaller. Then had to accept that this shoe- or maybe just this type of shoe (?) fits the way it does- because if I ordered any smaller my toes would be scrunched up but the shoe still doesn’t fit in the back- seems to big to me and comes off my heel when I walk. But when I showed it to coworkers (I am a medical assistant) who wear other similar brands their shoes fit the same way so I think maybe this is just the way the shoe is supposed to fit. So ultimately I am not a fan, but have decided to keep it to have in my work shoe rotation. I don’t find they have much arch support or are very cushy or anything either. But hey- they look neat! I get comments on that.

I returning this shoe because it was too large, also didn't care for the style on my feet.

I'm not sure how to rate this shoe. I have other Alegria styles and really like them. But this one does NOT provide for custom orthotics as the description indicates. When I removed the insole I found an odd rim imbedded in the footbed. My orthotic doesn't fit, and the rim is very noticeable with my toes. The shoe is really cute, but doesn't work at all for me.

Doesn’t work for my narrow foot. I had to give it a try because I knew the comfort sole would be great. Ran 1/2 short too.

I have wide toes and narrow heels. These were wide throughout and while they fit around the toes, they were way too big around the heels. I bought these in wide. I think if I got regular, they'd be too narrow throughout.

I liked this shoe but the toe box was a little snug so had to return.

I wanted to be happy with these shoes, but my hammer toe just rubbed up against the toe box. They were wide enough but my toe seemed to push up and hurt when I walked. I did buy Keillor another style and they seemed to fit my feet better.

Liked the style and fit at front but back of shoe did not hold foot - kept sliding off. Otherwise would have been super!

I usually wear a size 10. I am looking for some comfortable shoes to wear at work where I stand on my feet for 7 out of 8 hours. These shoes are cute, but there were all over to small. I do not think that there was arch support, but I have a high instep.

Very cute shoe but like many of the Alegrias, not a whole lot of space for movement of the toes in a vertical way. I like to be able to wiggle my toes slightly and have that space- none there in this show, so they went back.

Of all the shoes that I have tried looking for a rocker sole to allow me to walk normally despite having hallux rigidus (a big toe joint that won't bend), this has the best rocker. However, the shoe was short for its size while also very loose in the heel. I can't order a larger size because my foot was already slipping out of the shoe at the back while my toes were too close to the front. It is not a pretty shoe, but it is almost fun in its clunkiness -- it comes off looking like a statement instead of an orthopedic shoe. The arch support is really good. If you have a wide heel and need a rocker sole, this shoe is perfect. Sadly, I have to return it even though I wish I could make it work for me.

I like the look of this shoe very much and really wanted it to work. My podiatrist recommended I try a clog like those made by Dansko for a work shoe. I'm a teacher with multiple problems in my feet. Dansko was ridiculously large until they became too short as I went down in the sizes I tried. Alegria seems smaller in width and similar enough in style to help if I could get one to fit. I am trying these shoes with a custom orthotic insole which I MUST wear. Unfortunately, while this was my second order of this particular shoe in a smaller size trying to make it work, I was still walking out of the shoe. I can't go any shorter and it doesn't come in a narrow (nor did the Dansko with the removable insole). I don't normally wear a narrow shoe but the medium width in both brands was really really wide on the foot. I appreciate the reasoning but it doesn't work if your foot comes out of the shoe when you walk! Sadly, I will have to give up on this brand. I bought the brown leather design with the butterflies and if they fit you...I thought the design was very nice. Subtle but interesting...

The sizing didn’t work for me but I liked how wide the toe box was. I’m usually a 39 which was sloppy big but the 38 was too short and couldn’t fit my orthotics comfortably. Instead I got a pair Dansko XP that fit better.

These shows are made very well but after wearing them a couple of times, the top of my foot started to get scratched by the material. Eventually it became too uncomfortable and i resulted in giving these shoes away. pros: great leather, good heel cons: stiff , uncomfortable after 3-5 uses

I am a true 9.5 narrow and I don’t know why I did not order the 10. My toes came right to the end. The arch support was in the perfect spot. The top of the show felt very secure and snug and the heel did not slip. Just too small. Hoping the next size up does not prove to be too large. Hate to return.
