I originally bought a size seven, which for in the heel perfectly, but was not tall enough for my toes. This shoe is wide around the toes,but pinches down on them height-wise. Even in the wrong size the arch support was awesome though, so I sized up. As expected the 8 is loose on my heel,but foods the rest of my foot well, so with a small insert these are perfect. Now I can stand around at the counter all day without my back and feet aching horribly.

I wear an 11W. These shoes are way too big. Much heel comes out every time I walk - like flip-flops. I am going to return for either a 10W or 10½W.

This is the first time that I used Zappos and I will definitely use them again, I needed to return a pair for a different size and my experience was everything I expected. I am very happy!

I love these shoes! They are really comfortable, fit true to size and I swear they help me walk faster. I am on my feet over eight hours and my feet and legs never hurt. My only little complaint is they squeak so it is hard to quietly enter a patient's room.

I had purchased so many different name brand tennis shoes and continued having achy feet, sore knees, back and even hips. I am a nurse's aide and on my feet some days for 12 hours. Well, I purchased the Debra Prof. And I have not ever had a more comfortable pair of shoes. They provide great support and I no longer suffer all the aches that I once had. If you have knee pain these are the shoes for you. I got the buttercup pattern and everyday I get compliments on how nice my shoes are.

I was looking for good arch support for twelve hour shifts. These are good so far. They were tight across top of foot for first few shifts, but great now.

Good arch support. Was tight on the top of my foot initially, but by the third 12 hr shift, all good. I like that this shoe covers the whole top of my foot when I'm dealing with bodily fluids

I have had problems finding shoes for years. I thought I would be in tennis shoes for the rest of my life. These are amazing. The arch support is beyond expectations! I have plantar fasciitis and these are going to help with that also. Try these. Especially if you are on your feet a lot.

Received these amazing shoes today and it saddens me that they are a bit too big and flop off of my heels. I ordered the same size as my open backed "Classic" shoes. Of course the size smaller is unavailable, no where to be found. What to do...As a nurse, I'm a loyal Alegria wearer and desperately want this shoe!

I normally wear a 6.5 (36) in most shoes but I went up to next 37 because I like to wear thick socks and have the shoe fit like a clog. My heel moves out of the shoe a bit when I walk, but they are comfortable all day on my feet. I have a pair like these in white that I've had over a year.

Out of the box, these shoes are great. I haven't worn them a whole day yet, but am looking forward to it. I have big, wide feet and arthritic toes, and these feel really good just wearing around the house so far. Stay tuned.

I work 50 hours a week on my feet, I can't count how many shoes I've tried in the last 28 years at my job. Alegria shoes are a dream for my feet & back! I plan to buy nothing but Alegria shoes in the future!

Since I have worn Algeria for 6 years, I thought I'd buy a different style for nursing school. I've worn the ones without a backing since they fit is great. I ordered these in hopes that they would fit me, however the size was just a tad bit too large so my heel would slip out of the back. I really wanted to like this style and I needed it, and unfortunately there isn't a smaller size for me to purchase...

I'm a chef who is on her feet for long periods of time. These are the most comfortable shoes I have found to wear in the kitchen. I am considering ordering another pair to wear on my days off. I will order them a size larger because these feel a bit tight. I ordered them in the Paisley and they are very cute.

I'm a chef and on my feet for long hours at a time. These are my favorite shoes to wear to work. I love them so much I'm going to buy another pair for my days off. They are comfortable right out-of-the-box. I did find that they run just a bit too small so I will be ordering up a size larger the next time. I plan to buy more in the spring in different styles. I have several foot problems and the arch support in this shoe are great.

I have had excruciating heel pain in my feet. I had been going to a bone and joint doctor and at first found I had heel bursitis. Once he stopped that and gave me inserts, then the other side starting hurting all the time when I stood up. I had tried numerous tennis shoes and thinking about a hard sole shoe was out of the question. I did research and thanks to all of the reviews on here I was convinced. I ordered the Debra Alegria and Man! What a relief I got. I usually wear an 8.5 in dress shoe and 9 in athletic shoe. The first ones I ordered were 8-8.5 and they were more like an 8. I chatted with the lady online the evening I got them and set up an exchange and she sent me another pair of 9-9.5 and lo and behold when the UPS came to pick them up at my business the next day the driver handed me the new pair. I was shocked at how fast the exchange was made. She told me she would not charge me unless 14 days passed and the first pair had not made it back to them. I was skeptical about ordering without trying on but not any more with Zappos. I am truly pleased and there is no foot pain yet and I have worn them for 2 days. Never have I experienced such a comfortable pair of shoes. The heels are a little loose but not enough to bother me at all. I plan on buying more styles from this site.

This clog feels great, accommodates my orthotic and is helping my plantar fasciitis. The color is also surprisingly neutral.

Not the prettiest of shoes, but definitely one of the most comfortable. It has great arch support (I imagine it would be uncomfortable for flat feet because of that, but it's great for mine!). I'm so grateful that Alegria makes and Zappos sells the 5.5 W size. It's nearly impossible for me to get comfortable shoes, and these fit the bill.

I work 12 hours days and I am consistently on my feet. I have bought various tennis shoes and clogs and found most hurt my feet more than helped. I was skeptical at first buying these shoes because of the cost but I went in looking at it as an investment. These shoes are amazing! I am in love with these shoes! The arch support if phenomenal! The shoes fit snug but it feels like they were custom made for my feet! I would recommend these shoes to everyone!

I love the 9.5 out of 10. I was very pleased with the look as soon as I opened the box, I tried them on and realized that the left shoe felt just a bit bigger, with a pair of really thick socks they feel better. I would recommend them to a friend/coworker. Next time I will have to order size 4 which selection is almost nonexistent in Alegria.

I love these shoes. Simple design & quality materials. My only problem was that I have a very high instep & shoe was a little too tight. But is stretching just enough with wear.

These shoes are wonderful! I am very happy I was told about the brand... I'm a believer. :-)

Just recently bought a pair of shoes from Zappos. Love them. Got them in no time at all. Shopping on this site is so easy to order from. Love Zappos.

I love these shoes! The only problem I had was the area by my little toe rubbed and pressed the side of my foot. I wish they made more styles in the wide width. I put shoe stretchers in and problem solved. Great shoe if you're on your feet all day.
