The Paloma shoe is perfect for me. I work in the Operating Room at a major hospital and I need a change of shoes -- from my Palomas to my New Balance -- both I easily found on Zappos.

I love Alegrias! I have a number of Palomas and think they are all super comfy! I was less impressed by some of the quality of their prints though lately. I have a pair of black tortoise which I've had over 2 years and they have been great. I bought the Pop Heart print and within a couple of months, the pattern is wearing off showing a blaring white color underneath. It's frustrating to pay so much and have the color wear of your shoes so quickly. Zappos was awesome about exchanging for me though. Thanks Zappos! The same thing happened to my most recent pair of Alegrias too (Gold leaf pattern-one from their new fall 2013 selection!) but the color has started wearing off after 6 wears!

The Alegria Paloma is a great shoe. I have knee issues and these seems to help so much with the pain. They are also very cute. I've gotten several compliments. I hope to buy more pairs in the future.

Best pair of nursing shoes I've ever worn in my entire 15 year career! I just purchased a pair a couple of weeks ago & I will be purchasing an additional pair within 2 weeks. Impeccable all day comfort for active workers. I am seemingly in constant motion & my feet feel fantastic all day...even after working 12 hours. Usually I change my shoes if I go to the mall or salon or other errands after work, but not since I purchased this brand! I will be purchasing a non-work pair soon, too. I am impressed, and that's hard to do considering the countless running shoes, nursing shoes, and orthotics that I've purchased throughout my career.

I love these shoes. They feel wonderful for work in the health care field where I am on my feet most of the day. I have had many foot problems and these finally work for comfort. I take a 37 in sandal sizes (36 in Birkies sandals) and 38 in Algeria shoes. I am so disappointed that I noticed today that the sole is coming off and am not sure how to proceed--do I complain to Alegria or Zappos?

A woman next to me was wearing a pair of these shoes. We got to talking and I decided to order a pair. They accommodate problem feet and have good arch support. As a result of enjoying one pair, I am now the proud owner of three pairs. Looking for more patterns. I highly recommend.

These shoes have excellent arch support. I don't even have to use my inserts anymore. The pain in my foot is significantly better after wearing these shoes continuously for 3 weeks. These are the softest and the most cushioniest shoes I have ever had. Bought a pair for my mother too! She loves them! Will buy more!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Having a high arch has always been a problem. These shoes have so much arch support, my feet did not bother me once during the day. I hope the comfort of these shoes can be duplicated in a high heel. That would be the ultimate shoe.

The cutest and most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. It was a big dilemma which size to get after reading other people reviews. I wear size 8.5 in all shoes, and decided to take my chances getting size 8 of Alegria as some reviews suggested. They fit absolutely perfect! I get compliments every time I wear mine in "Western Romance."

My third pair of Alegria Palomas. The colors in these shoes are even prettier in person. I love them. So cute and super comfy. Shh, I just ordered pair number 4. Now am tempted to buy the petal pink sandals!

Love it, love it, love it. These shoes are so so cute and so comfy. I wear a size 9 and the 39 is perfect. I love this shoe so much I ignore the fact that for me the heel slips. I just tighten the strap and am good to go. I bought my first pair and then had to quickly order two more pair. The purple snake multi is adorable and goes with everything. The super saturated is even prettier and more fun in person. The third pair is charcoal with the skull buckle and I love them too! Right now I am struggling to pick out my next pair. I think the ones with hearts would be fun to own. There is nothing I can say about the comfort that hasn't already been said. These shoes are perfect for any age.

Crazy about this shoe. I want them in every possible finish. The support is excellent. I don't want to take them off. The heel on my right foot is a little loose but I just pull the strap tight and off I go

I love these shoes. I am on my feet 8-10 hours a day and you wouldn't know it with these shoes. True to size I love the room and comfort will definitely be buying another pair and would recommend them to anyone!

I love these shoes. It took a while to get my feet used to the fit, but I love them now. This pair I keep for non-work situations because they are so cool and fun. My other plain black pair of Palomas I use during my 12 hour shifts in the OR...12 hours of standing/walking on concrete. I used to wear Dansko professionals, but I developed foot/back problems in under a year of wearing them at work. I bought the Alegria Palomas on recommendation from a colleague, and will never go back to Danskos. I wear a 7.5 to 8 shoe normally, so I bought the size 38. I wear them with socks always, and they are a slightly large fit, but comfy. I think the 37 would have been too small.

These feel so good on my feet and look cute too. I wear these for my job as a nurse, patients and families compliment them all the time and ask where I got them. I have slightly problem feet (wide, bunion, neuroma) but never an issue with these shoes.

I work in a veterinary clinic and I spend a good portion of the work day on my feet. I wanted something that would be comfortable, but still look cute with scrubs. Because I have bunions these shoes did take a little time to break in, as all shoes do for me. Now that I've been wearing them for awhile, they are perfect. And I get so many compliments from our clients on how cute they are! I normally wear a size 6 American shoe. The size 36 is a perfect fit for me.

I work all day in a hospital, mostly on my feet. For years I wore a pair of Keen clogs, but they stopped making the style. These are perfect replacement. I wear a 7.5 and the 37 fit beautifully. No breaking in period. (Curiously, in the open backed styles of this brand i need a 38.) The patent finish is a bonus for wiping down. I also sometimes have issues with finding a good fit over the top of my arch. The top strap with velcro strap makes for a perfect fit. I also love the individualized buttons for each color. I keep my work shoes separate from my non work shoes, but I would happily buy another pair of these for regular wear.

For someone who has suffered with problem feet for years, these shoes feel great and I can wear them all day.

If you can walk 5 miles in ballet flats, then don't buy these shoes. If you need room in the toes, good arch support and a generous but lightweight sole, these shoes are great. They are a bit kooky but not in an "old lady-orthopedic" way. Great for standing pain-free. I have wide feet but took a chance ordering these in a regular but a half size bigger than I would usually order. They fit perfectly.

Love my Alegria shoes! They are so comfortable and of course I think the Elephants are great especially since they are the mascot of my alma mater! These shoes have so many cute options. I'm thinking about another pair.

These shoes are particularly good if you have foot problems (metatarsal/arthritis). Alegria shoes have a non bending, rocker sole which propels you forward. The cushioning on the inside is extremely thick and bouncy like no other shoes. The strap on the Paloma makes this shoe very secure. It is a funky look and I get so many compliments. I have these shoes in four colors as they are the only shoes I can wear. They are definitely a step up from black, clunky, rubber soled comfort shoes (you know what I mean!). I even have sandals by Alegria. These shoes are reasonably priced and will last about two years if you alternate. I love them!

I have 3 pairs of Paloma: blue tile, brown pull-up, & the lady walking with poodle. Love them! They are unique looking & I've had a lot of positive comments. At 64 years old & dealing with back & leg pain, I can't wear heels anymore; and I'm only 5' tall! The little lift Alegria shoes offer, along with the comfort, is heavenly. I just ordered a pair of the Kleo sandals; they are wonderful.

Super comfy! Had been wearing Sanita maryjane style shoes for work and though they were better than athletic shoes, I still had leg and foot pain. Got these in the metallic rose (because I love anything shiny!) and based on all the reviews, I expected no real break in period. Ouch. The first time I wore them I had to go shopping. By the end of the day I was walking on the backs of the shoes because I had fat blisters. Haha for thinking I could wear them like that right out of the box! Second time I wore them for a normal day of work and still got blisters and they were a tiny bit snug still, but I was very happy. Third time, I wore them at a night out after work and ended up partying all night in them! Walked miles in them from bar to bar. Had small blisters the next day, but they were broken in! Now I wear them every day to work and seriously, they are the most comfortable shoe ever! I need more colors and styles! Get compliments on them all the time. So cute!

I have gotten more compliments on this shoe than any I have ever owned. I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe is so comfortable. The cute factor is just a bonus, I am all about function and comfort as I am on my feet a lot. Best for those with wide feet.

I love these shoes. I admit, at first I had a little blister on the back of my heel, and some irritation at the buckle site. But after a couple wearings all that is gone and these offer support, comfort all day long. They are funky looking but I love all the designs offered!
