Love these shoes! They are comfortable all day, even when standing the whole time, and super cute. I got the next whole size up to wear them with socks...but with a lot of European sized shoes, that is the case for me. Had to get used to the sole width, but I got them for Radtech school but find myself not taking them off. I am going to get a few of the non professional pair for everyday.

I recently ordered the Alegria Classic shoe and was delighted that it arrived really fast - this has to be the best wearing shoe ever!

I just got these today & note the color is better than shown. It's more of a navy blue, nice silver/gray, touches of black & brownish flower. Goes great with these colors & super with jeans or chinos color slacks. Usually wear 38, but got 37 since I'll wear without any socks for a tighter fit. I've noticed that patent fits different than leather. Absolutely love the Donna Frog black patent 38 perfect fit, great looking, lots of compliments.

Love these...colors are burgundy, olive, brown, black, and a cute grey flower, so they go with lots of fall-winter wardrobe. And the comfort is outstanding...like walking on air, no break-in required.

I am a nurse and these are by far the most comfortable shoes. I have a high instep and this style works well. I get compliments on these shoes all the time.They will feel a little snug when you first try them but after a couple of wears they are fine.

Love these shoes - they even make my size 11 feet look smaller! They are cute and very comfortable. Wore them all day out of the box. The buckle across the instep snugged them right up. I have plantar fasciitis and a neuroma, so need a wide toe bed and firm instep. This shoe has it all. Love 'em.

I also have this style & find them perfect for my multi-problem feet. The 38 doesn't allow me to wear sox - only the sheerest ones. I've worn them every day & my pains & cramps are relieved. I'd like to be able to wear thicker sox in the winter, but the larger size is likely too much larger. Morten's neuroma, high arch, bunions - both feet. Lots of compliments! Can no longer wear Dansko or Sanita.

I have been on the search for a comfortable nursing shoe. These are finally a shoe I kept instead of sending back. They help me get through a long day on my feet without that dreaded backache I would always get if I wore sneakers. I wear a 7.5 so the European sizes always gave me a problem - 37 is too small and 38 is too big. The open back on these solves the problem. I also have wide feet. The 37 was okay but felt a little snug in the width so I went with the 38. I feel they do require a little bit of breaking in as opposed to my first love - Timberland Pros, but aesthetically, they are much prettier than the Timberland Pros and the color selection is great. The pretty silver stitching on these is also a nice touch.

Love these shoes! I have been wearing crocs for the last few years because of problems with my feet. I spent hundreds of dollars on shoes and at the foot doctor. Now I have a shoe that feels great from the moment I put them on and still pain free at the end of the day. I want a pair in every color.

They will stretch out, so it's best to buy a half size smaller. This is the eighth or ninth pair of Alegria shoes that I have purchased, and I have loved every pair.

Great shoes! I work retail and need great support. This shoe has it all. Comfort, style and great workmanship. Highly recommend for people who are on their feet for hours at a time.

I love these clogs. They are so comfortable and have very good arch support. I have wide feet being so Alegrias are cut wide already I need not search for wide cut clogs, this is why I always love these comfortable Alegrias.

I so wanted to love this shoe. It was rated so high and it was RAINBOW colored!!! I got them (fast as always, thanks Zappos!) and wore them all day. My problem foot is my left foot. That felt great from the time I slipped them on. My right foot, however, was hurting. The top of the shoe was rubbing my pinky toe something fierce. Normally, I would build a bridge and get over it, but for the price, I could not ignore it. So, I sent them back :( I am so sad. Maybe if I got the next biggest size (which would be the biggest they have) it would have helped. I just did not want to return them over and over. So, they are great shoes and I would highly recommend them,. The arch support is great and they help you walk with such a natural movement. And they are so cute. I am really bummed that they did not work for me.

I was very skeptical ordering this shoe. Changed my opinion once I tried them on. Very comfortable right away. Insole is quite unique, fully padded and supportive. One downside is my toes rub on top of shoe but that should remedy as I wear them more. I have very flat feet and have to search for comfortable shoes. I will purchase Alegria again.

Bar none....this is the best-wearing pair of shoes I've ever owned. I liked them so much, I bought 2 more pairs of Alegrias in another style. Usually when I buy shoes, they feel great when I first try them on and buy them. But eventually I tuck them away in my closet to be ignored, sell them on the internet, or give them away. This time....I'm keeping them all. I DID order a size larger than what I usually wear, because I felt that the size I normally wear looked a tad shorter than I wanted them....they were comfortable, but a little short. My feet are wide at the toes and narrow at the heel and difficult to fit, but these are absolutely perfect. Zappos service is better than perfect. They make shopping for shoes, usually a difficult and unpleasant task, truly a pleasure. I highly recommend both Alegria shoes and Zappos Online Store. It just doesn't get any better!

This is the best pair of shoes I have had. I just put them on and started wearing them. I've never done that. They are great!

These are great shoes, but I agree with some other reviewers that the size chart is off. I usually wear size 9 or sometimes 9.5, which they say is a 39. Normally I wear size 40, so I ordered both 39 and 40, and the 40 was definitely the better fit. The footbed was extremely comfortable, but in the stiffer leather, the tops felt like they might cause blisters.

Oh my...I think I died and went to heaven. These are by far the best shoes I have ever had on my feet. I had foot surgery and back surgery. I have been trying to find a nice, comfortable, up to date shoe but have not had any luck until now. The UPS man just delivered these shoes. I kicked off my Ugg slippers and put on the Alegria Classic Leopard. I feel like I could walk 10 miles in these shoes. I am going to buy more of the Alegria shoes until I have a closet full. If anyone has bunions, back problems, etc...please buy these shoes - you will not be disappointed.

I love these shoes, but they do run about 1 size small, at least for me. I had to return them twice before I got the right size. They are very comfortable, stay on well, have good support and cute.

Great shoes for Those with Arthritis I suffer from arthritis and peripheral neuropathy and have had to give up wearing stylish shoes in favor of comfortable shoes. Even many so-called comfortable shoes are painful to wear for those of us with arthritis. I had resigned myself to a lifetime of trying to formalize my many pairs of Birkenstocks. However, I loved the look of the Alegria shoes and jumped at the chance to try them. These shoes are wonderful for sore feet and joints. The rocker motion helps propel you in a forward motion and help keep your feet from pronating awkwardly. They are lushly cushioned and have just enough arch support for my high arches. I find myself walking more and getting the exercise I need to fight the effects of this disease. And, there are so many styles to choose from that I can accessorize any outfit I want. I can't say enough good things about these shoes. If anyone out there is suffering from arthritis and is continually on the hunt for comfortable, yet stylish shoes, Alegria is the brand for us! And, as always, Zappos is the best!

First time wearing Alegria and they are amazing...really comfortable and can walk in them all day.

I have several pair of Alegria which I bought a couple years ago. I previously bought the Donna so thought I would try these. The leather is much stiffer on these and not sure I like them will try them for a week and see. I am an ICU nurse so on my feet for 12 hours and like to wear heavy socks with my shoes. Which I could with the Donna's.

Definitely felt a half size smaller. I normally wear 7-7.5 (37) but had to ship these back and get 8-8.5 (38). They are adoreable and worth the wait!
