You changed something. Your shoes are not comfortable anymore, they are tight between the arches/center of food. they gouge in, the toe separator is thicker, and they are larger. I normally wear a 6.5 - now that is too long, too tight and cheaply made. Why? Why do that. When people are ordering on line, from a brand that has been selling an iconic shoe for ever, expect consistency. Period. They are not cheap. I have stopped buying now for a few years. I tried to get a new pair, and actually went into Bloomingdales to try on thinking it was a bad batch. They are painful. the sizing is on the bottoms now who knows where you are manufacturing this time. you change it and it makes it difficult to keep quality the same. Shame on you. And go back to your custom color choices. what a fantastic feature to have dropped. Who wants what everyone else has, this was great for those of us that collect your shoes. Lost customer here, sadly.

These sandals last for about a summer, and that is it with moderate wear. The heels fall off and also I have had problems with the leather uppers. I also ordered a second monogramed pair for my wedding and they sent me one with navy stitching (obviously I wanted white since they were for my wedding). They would not fix the problem, so I ordered from Palm Beach Sandals. They came much quicker and their customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend not getting Jack Rogers and ordering from Palm Beach Sandals.

I haven't really been lucky with these sandals. I own 4 pairs and have had no luck with them. First pair, bottom sole broke from side to side after about 3 months of use. Before that I had already bought a second pair, which also after a few months (of rare use) bottom sole detached from top sole and a black piece of leather came out. I was able to glue it back together, as well as the heel that was breaking from the sole. I went 2 years without buying a new pair, so I decided to give it another try. Fair enough, bought a couple of classic jacks, one of them after 4 uses the leather on the top sole is cracking and peeing, and they say it's not covered by the warranty. The second pair I have only used once. I guess that's the only way to keep them in good shape. Keep them in the box and just look at them. Also, not to mention that I had to return 2 pairs of the gold sandals because they already came defective, leather peeling and mismatched color on the sole leather.

I bought these sandals and LOVED them! I only wore them 4 times. I was at work walking and the right side strap of the shoe broke, I was very unhappy. I will not buy this again :(

I got these because they are so cute and versatile, but I had them on for four hours when the sole split on both sandals. It's not a solid stitched piece of leather, but two thin ones glued together. Very disappointing.

Absolutely too small and the straps have already broken. For a "quality" brand, this feels the opposite of what I was expecting.

Within the first ten minutes of wearing them, the entire bottom of the left sandal unattached and came off. The leather on the heel is also detaching as well as the heel. It looks like the same thing is ready to happen to the right sandal. It is unfortunate when you need to take brand new shoes to the cobbler. Not impressed.

Purchased navy and white from Saks Off 5th in June and I have had to have the soles AND heels glued back. These are very poorly constructed.

I have owned a dozen jack Rogers over the years and have always loved them. This is the first pair that has been a disaster. I wore them lightly twice and the soles separated from the shoe!! I tried to glue them back together but the separation keeps growing and I keep gluing but now after a total of 5 wears, I've had to throw them out. Very disappointing.

I am a long time lover of Jack Rogers sandals. I think they are a great sandal that can be dressed up or down. I have owned four pairs over the past 15 years. My first pair lasted forever until I literally wore a hole into them. My next three? Not so much. Very disappointed in the decline in quality and for the price, I find it pretty disappointing that the heel on the last three pairs of sandals from JR that I've owned have fallen off. Probably because they're cheaply made and attached with glue. (See pictures below.) I wore these sandals probably 4 times. I'll certainly glue the heel back on myself, but I won't be buying from Jack Rogers again. For the money, I can find a quality made sandal elsewhere.

Had these sandals for two years but didn't wear them often. Both heels have fallen off which actually made them more comfortable, but just this evening the thong broke so now they are completely unwearable.. Would have expected a much better product for the price and reputation. Incorrectly assumed they would be sandals I could wear for years.. definitely poor quality

The heel of the right sandal fell off within a week of wearing them. I’m disappointed as this was my first Jack Rogers purchase.

Love the look of these, but the cork was tearing apart from the leather underneath before I even put them on. This was happening on both shoes, so I imagine it's a design flaw and not a fluke.
