I really wanted to like this sandal but previous reviewers were right. Not comfortable. I might have kept it and tried to break it in over time but alas, the 8.5 N was too wide. The length was perfect with a little to spare so no risk of overhang.
I typically wear an 8.5 N and occasionally a 9 N or S, depending on the brand (and there are SO few that make narrows anymore!) disappointed to have to return. Beautiful color, too, tending towards the silver.

Love them! I am flat-footed and needed a cute, dress-up or dress-down shoe and this fit the bill. Other reviewers mention the 3 holes causing discomfort but I haven't had that issue. They are exactly what I needed. I'll buy more pairs.

Very comfortable; can dress it up or wear with shorts -- really versatile shoe. I ordered a 10 1/2 which got shipped to me as an 11 which was too big, so returned it for a 10 which was perfect. And Zappos made it incredibly easy.

These are my favorite sandals ever! I have them in silver and gold, and I'm sure I will be purchasing more colors in the future. They are completely worth the price as I have had my silver ones for 2 years and they still look brand new (I wear them 2+ times a week, excluding winter time). These sandals work with any outfit from shorts and a t-shirt, to a fancy dress. If you live in the South, these are a must have!

Love these sandals! They are the perfect sandal to dress up an outfit if you don't want to wear heels. I have the platinum colored ones and they go with absolutely everything. I have narrow foot so they fit me perfect. Definitely worth the investment!

I was originally going to buy these from the actual Jack Rogers site but since Zappos usually ships way faster, I decided to buy here. Anyway, Zappos pointed out that the M next to the size signified a half size. As I was trying to match the same size as the pair I currently had, I really appreciated this info or I would have ordered a half size down. Jack Rogers did not offer this info on their site. Yay Zappos! Oh and they came in like 2 days.

Like some of the others, I found them to be very uncomfortable at first, but once broken in they are wonderful. I now own 4 pair of jack rogers flats. The first several times I wear them I not only put lotion on my feet and I also rub lotion on the underside of the leather uppers to soften the leather... Works like a charm!

I have 5 pairs of Jacks and I wear them all summer long. Just received what I thought would be a gold shiny pair, as pictured but they are a soft muted gold. Also, they do not have the size written in pencil on the inside as it has been forever. They now have a gold stamp reading made in brazil. Not sure of the quality as I will return this pair. High hopes for a shiny gold pair! :)

I have always loved these shoes but had to buy knock offs until Zappos started carrying the wides. I never buy wide shoes but my arch or something must be too high for the Jack Rodgers brand. I can't wear them comfortably. The wide in my normal size has made these shoes wearable, assuming they still stretch out a bit!

I just received these shoes I silver and they are so cute. The style is wonderful and the shine of the leather really makes these a step up. Unfortunately they are not comfortable. I'm hoping it's because the leather need to be worn some. These shoes are marked wrong in width. They are very narrow and I need a medium width. I hope they loosen up because I really love these shoes.

Very cute sandals. Bottoms are very slick at first but once I roughed them up outside they were fine. I have high arches and need support if I'm going to walk long distances, so these won't work for that. But they are perfect for wearing out to dinner or whatever with a cute sundress or capris. The color is great!

This is my first pair of Jack Flats. Was quite excited to receive them and break them in! After wearing them out the first day and looking at them often to admire, I noticed that my shoes didn't quite look right. The corners have been cut off from the heels on both shoes. This cut is noticeable from the side and makes them look sloppy/worn down. Also, the soles are more of a whitewashed sandy color rather than the cognac color pictured online. While the sandy color is fine, it just is not what I was expecting or hoping for. The cut corners was a big enough deal for me to reach out to customer service about an exchange thinking it was a quality control error.
I am unable to exchange them as I had already worn them outside. Also, it seems that an exchange would not solve the corner problem due to this being the way the shoes are currently being made. From customer service: "I have looked into your order and it looks like the pair your received is correct. At this time, some of our styles are made with the corners of the heels going down on an angle, like the ones you received."
All in all, they are still lovely sandals and fit nicely. I am usually an 8 and that size is perfect. I will be wearing them all summer! Just wanted to share pictures so others know what to expect and aren't disappointed.

These are adorable shoes, and fit just right (I have a narrow fit and I ordered them in narrow - which is difficult to find.) The problem is that the sole of my feet hurt so badly I can barely walk. For me it's not on the heel, it's on the ball of my foot. Hopefully I'm still breaking them in and this problem will go away, but in the meantime, ouch!

This didn't seem like a narrow sandal at all. This sandal was much wider than my foot. I really wish that some company would make a truly slim or narrow width flip flop. So often they say it's a narrow width, but it isn't. These are being returned and not exchanged.

Definitely made for a long narrow foot. I normally wear a nine in almost everything, but these were at least an inch too long - and were so tight I couldn't get my foot in! Will try the next two sizes down and keep my fingers crossed.

I finally broke down and purchased the Navajo flat. I love the way it looks, but the leather part is crazy tight across the top of my foot. I have been wearing it around the house to break it in. I definitely cannot wear them outside yet. Am hoping this proves successful as they really are a beautiful shoe!

I ordered the wide sandal because I have wide feet, thinking these would fit; I can barely get these on my left foot, and can't get them on my right. "Wide Sandal" is not wide width. If you need wide width shoes I would not order these.
