I was looking for a more stylish alternative to my Professionals (which I have had for 6 years, wear constantly for 7 months out of the year, and show virtually no signs of wear). Sadly, these don't work. They are much narrower in the heel, so I constantly felt the shoe rubbing up and down my heel as I walked. Cute, otherwise, but I'm going back to the Professionals.

These were my first Dansko shoes and wore them around the house to see how they felt. They were great only they would pull my socks down which is quite annoying. I am needing to return to get a bigger size. They seem to run smaller then stated I ordered a 37 I am 6.5 and went to try on others in store that carries them and bigger was better in this style for me.

Should have trusted the other reviewers when they said this shoe felt larger. I sent them back for the next size down, hopefully those will fit better.

Had to go one size up as others said. Didn't realize from the photo there's a seam across the top of the shoe. That stitching ended up being very bothersome from the inside, rubbing directly on top of my small toe bones. I ended up going with the Dansko Solstice which are way cuter, but also had to do one size larger. I didn't like the taupe colored sole on the Stacies, either.

100% cute, but narrow. Have 2 other Dansko and not as narrow as this one, so sadly it's going back. It's so hard to find shoes for an extremely high instep so very disappointing that these didn't fit.

These must run very small. I normally wear a 9 but ordered 9.5-10 just so I could wear a heavier sock for winter, but I can barely squeeze my foot into this one and will have to return it.

A lot bigger than my other pair of Danskos which are clogs. My feet were sore at the end of the day. Cute style.

I loved these shoes but within 2 months the coating on the heel came off and it looks cheap and tacky now. Very disappointing for Dansko.

I love Dansko shoes and was disappointed with the quality of the leather of this shoe. The leather is so thin, that both shoes were scuffed and torn after wearing them for 1 week.

I wear a Size 36 in the Professional and a Size 36 in this would nowhere near fit. They were way small! I am in the process of returning them for a Size 37. I will do another review on the Size 37's.

These shoes are great! There is definitely a breaking in period but after a day or two they really are great. I also get a lot of compliments on how cute these shoes look.

I like these shoes a lot. I work in a medical office and the floors are hard. I can wear these all day around the office just fine. I tried walking home in them one day, and that did not work as well. It was not awful, just not very good. I walk almost two miles home. Sneakers are better for that. But for the up and down all day at work they are good. I like the look better than my professional Danskos.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. The fit was good rid from the start, no need to break in. Great arch support; very comfortable.

I bought these shoes on the recommendation of a friend who also, like me, has foot issues (plantar fasciitis, etc) and I have to tell you...I love these shoes! Great support under the arch (but not too much) and they fit like a glove the minute I put them on. I wear a wide shoe in most shoes, and these were perfect for me. Dansko appears to have excellent quality too. These were my first Dansko's but not my last.

These shoes are super cute, but don't plan on wearing them to work. I wear a 38 and ordered this shoe in that size. They are very narrow and the top fits snugly across my foot. They are great with jeans while running around, but if you're working a 12 hour shift, stick with your Professionals.

Should have listened to the person who have narrow feet and said they are great. I had to return these because they are too narrow for me and the seam makes them a little uncomfortable, especially if the fit too snug. I was very happy on the looks. I'm ordering a sandal, cannot wait!

A very comfortable shoe as most Dansko are - and afford me the ability to be on my feet much longer. However, the quality one used to expect from this company is lacking. Just a little over one and a half years of wear and this show looks beat. Also, the cotton stitching that holds the foot-body to the sole is coming out and they will soon be useless. What happened to them lasting years?!

Dansko shoes always win in comfort but unfortunately not always in quality. I bought the Stacie in the brown oiled nubuck and it seems the nice brown finish on the sole is actually brown paint on a black sole. Needless to say the brown paint was scuffed and peeling by the second wearing. Would recommend buying this shoe in black to avoid this issue. Only 1 star overall for this reason.

These shoes are surprisingly comfortable! When I first tried them on, I almost sent them back because my heels slid up out of the shoes when I walked in them. But after wearing them around the house a few times I realized that they are designed that way. It does not, in any way, irritate your heel. In fact, if your heel didn't come up when walking they would probably be uncomfortable. The back of the shoes are low to allow for comfortable walking.

These are a great alternative to the Dansko Professional, that I've been faithful to for years. I love the style! They fit well, although my baby toes tend to hurt after a while. I will definitely buy them again!
