I loved the look of this boot and the functionality. But, as some others have said, I had to put forth more effort than I expected to put my foot into this boot. My foot is usually an AA width, not exceptionally narrow or wide. Once I had the boot on, it was a bit looser in the foot than I expected. Also, because of the stiffness of the shaft, it was less comfortable again my leg when I was walking in it with just tights and not a heavier pant. So, as much as I like the look, I'm going to have to return this boot. Thank you to Zappos for being so patient and generous with the support they offer to clients like me.

These were so cute but like other reviewers I could not even get my foot into the boot, it has a very narrow shaft. Too bad, I was really looking forward to wearing them but back they go!

Very cute...but very uncomfortable. I have a wide foot, so these were difficult to get on and a bit tight, but also the back was stiff and hurt the heel of my foot.

I love Dansko shoes and thought these rain boots would be great--but they are made of covered canvas, and the ankle is uncomfortable. I can't imagine walking very far in these.

Love Dansko but these were really uncomfortable I was really disappointed did not want to work through it and get blisters so sent them back. Boo hoo.

These boots are very uncomfortable and difficult to get on. They are too stiff and hurt my feet.

I loved these boots. They helped my plantar fascia feel a lot better and were very comfy. But then, about a month in, the canvas started peeling away around the toe box area and only got worse and worse until now, six months later, I bought new boots. Very disappointing. :(

Love the look, but the fit is a little awkward - the top hits the shin and calf at an unpleasant spot. I'll need to wear heavy socks with them to prevent chafing there. Not what I was expecting from Dansko.

I love Dansko boots and was really excited about the idea of a waterproof pair. However, it was such a struggle to get just one foot into it -- complete with foot cramp from the struggle -- that I just cannot imagine keeping these. It is hard to imagine they would ever loosen up enough to wear regularly; the thought of doing battle with them would keep them in the closet.

Gorgeous rain boots. Too bad that the instep area is made too small to get one's foot in them. Very, very disappointed in the workmanship.
