Return/Exchange / Refund could be better. As a result of the Shipping cost ($12) not being refunded and there not being an exchange decided not to purchase different size. First pair was refunded but not shipping.

The Brixen are amazing I love these shoes! My wife is constantly telling me to give them a break though, and to wear something else for a change but, I'm like nah... they're just too comfortable. Also, just a shout-out to the entire Keen Team... you guys treated me like a king! I had some issues with my order initially but over a few repeated calls I was always treated with respect, and everything was done to take care of me and resolve my issues as quickly as possible... you guys got a customer for life!!!

This Summer I purchased my first pair of Keen Shoes. My wife has always been a huge Keen fan. I recently ordered my third pair and now I am a fan of Keen Shoes.

My second pair of these shoes. I loved the endurance and utility of this model. After several years of hard use they finally started to break down so ordered a new pair. Still high quality BUT very stiff around the ankles (possibly higher rim now?) which has made them hard to wear without creating sores. Tried stretching which hopefully will help.

I loved them the second I it them on and I went out to the woods to check if they would slip on inclines and decline surfaces and they held strong and no heel slipping either. Great shoes

On my third pair . warm, good traction, easy to put on and durable

Had these sent to my son's home in Portland, Oregon, where I arrived a few days later from Budapest. We met the Brixen's after a 4-inch snowfall and temps in the 20's. Perrrrfect! They are super-comfortable, warm and weather-proof! I stomped through the snow and slush without a care in the world. The traction underfoot was like a super snowtire. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

1st time purchase of Brixen for me. They are a perfect fit and they are excellent for slipping on to take the dog out in winter and wet weather. They keep my feet warm and dry. I will definitely buy another pair when the time is right!

Earlier iteration of this shoe fit great. Was one of my go to shoes. Im trying to make this one work, but the toe box area is much sloppier and the tongue rise is longer pressing on my ankle in an unpleasant way

Great slip on, good all around shoe.

They run a little small in my size 12 so I went up a size to 13. They are a little big so I have to wear thicker sox. No big deal. Still love them.

I'm a fan of Keen shoes especially for their roomy toe box. I wear an 11.5 and these shoes fit perfectly. I also like that they are slip-on shoes.

Everything negative you read is true! Loose fitting, upper leather digs into my ankle. They are not waterproof or even water resistant. No insulation value and the soles are slippery with the least amount of snow or any wet surface. Bought them because of the heavy duty toe cap and heal. Thought these would hold up better than my previous work shoeMerrills Ill be buying Merrills again.

Bought these for the wet winterish weather and the ease of slipping on a shoe. Love em. Id buy a second pair if my wife let me. They are a tiny bit loose but I figured with a thicker sock, theyd be just right. Feels like a Newport winter shoe if that makes sense.

Great fit, looks good on foot and very functional outdoors.

The sides are cut higher in this current version, versus the version from 3-4 years ago. The higher sides rub against the lower side of my ankle bones. The older version was far more comfortable.

These shoes are stiff, which causes the uppers to dig into my ankle when I walk.

Ive had many shoes and boots over many years and the Brixen is one of the best. It is comfortable and good looking. Walked a lot right after I put them on.

Actually using these for my quick slip-on winter work "boots" - they're a heavier-duty version of slip on but very comfortable -

I got back into morning walks this summer, and wanted to keep it up in the winter. I bought these shoes for that purpose. They are warm and waterproof. I love the slip-on. And now that winter is here I find myself wearing them on errands, going out to dinner, my childrens activities, etc. I hope Keen continues to make these shoes.

Really great space for toes, width and height! Full length custom orthotics go right in with no problems. Plenty of volume without being sloppy. Love Them!!!

I bought this pair of shoes last week and was very excited about it until I use it. The sole of shoe is very slippery, useless for Canadian weather. Its slippery on snow as well as on wet floor. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
