I'm wonering what the difference is in a size 7 to a 6. I have about a 1/4 inch space behind the heel. They are so comfortable, they are the only shoes I wear that don't hurt my toes.

Love these slip on shoes and have basically lived in them, wearing them everywhere. Had an injury to my right foot and needed great arch support and these were it.

My second pair! Last forever..soooo comfortable, slip on and off at the door. Tried several less expensive alterative but I came back!

These may be the best slippers I have ever owned. They provide a lot of support. I’ve been having feet issues due to plantar fasciitis and these slippers provide the best support on my hard wood floors. They are good for winter or summer and don’t cause my feet to sweat in the summer like other fuzzy slippers.

The Haflinger GZ Classic Grizzly is even better than I expected. I needed support, warmth, as well as width for a wide toe box. This Haflinger has it all. I ordered the gray and it is a perfect color. I hope to purchase another color someday!

I was apprehensive about ordering these because of all the five-star reviews. They definitely lived up to the hype. I'm very happy with these shoes and will keep them. I need a good amount of arch support, after an injury a few years ago. I don't feel like I need orthotic inserts when I wear these shoes. They offer all the support I need.

I have had a pair of these shoes as slippers routinely for the past 25 years and wouldn’t wear anything else. I like that I can wear them inside to keep my feet clean and warm and keep my arches very well supported. These are also fine to wear outside to get the mail or take the dog outside and I don’t wear them outside for longer activities just because I like to keep them clean. I usually can’t wear any shoes without socks due to my sweaty feet but these boiled wool shoes keep me dry and regulate the temperature no matter if it’s summer or winter; I cannot recommend these shoes enough! With daily inside wear a pair will last me 4 years. My feet pronate and I’m getting some arthritis in my toes. It’s sure worth the price to be comfortable!!

My husband and I both have worn this same style for over 20 years and when ours eventually wear out (all shoes do) we promptly replace them with the same exact ones! Can't be beat for the comfort and support and the ease in which they go from indoors to out. I particularly love that for most of the cold weather season I don't even have to wear socks with them (outdoors), as the wool keeps your feet super warm. As summer turns to fall and our beloved Birks take "the bench", our Haflinger's "suit up"! Understated, classic, and simply amazing ~ highly recommend!

This is my husband 5th pr over the 10yrs we have lived in our house w hardwood floors. He wears them anytime he’s on the hardwood floor. It saves his back and feet. He weighs about 260lbs. And they support him perfectly.

My wife’s normal size is 11 but that was too small. 12 fit perfectly. She likes everything about them except there is no cushioning. If Haflinger would add some cushion inside they would be absolutely perfect.

I have purchased this slipper about 4 times over the past 10 years and I wish I could remember if they always seem to have less arch support at the beginning and perhaps they mold to your feet much like Birkenstocks and the arch support gets better with time? My old ones bit the dust, a hole in the fabric at the toe and worn on the heels (after wearing at home pretty much every day of the fall/winter for a few years) but the arch support was much better in those and I hated throwing them out. Do size down if you're on the fence, as I wear and 8.5 in closed shoes and boots and a 7.5 in most sandals and a 38 has always fit me perfectly in these. I have to wear a 39 in Danskos for instance. These are the perfect slipper still, great for those times when you have to step outside for something.

I'm a 9 1/2 US and a 40 in Birkenstocks. My normal 40 in Haflinger fit me perfectly. I've had the slippers with the cute designs before (Sheep, Coffee, Beer & Pretzel), and I've had various wool clogs, but I've never had the Grizzly before. It fits perfectly. I'm replacing a purple Stegman wool clog which keeps coming apart at the base with the Haflinger, which always work well for me. I wear them year round, in Florida, as my house shoes, and they keep my feel cool in summer and warm in winter, and offer great arch support and toe room.

Bought for my husband. He has been wearing for several months and seems pleased with them. I have been wearing these for years as slippers. After 5 years, I bought my second pair due to my toe peaking out. Pricey but very comfy.

I bought these to wear on the house but I wear them everywhere. They're so comfortable and warm! I have a narrow foot and high arch, with weirdly "tall" big toes. These fit perfectly and conform to my arch.

These are great slippers! They fit well for a normal width foot. They give good arch support and stability for overpronation. My husband wears these all the time when he is not at work. They do not stretch out, which is nice. They have a good outside crepe-like sole so if he does wear them out of the house to the store or something, he feel like he's wearing "slippery" slippers. One note: if you have wide feet, these won't work so well for you. We tried ordering some of these for my son, too, but he has wide feet and these just won't fit. But if you don't have wide feet, these are great. Also, they are good-looking so I don't mind when my husband leaves them laying around by the front door instead of putting them away!

Back for a second pair, the first having lasted for 2.5 years. I work at home and due to foot problems I must wear something supportive on my feet in the house. These have been worn (usually with socks in the winter months) for hours on end, for 2 years straight, and just now need replacing due to the sole wearing down. I'm going to take the old pair in after the new pair arrive to see if the sole can be replaced. If so, I'll happily have 2 pair. I wear a size 8 shoe, initially purchased the size 39 which were too big. I sized down to the 38. My foot is wide and I usually wear socks with them, and they stretched to accomidate easily.

They are warm & delightful! The Haflinger GZ Classic Grizzly has become my FAVORITE house shoe / slipper. I’ve struggled with Plantar Faciitus, and this shoe has excellent arch support. I normally wear a size 38, but given reviews from others, I ordered a 37 and they fit perfectly. The Classic Grizzly has a bit of a lift / heel to it which is very comfortable, and I love the beautiful German trim. Definitely worth the price.

These are exactly what I needed for slippers. I have an arch but not high, and support is necessary for my feet. These are perfect. I wish they made outside shoes.

OMG, there are clouds on my feet! These felt so good out of the box, I wore them all day with no issues at all. I have an extremely high arch and wide feet - in most shoes I need at least 1 size up to get my foot in them & then they are way too long. These accommodate my non-standard feet beautifully, so those without that profile may find them feeling wide. The style is casual & earth-shoe mam, which fits me to a T. Love, Love, Love!

I wanted to love this slipper. I did, but there was not enough cushioning or flexibilibity for my feet with very high arches.
