Love the lining. It keeps my feet warm. The shaft fits snug on the calves. I'm 5'1 and these fit about 3-4 inches below the middle of my knee caps. I returned them because there are just not enough rainy days in California. I thought I should get something more versatile.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to the girl I was talking to on the live chat yesterday, I think her name was Nicole (she was very helpful). The customer service was A+. Shipping was very quick just in time for the snowy rainy weather. The price for this pair of boots was unbeatable. The boots feel comfy and warm they are very snug. I didn't have issues with my ankles or calves. However, if you are planning to wear baggy pants you may have difficulty tucking them in. I bought size US9 and I am normally a size 9 (I personally don't recommend getting a smaller size or a bigger size than what you really are). They look well made and sturdy and I love the fact that there is fleece inside the boots so hopefully that will keep me warm outdoors. I also bought Hunter boot liners, they work well this boot as long as you get US 5-7 as I read the bigger sizes were too big and probably won't fit very well these boots as they already have fleece in them; however, the liners make these boots look nice and stylish. I just got these in the mail. The fuzzy lining keeps my legs and ankles warm. I'm short (5'1, inseam around 29-30) so the shaft hits my leg just right. The boot hugs around my calves and doesn't look like my legs are engulfed by the boots. The rubber is soft and I feel comfortable walking in them. I normally wear a size 5 in heels so I ordered the 35 (US womans 4). Fits perfectly! Sleek design helps it not look so bulky. My socks come off with the boots when I take it off. I can only wear skinny jeans with these boots. Wondering if I should get the wide calf boots of the same brand. It's 1/2 inch wider in circumference. I think I'll order it just to compare.

Almost perfect!! Simple and clean design on the outside, cozy on the inside.(I'm fussy--not a fan of corny, sloppy rainboots.) They fit my narrow feet everywhere except the length! I usually hover between an 8.5 or 9, but the 40s fit like a glove--which is to say, they are about a half centimeter too short for me!

I love the boot, but unfortunately, despite others finding it big and roomy for big calves, they were too tight on mine. I do find it hard to find boots that fit my calves, though, so should fit most people. Other than that, it is a great boot. Unfortunately, I won't be using them!

Love this boot! The only down side is this is my second pair in 4 years. I live in snow country and slip them on 3-4 times a day to walk dogs, but after 4 years had to get a new pair because the rubber split. They are super comfortable and super warm.

Utilitarian boot with warm shearling lining (concern that with repetitive wear it could become disheveled/trap odors particularly if exposed to excess water because of wear in the rain). This boot fits loosely across the ankle area so as to show excess bend/rubber. The foot shape is wide and the boot looks "clompy." This would be a practical boot for distinct outdoor use but does not parlay well into professional use, whereas other rain boots have a snug fit. The rubber appears durable and traction is good.

The opening will hug most people's calves, so if you know you have large calves, you might want to try a different style. The lining is extremely comfortable though and the bottom has good grip.

Since I got these, rainy days are not so miserable anymore. In fact, I couldn't wait for it to rain so I could put them on. They are comfortable and stylish. The fur lining stopped shedding after a few wears. So happy I got these.

They are comfortable and warm, though I wish the shaft is a little bit taller. However, it breaks down on the sole before the winter ends! Only wore them for about 2 months then there is a hole in the heel and it leaks!

I am so very disappointed with this purchase! I had been looking for a nice rain/snow boot for some time and when I came across these on Zappos, I was so excited to purchase. The only reason I kept them is because the day after I received them, we had a snow storm and out of necessity, I wore them. The boots run very small and offer no type of arch support and also, they are quite heavy. Walking in these boots literally hurt your feet and legs. I wear a size 8 and ordered an 8 accordingly and am upset and disappointed that the boots are not advertised as running small - like tight small! While not expensive, I am still upset to have spent the money on boots that I am not pleased with. Buyer Beware: order a 1/2 size to a full size bigger so that you can insert some kind of arch because these boots are not made for walking.

I was ready to love these but sadly I couldn't even get them on. My big ol' 16" calves got in the way! Considering one would be wearing these with thicker socks, I doubt anyone with calves over 14" would find these terribly comfortable. They do look great though - so all you sleek-calved ladies are in luck!

I feel compelled to write a review because of my mixed experience with these boots. I am mostly writing in case someone else who has chronic sweaty feet is thinking of purchasing these boots - do not! They were so comfortable and cozy and fit like a glove, but once my feet sweat in them once or twice they stunk. Something about the fleece lining getting wet and not being able to dry out overnight, I think. It was a stink have never faced before (and I have seen plenty of shoes get ruined by my sweaty feet in the past), and the smell was bad enough that even after letting them dry for weeks I still could not wear them worry free. Overall, they are great for normal feet but very very bad if you will sweat in them consistently!
