these are just classic cali cool. but apart from turning heads wherever you wear them, they're also super comfortable. have been wearing the same pair for two years and the cushioning still makes it feel like i'm walking on a cloud. like most vans, they do have a bit of a breakin period (my heels always get rubbed a bit) but once they're broken in? they fit like little soft glove pillows for your feet.

I bought these Vans for my son because they are his favorite shoes ... He's had a pair of Vans Slip-On Pros (Blackout Suede) for 3 years and they are still really nice looking, not beat up at all, and he wears them nearly every day. So I bought him this as a second pair! He says they are his most comfortable shoes and that's saying a lot because he's always been hard to fit and picky about shoes. Really glad they still make this shoe, because so often you find a shoe you love and they discontinue it. Yay Vans!

Great shoe, the slip-ons are classic. Not the most comfortable wear, and it may hurt your feet when it’s breaking in, but if you’re shopping for Vans, you’re not shopping for comfortability, you’re shopping for the style.

Much more comfortable than classic slip-ons, and a touch classier, "professional" even. Durable and modern shoes that go with everything. I normally wear an 11 in Vans Classic Slip-Ons. I had to return these for an 11.5, which were still snug until I broke them in a bit. I could probably fit a size 12 if the 11.5s weren't already too long...

Making classics comfortable is a win win situation. So grateful for the slip-on pro model with its added ultra cush insoles. I got my wife and i a pair of the checkered colorway and we love them!

LOVED these shoes! I've been wanting Vans Pros in my size for so long now but the Vans site doesn't sell them in my size. Very frustrating but I'm so glad I was able to find these ones! Would definitely buy another pair in the future.

These Vans are great, I just want to point out I had to exchange mine twice before I got a workable size. Normally I'm an 11 but I had to get 12s and even then they had to break in a little bit. But just go a size up and you have the perfect summer shoe.

The "Pro" cushion is worth the extra cash. I've always loved the checkered slip ins. Great bonus.

Nice vans. These are a little more narrow than other vans. I have never had a problem with rubbing with my vans and these hurt my feet. However, I do have wide feet.

I've been looking for classic black slip-ons and finally found these! The inner sole is cushy but not that supportive, but it slips out easily and I replaced with an insert. They're not too wide which is often the case with unisex sizing. Love the little red tag and the white stitching! My new go-to every day sneaks.

Amazing shoe and a true classic. Fits and looks great. Finally I can order these and never again go to the mall.
