I have been wearing Nine West pumps for decades. (8-1/2 M). I have now ordered and returned TWO pair. Suddenly they are much too big, too wide. Whatever changes they have made in manufacturing is most definitely not for the better. I will have to find a new brand of pump. Bye Bye Nine West.

I have these in black and thought the Ligna Kid would be the same shoe that I loved. The fit was totally different. They felt at least a half size too large. I am disappointed. Pretty shoe though.

Way smaller than a standard size. Would recommend going at least one size smaller.

This shoe is absolutely beautiful but it feels very narrow. I had to return. I typically don't wear a wide width but I could barely get the shoe on my foot. I feel like it is made for those with narrow feet - only.

I have worn NW Flax shoes for years. It is the only pump I can wear for several hours and feel fine. I have just about every color. This shoe does not fit like a normal flax show. It dug into my heal. I even tried on my other flax pumps to compare. Pretty but going back.

I could only wear these shoes one day they caused blisters on both ankles. Disappointed as I always wear Nine West. Very unfortunate that much money is now wasted as they cannot be worn again.

great looking shoe. bought this shoe 1 year ago... perfect style. this time the shoe feels so much more narrow. such a bummer.

I am returning these because of the very obvious NINE WEST logo stamped on the bottom. Not subtle at all, and Nine West is not some luxury brand, so I don't know why they think people want to see this huge bold all caps logo on the bottom of their shoe.

This is the second pair of this shoe that I have purchased. The first lasted about 2 years (and I still wear every now and then) with moderate wear. This pair literally fell apart while I was wearing them for the third time. The inside seam that binds the outer and inner sections of the shoe unraveled as I was wearing them. I have a picture I would like to submit to show you what I am talking about. This to me is unacceptable for any type of shoe, no matter the cost. I am just really disappointed because these are the only brand of pumps that I can comfortably wear and they are ruined.

The quality of the product is really poor. The inside lining (where the skin meets the shoe) started crumbling and tearing after only a few wears. It's a comfortable height, even for small sizes (I wear a size 5), but it's not worth the price.

Ordered a wide. The shoes were horribly narrow to the point that I could barely get them on, and my feet are not that wide. Do not recommend if you have anything other than extremely narrow feet.

I was so disappointed in these shoes. I'd just bought the Nine West "Charly" shoe in black suede and leopard print in a 7.5, so I thought I'd try these. Whereas the Charly has held up to more-than-once-a-week use, the Flax started falling apart almost immediately. I love how they look, I love the red color, and I love the height, but they are very poorly made. I wish they'd bring back the Charly; I cannot find them anywhere anymore. The Flax just didn't cut it. I wish I'd returned them.

Great looking shoe, very comfortable, however !! The bottom simply fell apart, under the black finish are simply layers of paper, or what looks like cardboard. Not like Nine West and know this is a quality issue they will have to resolve.

This is a true Nine West classic. Having other Nine West "Flax" pumps that are quite comfortable, I fell in love with the python leather pattern of the Yellow Leather 2 and Pink RP thinking they would fit the same. Unfortunately, the leather was very hard and very uncomfortable, not at all like the smooth leather Flax pumps I own. Stay away from this type of leather regardless of how pretty it looks. At least this makes it easy to return.

I received these shoes in black patent (synthetic) from my husband for Christmas last year. They looked great, and felt fine...and began disintegrating the very first time I wore them. The synthetic patent finally ripped all the way through today, less than one year after they were purchased. The funny thing is, I also own this shoe in a grey genuine leather version and a brown croc-embossed genuine leather version, have had both pairs for three years, and they still look wonderful, despite frequent wear. My advice to anyone considering buying this shoe: buy the leather versions of this shoe, but avoid the synthetic patent versions at all costs!

I really wanted to love this shoe. Almost every other reviewer does. Nine West is consistently a go-to brand for me. But unfortunately the Flax missed the mark, for me. I ordered the natural patent and the color was just what I wanted. The style was perfect, the shoe itself is gorgeous. I ordered my usual Nine West size of 10.5... However, when I put the shoe on I realized the medium width was super narrow. I double checked to see if maybe I accidentally received a narrow but no, the box is marked for the medium width. So maybe because of how my foot fit (or didn't fit) into the shoe, the arch of my foot was ABOVE the top edge of the shoe! It wasn't even covered a little! I am so curious how so many other reviewers got lucky with this shoe because it wasn't even close to what I usually get from NW. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Blue Multi Fabric in a 6.5. I normally wear a 7N in heels but lately have been able to get a 6.5M and they work. I also have other Nine West heels in a 6.5 Medium. The quality of Nine West has gone down! The fabric was beautiful but the "plastic" soles were so cheap looking and there was ZERO support inside the shoe. The toe box was wider than others I have so these are going back!

I have two pairs of Flax and the lining separates. I don't blame Zappos, but this has happened on the Barbe heels as well. It would be great for your company to contact Nine West and see if you could get their Quality people hot on this issue. I tried for two days to contact their customer service, but you can't send them an E mail.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on.

Product received was an orange high-heeled leather pump. Looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was too small.

So stiff! Bummer because they are pretty, but not something that you could wear for a while, material was hard.

This is a review on the leopard print flax pump. I ordered this pair to replace my favorite Nine West leopard hair calf pumps that are showing wear and I was horrified to see these when they arrived. They are not haircalf instead they look like teddy bear fur on the pumps. Very ugly and low quality compared to my Nine West pumps I was trying to replace. I am very disappointed in Nine West’s lack of quality with this shoe and will be returning these immediately. I have already purchased REAL leopard haircalf pumps in another brand since these were such a disappointment and there was NO way I was going to wear them!

Heel broke off within first 30 days of nominal wear. My excellent show cobblers said there was no economical way to fix the issue, and even if they tried, it wouldn’t look great. I understand that these aren’t crazy expensive shoes, but I’m still shocked at the lack of quality control and manufacturing oversight of Nine West. Never thought of their shoes as cheaply made before this. Real shame as I love these pumps otherwise! Bought the same pair in black which so far have not broken. Will update if those do as well.

Awful - not at all a medium width and at least a half size larger than stated. I am shocked that Nine West has such an awful product on the market - never again!
