After about 3 months of looking for winter boots, I finally made a decision to buy this one. Sorel has so many boot options I didn't know what would be the best for my trip I'm taking to Vermont and Boston. Well, ladies, this is the boot! I absolutely love these boots. They are comfortable, fit well and couldn't be more stylish! I was unsure what to get because when you read the reviews everyone seems to have different opinions on the various style of boots but this was the winner. I am going to Boston in December so I believe this boot will keep me warm and dry. Get this boot...you won't regret it! Also if you have never ordered from Zappos....well you need to start today! I ordered these boots on a Saturday night and I received an email the next day (Sunday) that they shipped. I got my boots on Wednesday with no hassle and free shipping! They were quick and easy! I have never written a review on anything before but I felt this was definitely worth telling everyone how amazing these shoes are and how great Zappos is! If you go to other stores and purchase online then you actually have to pay for shipping and if the boots don't fit you actually have to pay to return them, so with that said order from Zappos. Everything was amazing!

My feet are on the wide side, these are just too narrow. They also felt about a half size too short. I'm sad because these boost are so cute! Also, others had complained about the shaft being too narrow for a wider calf, I did not find this to be true. A slight adjustment of the laces and they were perfect. (I normally have to buy wide calf dress boots.)

This is a beautiful boot. It just wasn't meant for my feet. I have really wide size 11 flat feet. The width wasn't so bad for my feet so I would assume that for regular width, it would fit great. Everything felt comfy and I could tell these are warm. The Tofino with the cherry plum color is so unique. Looks so cute. The only thing is that since my feet are flat, my ankles roll inward and it makes the boot lean in an awkward way so they look horrible on my feet. Anyone with normal feet, I definitely recommend these boots! I unfortunately had to return them.

Just received these in the mail. I have not worn them out in the rain/snow yet but I can already tell these boots are going to do well this Winter. I normally wear a size 10 but found that my toes were hitting the front of the boot in the size 10 so exchanged them for a 10.5. The 10.5 is roomier and fits nicely with thick socks. I would recommend going a half-size up.

We are about to spend our first winter in Alaska. I ordered these because of reputation and warmth rating. Although it hasn't reached -40F yet I can say that: 1. they are very comfortable. 2. I've worn them in 20F with thin regular socks and had toasty toes. I ordered 1/2 a size up for my thick socks and they are perfect.

Exactly what I am looking for...something warm enough to shovel the driveway, play outside with kids (not more then an hour) and run errands in Michigan. I also purchased the Sorel Joan of Arc, which is warmer but also much bulkier and the Sorel Slimback riding boot. Which is so beautiful but not sure it's ideal for playing in the snow. I ordered an 8 in the Tofino, which is normally what I wear, fits great. Maybe a little snug with a big heavy sock. Even though it has laces it still is easily slipped on. Perfect boot. I think I will go for the Sorel Slimback leather boot next year.

Love these books! Received them today and now I can't wait for snow. I ordered them a half size bigger because of the reviews. I wear a 8 so I ordered a 8.5, they fit me great and roomy enough space for thick socks. I recommend these boots their super stylish!

The boots are great! I just moved back to Michigan and needed something for the rough winters. The boots are attractive but very utilitarian. Also, they fit my REALLY wide calves.

LOVE. I ordered this after the Joan of Arctic wasn't comfortable at all for me - and I am SO HAPPY. This is my first pair of Sorels. I loved that the fur goes all the way around and is also on the tongue (unlike the joan of arctic). It's very comfortable and not too wide int he rubber. I have a normal size 8 foot, not wide or narrow - and I had NO issues with fit even with a warm wool sock. I haven't gotten to try them in the snow -but based on look, comfort, and how warm they felt I am already very happy.

Great boot right off the bat. I prefer to wear it sans socks and this one actually made my feet sweat! I received lots of compliments on it as well. Didn't really wear it too much in the snow, but def wore them in below 0 temps. Warm like you couldn't believe and comfortable.

These are awesome! They are warm, keep your feet dry, and have loops to help get them on. They are slightly narrow, so I don't know if they would fit wider feet. Overall I love them!

These boots are incredibly comfortable and perfect for those wet/snowy days in Chicago and they are so stylish. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm reviewing these boots on the coldest day of all time in Chicago. With the wind chill, the temperature today was -48. I had these boots on and my feet were perfectly warm. We have had lots of snow as well and I can walk in any of it and my feet are still very warm. They are a great product and well worth the money.

I decided on these because other reviews said they were lighter weight than the other Sorel boots. I weighed them and these were approximately 1 pound less per boot than the Sorel Caribou. They still get heavy when you wear them all day. But I much prefer the weight of these to other Sorel styles that I've tried. Look cute on and kept my feet very warm.

Love these boots! The Wisconsin winters are pretty cold and these boots are both stylish and WARM! I ordered 1/2 size up because of reviews and I knew i'd be wearing thick socks and the fit is great. Great boots and Zappos got em here quick.

Most comfortable snow shoes I have ever owned. I went back and forth on buying these for a year and I can't believe it took me so long to commit! The absolute best decision I have ever made! Might just buy another pair before tomorrow's storm hits.

These boots are perfect for a cold wet day! Super cute, and fit like a glove. Some reviews said they're narrow, but I have a pretty wide foot and it was not a problem. I'm usually an 8.5 and that's what I ordered. A size up would be too long. It's flexible so it gives with your width (at least for me). Funny note, the fur is pretty intense at the top. It looks good, but it scared my dog! She thought it was an animal I guess and kept running away from me!

I have a long, narrow foot. Most boots are too wide for me (i.e. SOREL Joan of Arctic). I read somewhere that the Tofino Cate ran a bit narrower so I gave it a try. Perfect! I love them! I spend a lot of time standing in the snow at the bottom of the ski run (my girls race) so I need a warm boot. I may invest in sheep's wool boot liners for added warmth if necessary.

I love these boots. Tonight was this year's first big snow fall in Alaska. The tread on these boots is excellent and no sliding around when walking. Very comfortable and Alaska stylish. They fit perfectly about 1/2 size bigger than I usually wear!

I love these boots! I haven't tested them in the freezing cold yet, however. They seem to fit on the small side. I usually wear a 9, but had to return the 9s for 9.5 which are perfect.

I bought these last fall, and wore them all winter through the wintery, snowy days in the mountains of Utah. They kept my feet warm and dry and were perfectly comfortable! After daily use all winter, they still seem to have a lot of wear left in them too. These were my first pair of Sorels and I am now brand-loyal. I am considering buying an even more heavy-duty snow boot from Sorel (because your feet can never be too warm, right?) -- I now feel confident that I would get my money's worth from even-more-expensive Sorels, if I choose to go there. Two comments on other peoples' reviews: - I ordered my normal size and they fit just fine, even with ski socks. Just my experience! - And the fur at the top looks just fine, even after a full season of use -- I am usually critical of nappy-looking fur, but I like these. All last winter, I saw other people wearing Sorels around town but I usually thought mine looked prettier!

I ADORE these boots. So cute, so comfy, made my trip to the snow so much fun and kept me so warm. Plus the brand is one that I can wear for many years so they were an investment worth making!
