These are opaque, arm for cold nights. They held up wonderfully. I even danced without my shoes for part of the night- no runners. They weren't super tight like most Spanx so they didn't hold in my tummy as much as I would've liked, though they were very comfy!

Fabulous! They are the perfect tights...nice color, not too opaque, and holds everything in where it counts. They are very comfortable, I can wear them all day and not feel like I am a pressure tube ready to explode. I ordered a pair in every color!

Great tights that stay up! And, they don't cut you in the middle. Wonderfully comfortable all day long.

Great tights. These tights keep their shape all day without bagging and they look very clean and professional. They wash well without pilling. Also they are comfortable. I bought additional pairs in different colors. My only request would be that Spanx make a thermal tight to provide a bit more warmth in really cold weather.

Good quality and fit. I'm 5'3" 108lbs and ordered the small size. Wore them twice and washed twice in the machine in a mesh bag. No bad effects. On my legs, they look opaque.

Love them...durable, well made, no waist roll. Will order more...simple dressing in winter!

These are great tights. Very opaque and they stay up really well. They don't start to roll down throughout the day as I've experienced with other tights. I find them very comfortable. The charcoal gray is really dark. I also own them in black and both are almost completely opaque.

Best tights ever! For fit, comfort, shaping: These simply can't be beat. They're great for when you have to wear that form-fitting dress and want a nice smooth line. They're not too opaque, there's a hint of sheer. These tights are amazingly comfortable and durable without looking thick. It's worth what you pay because they'll last. Very pleased.

These are good tights, and very opaque, but I didn't feel they were providing a lot of support and squishing everything in. The Craisin color is fun but is more brick red (red-brown) than a cranberry (pink-red).

Really like the overall fit of these. I ordered exactly according to my measurements and they are true to size. Thinking of a few more colors.

These fit great and feel comfortable while providing some control. I am very pleased with these tights vs the regular tights I originally planned to buy.

I absolutely love these tights! Aside from the fact that they are nice because they suck everything in, I also appreciate the higher waistband. I really hate when tights roll down at the hip and create an awkward bulge. Spanx tights are thick enough to be warm in the winter, but not so thick that they are uncomfortable in warmer weather. If you are on the fence about what size to get, go with the larger one.

I absolutely love these! They fit very well, are comfortable and seem durable. And you can't beat Made in USA, especially for such an affordable, high quality product.

These are great! I would recommend them. They are pretty tight in the waist, so make sure to get a bigger size if you do not like a very tight waistband.

This is the first Spanx product I've ever bought and I'll never go back! The material was very strong and durable - no fear of poking a hole with a fingernail while putting them on! They truly did make noticeable difference in the tummy area. I had to look on the Spanx website to figure out which size to order - that's the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars.

These babies held me in tightly and were perfect for my bodycon LBD. I am 5'8½" and 125 pounds with a 34" inseam. The size C was the one I went with. It was both long enough and firm enough to allow me to look mighty trim post major meal indulgence. My only wish is that there was not a change in the appearance of the knit from mid-thigh to waistband. It just doesn't look too sexy that way, hence four stars for style and overall.

I am 6'1 tall and weigh 175, so I am well within the size D range, but the fit ran a little short in the legs. I can wear these, but next time I will try one size up.

The best part of these tights are that they definitely last! I am known to break/go through tights and stockings very quickly but I have worn these 10-15 times already and have not had any issue. They are perfectly opaque. They do not have as much control top/bottom shaping as I would like...but better than most opaque tights out there. I recommend them!

These are comfy and look great! I had previously bought the same ones (from somebody else)choosing the size based on where I landed on their size chart, but found them to be too large (I am not a skinny woman). I have short legs and, like another review mentioned, they sagged at the ankles. So I went a size down on these and they fit better, although they did stretch a bit by the end of the evening, so I may even consider another size down the next time.

I generally like Spanx tights but I am a little disappointed that these ones seem to be getting loose around the foot and ankle after only about three wears.

Very comfortable.

I don't normally spend this month on tights and this was my first Spanx purchase. They are REALLY comfy, I love the way they fit and feel. However on the first day of wearing them they got a hole in the top and it has run. I'm so bummed! It wasn't even like I was doing anything crazy... just sitting in meetings all day. I think I've stopped the spread with nail polish but still, I've now got a pair of $30 tights with a noticeable hole.

While the thickness of these tights is great and they are smooth to the touch, I find that they don't hold me in like an item that is Spanx brand should. I feel like my cheapie tights I buy at TJMaxx have more control than these do, hence why after trying them on 3 times, I still haven't actually worn them. Perhaps after washing them they will tighten up a bit, but I hate to say I am disappointed.

I was not that impressed. I didn't find them that different than a control top tight and I expected it to be a pair of Spanx with tights attached.
