I wanted to love these; however, I think I got a flawed pair. Immediately when trying to put them on, they snagged all the way up. They are thin like a nylon but very fragile (at least the pair I got was). They were unusable.

Started off nicely but after a couple of wears the waist rolls down a lot and then the thing runs like a pair of panty hose. Never again. Complete waste of my money.

Runs very small. I went by the size chart & ended up cutting it on the sides to be able to get it on. Get the next size up!

These are awesome! I live in them and recommend them to anyone that needs a little smoothing out. Once you have them on, your clothes glide over and you instantly look slimmer. I recommend true to size for this shaper and ladies need to remember that the leg section is nylon...it can snag or tear. Overall,"two very enthusiastic thumbs up..." ;).

This is my first pair of Spanx, as I have never been one to wear pantyhose, but I wanted to see if they were as good as I had heard. I ordered the size indicated on the sizing chart, and it fit fine. It definitely makes a huge difference when wearing thin or light colored pants. It's not very comfortable around the waist and ribs by the end of the day... perhaps going a size bigger might help to make the waist area more comfortable. I'm hoping to buy a pair without the super high waist as my problem is below the waist. Overall, it is a great product. I've been wearing my white pants more often than ever recently!

I am a huge fan of Spanx Higher Power, no pun intended. This is the type that comes up to your bra line. If you really want to look thinner in clothes, you can't have gross bulges at your mid section. These Spanx take care of slimming the middle and back fat. They are amazingly comfortable once you get them on, and they don't itch or anything. I look forward to cooler weather because they are not fun to wear in the Georgia summer heat and humidity.

Great shaper! When wearing it gives a smooth apperance and is not uncomfortable.No one will know you're wearing Spanx. Be patient when you begin to put it on so your nails don't rip it (like pantyhose).

I wore these under my long mother of the groom dress. My dress was fitted so needed the smooth look. I was skeptical how long I would last wearing them! I wore them the whole night, they were very comfortable! I loved the low back support they provided. Just be careful when putting them on, I poked my nail through the sheer lower leg portion first time I put them on! I have been recommending them to all my friends since!

A must for all wardrobes but make sure you have a spouse or daughter etc. to help with getting it on so it will fit properly. Really does bring you down a size but not very comfortable. So if you opt for comfort buy yourself a bigger dress, slacks etc. But in an emergency and your outfit doesn't fit you have your Spanx!

I wore this Spanx under an evening gown for my son's recent wedding. The look was very smooth and flattering and I would recommend this product. I'm sure that they will be used under pants in the near future.

Works well! Not the best choice if you are in a hurry most mornings - it takes at least 5 minutes to put these on correctly. Otherwise, it will tear.

I don't care for the high waist on this shaper. If you're soft around the middle, it causes a muffin-top effect around the mid-back. It also felt like it would slide down. The thighs are nice though. The fabric doesn't cause that mid-thigh bulge that many shapers do. I wish I could return it but since I tried it on I don't think it can be returned.

These are not bad. I was hoping for more stomach compression. They are fairly comfortable but the top liked to roll and, as I was in my wedding gown, I had to fight the urge to not constantly adjust. I usually do not wear this kind of stuff so maybe it was just me. They kept the dress smooth, which was what I wanted the Spanx for, but I am not sure that I will buy them again.

This shaper fits perfectly, washes well, and has 360 degree shaping. They make everything fit better, and I love the support!

These were exactly what I needed to wear under a pair of black pants for a holiday party. The pants aren’t made of the most forgiving fabric, so I wanted something to smooth everything out and also keep me warm. The certainly do both. As others noted, the lower leg portions are thin tight material, so be cautious with the on/off process. Overall, nice addition to my wardrobe.

The fit was fine. I'm long waisted so despite these being high-waisted they still aren't that far above my natural waistline. The problem is that the waistband is thick and not very nice. When wearing a form fitting item, it kind of bulges out. It also doesn't fit me very well in that area so it's a bit loose which doesn't help. Really, I kept thinking the waistband was inside out. More thought should have been put into that. I'm sending them back.

I sized up from the Spanx chart, and still was uncomfortable in the waist area (my smallest part). Does nice things for the butt and legs, appreciate the open gusset, but can't take what shapewear does to my internal organs. Not for me.

These ripped the 2nd time I put them on. They worked well otherwise, it's just kind of pricey for one use.

Holds everything in for a sleek, smooth look under pants or maxi dresses.

These are absolutely perfect to go under a body con wedding dress. The short version will not work as you can see the seams through the dress. the capri length is perfect. Seamless and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Just perfect. Allowed me to wear gown and sandals and feel great. True to size. Comfortable. Be careful pulling on legs. They are hose material.
