These boots are so comfortable. They fit perfectly as soon as I put them on. I can't wait to wear them in the snow to see how warm they will keep my feet!

Love this boot! I've been searching for a brown winter boot that was not only warm but REALLY waterproof. I have quite a few cute riding and slipper boots, which look great, but can't hold up to Seattle's rainy winter. And while fashion usually trumps function, I couldn't last another winter with wet feet. These boots are super comfortable, warm, and after several weeks of heavy rain I can happy report they are actually waterproof. Would definitely recommend!

Amaizng! I have been looking for a good pair of winter boots. I walk on a daily basis and need good boots. I would highly recommend arch support inserts since this boot doesn't offer much. Other than that it's a great, warm boot.

I was skeptical when I put this boot on because the shaft is soft. I wanted more support. ten minutes later I forgot what shoes I was wearing except I knew I was in my very most comfortable pair! Wore them all days and into the evening straight otu of the box. these are a tremendous find. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this boot. Buy it! Inner sole is most comfortable I've worn in boots, booties, and bootish athletic/hiking boots. Arch support is only weakness; don't forget your personal insoles (they will fit inside).

Love this boot. Really nice material, not too heavy and the soles have great grip. They are really comfortable. I have wide foot and usually order wide widths in heels or shoes made of stiffer material, but these didn't feel tight at all even with thick winter socks. The shaft is very flexible and the look is great!! Would definitely order again, and might consider more colors!

It's official - I'm in love with a snow boot. These are warm, comfortable and cute. I stood for 10 minutes in a snowdrift waiting for a bus, and my feet were toasty. I have wide feet, and usually take an 8 - 8.5 wide. I tend to go a 1/2 size higher in snowboots. The 9 fit great. Plenty of room in the toe box. The inside against the heel rubs ever so slightly, but it was the same with the 8.5 I ordered. It's a quibble, since I don't plan to walk miles in these.

When I ordered these boots they came exactly when promised and they were wonderful. I tried them on immediately and they fit so I did not have to return them but knew if I did have to Zappos would have taken good care of me. I love Zappos; they are a company of their word.

I finally found a very comfortable, nice looking winter snow boot! I've tried many in the past and after reading all the reviews I decided to take a chance with these. I am so glad I did. I am very petite and do not like big, heavy boots. These are lightweight and very feminine looking. I bought the grey because I thought that color would go really nice with denim jeans. From the first time I tried them on they were very comfortable, lots of toe wiggle room and very supportive. I think the sizing is pretty accurate. I haven't worn them yet but just from trying them on I could feel the warmth they will provide. I am very happy with my purchase and anyone considering these boots should definitely give them a try. Lastly, of course, Zappos is the best company to order from. Super fast shipping!

I love these boots, they are comfortable, very warm and accommodate my shoe inserts. I did buy a full size larger than I usually wear, and they fit great so they do run small.

A boot that fit right out of the box. I have a narrow foot/heel. I read the previous reviews and decided to order my usually foot size of 7 1/2. As this boot is rated at -25 F, I could comfortably wear this with a medium weight sock. The lace-up feature lets me custom fit the boot. No slippage. If you are expecting 2 colors, I have to say my pair is gray without a blue tone. Which is just fine by me. I'm looking forward to a February trip to Iceland and a regular Denver winter season in these boots! Thank you Columbia and Zappos!

These are exactly what I was looking for! Comfortable, cozy, waterproof & high enough to protect even during times of heavy snow. I sent back so many pairs of other snow boots because they rubbed or were too narrow; not these. They are awesome!

Happily surprised with this winter boot. It is very warm, although there's no snow on the ground yet to test that, and they are very comfortable. They are also smart looking. I just love these and am looking forward to cold weather now.

Super comfy, warm, great traction, everything I would hope and expect from Columbia Brand snow boots. Normally wear a 10, but I ordered a size 11, to allow room for thick socks. Glad I did - it's super easy to tighten them up with the laces when I want a tighter fit.

I purchased the white Ice Maiden Lace. They're perfect! Does anyone know if I need to put a protectant of any kind on the suede? How are they cleaned?

I have bunions and my feet are narrow, and bony in the insteps and heels, and I have high arches. These boots are nice looking and almost comfortable. I usually wear a 9½, but the 9½ was comfortable everywhere but too short. The 10 is a good length, but there is a lump where the tongue and first lace loop come together that rubs on the top of my foot, right at the bunion. It is too bad, because I really wanted these boots to work. They are lightweight, cute and a good price.

Warm and cozy boots with good support which I'll need for the winter. Love the grey suede color. It's a minor hassle to lace up but they they come on and off easily enough. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

The footbed is wide C, rather than B but the length is true-to-size. I considered going up a half size because my toe JUST touches the toe box. However, this usually results in extra width, which will cause slippage, so I'm opting to break them in and wear socks. Also, the lacing around the ankle can be tightened. The lining is a comfortable, waterproof microfiber and the faux collar seems to be ACTUAL faux fur, and not rabbit, cat, dog, or "other" masquerading as faux, warm and will keep the wind out. I really like the light, flexible but stable sole. These Columbias have good traction, so will be good for Winter Dog Walks or even a muddy Fall or Spring hike, and the quilted nylon + waterproof leather shaft will stay warm in the rain. Not much arch support, but more than Uggs. If you go up a half-size you may be able to use an insert. There is also much better ankle support than in Uggs, for you pronators (like me!). The stitching seems well-constructed, robust and secure, so I anticipate the durability you'd expect from Columbia. Great chilly-weather camp shoes!

This is a great boot. I haven't worn it in the snow yet but I can tell that it is going to be very warm. It seems sturdier than other boots I have had, making it worth the price. I only wish that it came in narrow sizes, but most boots don't so I will just have to wear heavier socks.

Big Pros: Super easy to take on and off! If you have ever had, like, any other pair of snow boots, you know this can be a big deal. Very easy. They are SUPER comfortable. They require no break-in period and are so soft and cozy. When I come home, I actually don't want to take them off. They are cute for what they are. I wear them with leggings and (some) dresses and I think they do well. Good traction on ice Biggest Con: I'm not so sure I totally believe that they are waterproof. I go out regularly in COLD weather (down to 17 below Fahrenheit) and my toes stay toasty toasty warm. But only when I don't actively walk through snow. I recently went to the Dog Sled Races in them (yes, really) and my feet were downright cold. It was 3 degrees Fahrenheit out (yes, very cold, but not even close to the -25 they say these boots are good for!) and I was trudging through some snow. While I never felt actually wetness on my socks, my toes were nearly numb. I was very disappointed and wished I'd worn my ugly pair that is truly waterproof. I won't wear them in the snow again without applying waterproofing. While I don't think this is the end of the world (waterproofing stuff costs very little and I already have some at home), I am pretty angry that a boot that cost 80dollars and calls itself waterproof... isn't entirely. That said, I'm sure they're plenty waterproof for shoveling the driveway, etc. But not for a morning in the snow. Other notes: I usually wear a size 10. I bought an 11. It fits well with thick socks.

Very lightweight. Don't order these if you are looking for a boot with an expensive feel but good value for a reasonable price. These will work well for my purposes which is to keep a southern girl's feet warm on vacations to snowy places. A little narrow in the toe box but wider in the heel. The adjustable shaft allows these to work with pants tucked in or out.
