They are pretty comfortable and cute for snow boots, although I wish snow boots in general were more fun to wear, but they function just fine.

I have not worn the boots yet, but they seem very comfortable and they are really nice looking.

A great boot, my teen loves her boots so much she wears them when she shouldn't! And she hasn't ruined them yet!

I'm loving these boots. I generally wear a 8 1/2 W, so I got a 9. They fit perfectly even while wearing wool socks. Warm, not super heavy or clunky, and flexible so they're easy to drive in. I definitely recommend them!

Nice boots. These kept my feet very warm in very cold temps and snow play...and that is saying a lot as my feet are always cold! I wish I would have ordered a size bigger just to give room for winter socks. The boots biggest downfall is that they are extremely stiff! I am hoping that they become more flexible as time passes (unfortunately I only get to snow once a year, as I live in the desert.) My recommendation... Look into the next larger size and just be prepared for them to be a bit stiff at first. But they do keep feet very warm!

Love these stylish boots. Only negative comment is that that they run a bit large from 1/2 sizes to full. But, they are warm, seriously comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for! Just order 2 sizes and then decide.

Great boot - the boot folded in around the inner ankle and poked me, this might not be a problem with a thicker sock but it was painful to wear. Lightweight, warm boot with nice style. I really liked the sloped top of the boot shaft.

There are a great looking winter boot (we don't have snow yet up here in Canada). However, I am a true 12 and they were a smidge short, however I am going to see if I can have them stretched. Love being a VIP, great service again of course. Had them shipped to friend in FL, fast shipping!

My best, most comfortable performance boot. Warm, waterproof, with a flexible sole. A bit wide for my narrow feet, but still comfortable. Highly recommend.

These are the 2nd pair I have purchased. Everyone comments on them but more importantly i am on my feet all day and these are the warmest, driest and most comfortable boot. Long lasting wear is amazing, I only purchased a 2nd pair as I love them so much and got a different color. I ordered a half size up to accommodate socks. Just wish Columbia would keep them in stock in my size, very hard to find now.

These are the best boots that I think I have ever owned. We had a crazy cold and snowy winter and these boots keep my feet warm and dry! Great buy!

Wow, is my best descriptor of this boot! It provided warmth, dryness, and helped me survive Polar Vortex 2014 in Michigan, which had record snowfall. Added plus the boots strapped on really well with my best Xmas gift ever...snow shoes! I ordered a size 12. I am regularly an 11. I did that to ensure I could fit many layers of sock if needed plus wear my orthotics inserted as well. Excellent quality, nicely designed...love 'em!

These are fantastic boots. I have wide feet and they are not too tight. I have not tried thicker socks, but they are warm and cozy with regular socks. These boots are so comfortable and also stylish. Really nice looking and great to wear.

Amazing pair of snow boots, keeps my feet nice and dry and the textured bottom keeps me from slipping on ice. This is the second winter I've used them and considering the extreme weather conditions in Chicago I would highly recommend them.

These are really darling! I'm either a size 7 or 7 1/2. It just depends on the shoe. Reading other reviews that these ran a little on the small side, I ordered a 7 1/2 & they fit perfectly with no break in time needed. I haven't had the chance to try them in super cold weather yet, but they're nice & warm, very quick & easy to get on & off, & the pewter grey color is really pretty. I'm originally from Chicago, but live up in Northern CA now. I wanted a pair of boots that I could play in the snow in when I went back home or up to Tahoe, but would still be comfortable & cute enough to run around town or go to the movies in on a cool Cali night. These fit the bill! These seem very well made & sturdy enough to tromp through the snow in, but feminine & cute enough to show off will lounging in a ski lodge. They're not bulky at all! I'm anxious to really put them to the test in icy cold weather!

I love this boot. It is comfortable, warm and soothing to my feet. I first wore them on the coldest day of the year and being out for a long time found that my feet were warm down to my toes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought these boots when I moved from CA to Chicago in anticipation of wearing them in the winter. Little did I know we'd have the cold and snow that we have had this year, and boy am I glad I got these. I've been wearing them to walk to and from the bus stop (about 8 blocks), and while I haven't been tromping through a foot of snow (the sidewalks are generally pretty clear) it has been cold and slushy. My feet have been warm and dry, and the boots are high enough to tuck the bottom of my pants in so they don't get dirty and keep the bottom part of my calves warm. The footbed of these boots are amazing - they are like walking on clouds so they are super comfy. I am going to look to see if they have these in a taller size (just below the knew) and if so I will definitley purchase. Love these boots!

Originally I ordered this in the pull on style and not lace up, but after UPS mis-delivered my package and never found it, I was forced to choose new boots when the others were no longer available. So I decided to try these. I immediately noticed how warm they were. The laces are nice and long to tie. I have slim ankles and feet, the top can feel a little loose after tying them as tight as I can get them, but it leaves room for when I wear heavier socks. The inside felt a little stiff at first but after wearing them in (which only took a few days) they are very comfortable. I also like that they are a cute style, I wear them a lot with leggings. I would definitely buy these again.

I work outside and I was looking for a light weight, water-proof, warm, comfortable boot. I ordered these and they are very comfortable and very warm. I am beyond pleased with these boots!

Really like them. They are warm and comfortable and not clunky and hard to walk in like other snow boots. I have only worn them once but it was on shopping errand day. I went the whole day without thinking about them. So, that tells me they were pretty comfortable.

I live in Michigan and thought that it would be a great year for new boots. I found Columbia boots in a store that were similar to the "Ice Maiden" the store did not have my size so I went straight to Zappos when I got home. I found the Columbia Ice Maiden. After reading the reviews I thought I would give them a try. From the minute I took the Ice Maidens out of the box, I loved them. They fit well, they keep my feet dry and most important they keep my feet warm!

These boots are ultra warm, waterproof, and durable. Going to last me a few years. They aren't the most stylish IMHO, but if you're actually using them to get out in the snow, they're a killer buy.

I bought these boots after reading the recommendations on Zappos. I am VERY VERY VERY happy! I live in California, and am spending the holidays in Quebec. These boots have kept my feet toasty warm all through the trip. I am traveling with people who are experiencing cold feet despite their boots. I hope Zappos gets more of these in stock because these are a real find! I plan to wear them on future winter trips to Canada!

Love these boots! Super cute and really comfy! Also very warm - wore them in NYC when temps were in the teens and my feet were warm and happy!
