I bought the boot for my husband as a gift. He absolutely loves them. The large sizes are hard to find in stores so the size 16 is great. He also likes the large loop on the back of the boot which makes it easier to pull on and the warmth in a lightweight boot is definitely a plus.

Boots look great and a good fit for the person who got the gift. Shipping and packaging excellent.

Love my boots. First winter pair of boots I have needed in a long time. I did pay attention to other reviews. Ordered a half size smaller. Wore in temps. from 16F to 56F. Wore with thin socks. Woolen socks were too sweaty. Very durable and yes, don't tie them too tight at the top. Great boots and are even more flexible after break-in of a few days. Thank You, Zappos! Da Beast

The boots are extremely comfortable and fit like a glove. I think these will last as long as the last pair of boots I had. Only problem is, I wish they were a little shorter, an inch or two.

This is a great boot, especially if you need a wide size. Got this for a 13W and it was comfortable and kept feet dry and warm. Highly recommend.

My 13 year old son loves these. He has sensory issues, so finding boots that are comfortable, warm and waterproof for our Maine winters is always a challenge. These fulfill all of our requirements. They perform perfectly for 4 hour snow fort building events, and long walks/runs through the woods with our dog. He also likes the look of them, particularly the red highlights and laces. We also bought them a little on the large side, as he is growing fast, and they work fine.

Ordered these for my Grandson who ended up with plantar fascia from too much basketball. For snowy days he needed a good quality supportive boot and one he was able to fit his special arch supports into. These fit the bill! He loves them! He says they are comfortable don't feel like a "clunky" snow boot.

These shoes are the ultimate snow shoes. The instant I put them on my feet felt warm and they are comfy but you should order a size down since I wear a size 18 but a size 17 fits fine.

Boots are very light but warm. Only drawback - very stiff, allow extra time to break in; too early to tell how comfortable they are.

These are very warm and sturdy boots. They are very stiff and supportive boots. I am not sure if I would go for long hikes in these boots but overall I am pretty happy.

These boots are very heavy and rugged. My son needed them for mechanics school. The fit is fine.

Totally agree with Henry, Nov 2012 review and had same experience of pain and suffering when boot cut into ankle bone while snowshoeing.

These boots had their first real test today. Walked home in a steady rain for about 20 minutes. They failed badly. When I got home both feet were quite wet, and my socks were sopping wet.
