Fourth Pair and Counting - This is the fourth pair of Franco Sarto's Bocca that I have purchased. I love this shoe. It is comfortable, stylish and wears well. I recommend this shoe for work, casual, travel, etc.

Best shoes - I work in a hospital and have only used this shoe for the past 2 years. The best shoes are Franco Sarto's Bocca and I hope I can still purchase them for a long time.

I love the shoes and highly recommend them, however when I received the shoes, they did not fit! I had 3 pairs of 8 1/2 narrow and 2 fit, 1 did not. After speaking with customer service I discovered that this shoe is now manufactured in a different country than my originals. Needless to say, I exchanged the brown 8 1/2 narrow for 8 1/2 mediums. The new mediums fit just like the old narrows! Aside from this difficulty, I've been extremely satisfied. Zappos.com did a wonderful job for me and my exchange went flawlessly!

If you are looking for a comfortable shoe - These shoes are just wonderful. They have good looks, a good fit and good quality.

Franco Sarto Shoes - I have a couple of different pairs of shoes made by Franco Sarto and I love them all! Overall, very comfortable, affordable and sharp looking. I highly recommend any shoe made by this designer.

I adore this shoe. I've had this shoe for the last 2 years and I've been looking for another shoe to replace it - one that's not too "old lady" looking, not too casual, but casual enough if need be and I can't find anything. I'm going to have to go back to this shoe. It is extremely comfortable and durable.

Awesome shoe - These shoes are a work of art, they are very comfortable and true to size. I would wear these shoes 24 hours a day and my feet would feel great.

Love these shoes! I love these shoes! This is my second pair of Franco Sarto Bocca's in the patent leather. I wore the first pair to death and wanted to replace them, but the department stores are not carrying this style. Zappos seems to have the hard to find Franco Sarto styles. Out of the box the new pair is as comfortable as the old. Great style shoe for business suits.

These are the best - These are the best fitting shoes I've ever owned. I ordered a 6.5 wide. Stylish, sophisticated wide widths are difficult to find. The delivery was very fast

Franco Sarto's Bocca - I have been buying these shoes for about four years now and find them to be the most comfortable shoes ever. I have the most colors of anyone I know. I wish they would bring back the leophord tops and the snake tops. I do own them and get so many compliments on them. I have about 10 different kinds and love them all. They are true to size also.

These shoes, look, and feel wonderful. I have a wide foot, and it's nice to have a pair of nice-looking shoes that fit so well. I own a pair in black; my Mom loved them so much, I bought her a pair as well. I'm thinking of buying another in brown.

Franco Sarto's Bocca - I love these shoes. I now have a navy pair and a black pair. I will not hestitate to buy this in brown also. They are totally comfortable and I always get compliments when I wear these shoes because they are so stylish looking.

A pleasant surprise - I've ordered from Zappos a few times, so their excellent service and speedy delivery was no surprise. However, I was initially disappointed when I opened the box, the shoes were narrower and sleeker-looking than I'd expected, not at all my style. I knew they'd be preppy, but I was expecting something a little boxier and chunky looking. I think it must be the angle of the photo here. Anyway, my disappointment turned to satisfaction when I tried them on. They are so comfy, and look classy with office-wear. They felt broken in within an hour, and don't pinch or bind at all despite their narrow look. They're not something I'd wear out on the weekends, but they are perfect for slacks and skirts when I'm trying to look professional. Which is exactly what I was looking for, so despite my initial doubts, in the end it's another Zappos success story!

Wide Fit - I have bunions that require a wide fitting shoe. The width is perfect; the length is 1/2 size too large. Bought two pair.

High arches, order 1/2 size up - I absolutely love these shoes! I wore them for almost 11 days straight, in Japan, walking miles each day. Very comfortable. However, I did buy 1/2 size larger than usual, as I had trouble getting into my regular size due to high arches. I ordered more Franco's in another style and bought my regular size and they were great.

Top of the line - This shoe is my favorite classic shoe. It has a timeless look and a comfortable fit. It's perfect for suits and can dress up jeans as well.

Great Shoe - Great shoe for comfort and casual good looks. Feels a bit tight at first but shapes to your foot as you wear it. This is my thrid pair of Franco Sarto Bocca shoes. I love them.

Runs small - I have a wide foot but have worn this brand in 'M' for years; I felt this particular shoe, despite the wide toe box, ran small.

Sleek look good for every day - Great shoe, sleek look, good for every day, goes with anything, great heel height.

Franco Sarto's Bocca - I love this shoe. It fit perfect right out of the box. I have hardly taken it off since I received it. It fit so well I bought a 2nd pair. It goes great with slacks or a skirt. It's very comfortable if you do a lot of walking during the day.

Way too large - Shoe was so large. Visually and in size. The 12 narrow I ordered could have fit a 13 1/2 C.

Comfortable and stylish - I have a black pair of the same shoe that I wear to work. They are so comfortable and stylish that I decided to buy a brown pair. I like the mocha color because it is a true brown. They look great with jeans, skirts, or pants. I've received many compliments on these shoes.
