Comfortable, basic, patent leather shoe I wear with my Flight Attendant uniform. Shoe seems to last me about 3 years, wearing them 15 days per month. Fits true to size and width. Not very fashionable, but practical and I never have to polish them.

I have loved Franco Sarto's Bocca since I first tried them on in 2000, I'm a flight attendant and I am constantly on my feet. I wanted something that looks good with my uniform and also would be comfortable. These shoes are flexible, and the leather is the best ones. I've had six of these. This is my first patent leather. And already I'm in love. They look good with my dress and skirt. You just have to try one. With Zappos return policy and the price for these shoes are so worth it!

These shoes really are perfect, right from the beginning. I wore them to work today with no socks and they are super comfortable still! No rubbing against my feet or creating blisters even without socks! Plus the heel of the shoe stays on when I walk. Some shoes like this will loosen and almost flip flop while you're walking when your foot pops out of the heel. These are like the perfect comfortable shoe. They fit exactly true to size and I like the shiny patent leather look.

Love this shoe. Wore the first pair out. On my second pair...Wear every day to work all year long and just love them.

I used to have a pair of comfortable and great-looking black loafers by Anne Klein, but I literally wore them until a hole developed in the sole. I found these and although I wasn't 100% sold on the style (I prefer there to be an adornment of some kind to break up the space between the toe and the instep) I was sick of searching for what I wanted and they were so comfortable I got them anyway. They have been great. I love the low heel, the simplicity of them and that they have lasted for so long and still look great. I now have them in black and brown.

The material was very firm and did not bend when walking. It was very uncomfortable on the top of my foot.

I love these shoes; they are shoes you don't have to take off to be comfortable. I can sleep in these shoes. They are awesome and I have bought 3 pair and on my fourth.

I love these shoes. These are my second pair. Great to wear with trousers for work. I have bunions, and most shoes hurt my feet. These feel good (until the end of the day but then even sneakers hurt my feet at that point). Well made and stylish. At first they felt tight across the front of my foot but then in only a few days they loosened up enough.

I have had this shoe since 2006 and am now ordering my second pair in case I cannot get them in the future. My original pair is still going strong and I wear them 4 or 5 days a week. They always look nice and I do get a lot of compliments on them. I am on my feet for 8-10 hours a day and my feet and back do not hurt. The arch support is great.

I am on my fourth pair over the past 8 years. These are by far the most versatile and comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I also have the blue suede and love them too.

Love these shoes! They are true to size; comfy, classy and laid back all in one. Would purchase a pair in every color!

This is my second pair of these shoes -- thought I'd better replace them before I no longer could. They are my every day "go to" shoes because the patent leather looks a bit dressy, they have a little bit of height and they accommodate the orthotic that I have to wear for plantar fasciitis. They are very comfortable and look nice with both slacks and jeans.

I purchased this style again after original pair finally wore out. It is remarkably comfortable considering that it is not built like a comfort shoe. It has a roomy, oblique toe. Will have to see how patent finish holds up over time, but regular leather version was very durable. I got several years of wear by replacing worn heel surface.

These are my got to shoes for comfortable, stylish day wear. When I am going to be on my feet a lot, this is my choice. They hold up very well, and the heels are a good height. I have had four pair and hope they don't stop making this style!
