Great shoe! I bought them for my son who had a lot of leg and foot aches and pains. Since he has been wearing them, not one complaint and he is able to walk without pain. I wish Orthaheel would make children sizes. I had to put a heel insert so it would fit my 9 year old. Also, they are tearing up quickly on the playground, but I would buy again to alleviate his problems!

The sneaker is very comfortable -- I'm not thrilled with the orthopedic shoe look but needed for foot and knee issues so that I can continue walking routines for daily exercise. Good support and no issues poor fit either in toe box, arch support or heel. I hope they wear well.

Did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing. Was looking for something that had more styles and was lighter than what I have currently been using. I end stage arthritis in my ankle so walking shoes comfort is very important to me! These look great-came in suede which I was not expecting.
Walk four miles every day so will have to wait and see how they hold up?

I ordered a half-size larger than typical. It just fits; I'd order a full-size larger next time. The shoes do apparently need to be broken in -- the fit and comfort is improving after several 3 - 4 mile walks. The shoes do seem to keep the burning sensation in my heel from arising, which was my primary goal, so that makes me happy with the purchase.
