Absolutely fabulous shoe. Wear it right out of the box. Fashion meets comfort and function. True to size. Lightweight and flexible.

This is an amazing shoe! I have very thin feet and it fits perfectly. It is also very comfortable. I own 9 pairs of this shoe in an array of colors.

I am on my feet all day and Arche shoes allow me to look stylish -- they feel like walking on cotton. They also last a few years of heavy use looking great. I wash them and they come out like new -- I also clean the heel with a bit of oil.

These were beautiful, however when compared to the Munro, the teeny difference did not warrant the higher price. When side by side, the Munro heel is more substantial.

Just got my Arche shoes. I love them! They are soft and stylish. I wear a size 8 and they fit just right. I am so happy with the color and everything about this shoe. I did buy the Munro in the same, similar shoe, they are a little cheaper but I am very happy with my Arche shoe.

This is my third pair of Arche shoes and definitely my favorite. So comfortable! I wear a 9 to 9.5 and size 40 is a perfect fit. I bought them in black and green. Kept the black, but returned the green because they were a funky lime color and didn't do it for me. LOVE Arche and LOVE Zappos!

This is the third pair of "Exor" I own. The fit is perfect. Best of all, these are the best travel shoe I possess -- just a bit of height, but walking even on slightly uneven surfaces is not impeded. Highly recommend for that travel shoe you are always searching for, but never quite find. And everywhere else, the question is always the same: Where did you get those? Looks great with socks, stockings, or bare!

Awesome shoes well worth the high price. Very comfortable for heels and super stylish. Receive many compliments when I wear them.

You cannot go wrong with Arche if you walk a lot and want to look nice for work. I don't know about you but I don't enjoy changing back and forth from sneaker to work shoe. The Arche Exor is elegant, gorgeous and comfortable. Wear these with skirts, dresses, work trousers or slim cut pants. My only issue is the black dye rubs off onto the tops of my feet, which aren't particularly sweaty. I hope this stops over time. If you have to travel for business, walk to work, trot through airports from gate to gate, or go out to drinks/dinner after work and you want to look professional and a little special, this style fits the bill They are totally worth the expense.

I am normally a size 9-9.5 N in a sandal. The length was perfect for me, but the width was a touch wider than some other Arche sandals, that I own. I just put a shoe pad in, and voila, they are perfect. This has to be one of the most chic Arche sandals I have ever owned. They are magnets for compliments, wherever I go. Look equally as good with a skirt as with pants, capris or even shorts. I purchased every color available. I hope Arche does Exor again for next Spring 2014, and I hope Zappos buys all the colors. So comfortable and so stylish. Worth the investment.

I could talk about how Arche all day long, "the ways I love thee"... but I will just add to the chorus that you cannot find more chic comfortable shoes. I wore them in a heat wave in NYC covering 40 miles of walking over the course of a week in 95 degrees, and my feet did not blister, they only received compliments. I wish I had these in magenta too.

Very stylish and amazingly comfortable from the first time I placed them on my feet. A great combination of style and comfort. A perfect heel to look great and still be nice for walking. Best of all, my husband thinks they look very sexy!

Very stylish shoe. I was looking for a walking shoe that doesn't really look like a walking shoe and this is it. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Love these shoes so much I bought them in a second color, despite the high price. Leather is so soft, the shoes were comfortable on the very first wearing, with no rubbing anywhere. I also do a lot of walking in Manhattan and have found them fine so far. And I have big feet (size 42), but these shoes do seem to make them look smaller. I also love the adjustable velcro ankle strap. The style is also very flexible: I can wear these to work with wide pants, or on the weekend with skinny jeans. As always, my only complaint about Arche shoes is that ironically, considering the name and they have poor arch support. I may try the black no-show arch supports that another commenter mentioned.

Got my Arche Exor in black today and was thrilled with the shoe. Glad I went ahead and ordered despite the price...they are well made, buttery soft on the outside and against my feet, cradle my feet in comfort, look on-trend with the "gladiator" styling and are the perfect height for me. Like some other reviewers, I have issues with ball of foot discomfort if I don't have enough padding, or if the pitch of the foot is too high. No problems with this shoe. I don't know yet if I will be able to walk for miles in these, but I know I can stand a long time and walk blocks with complete comfort. I usually wear 8 1/2 in most close-toed shoes, but because of the sandal styling I went with the size 39 (which depending on which size chart you look at is either US 8 or 8.5) and found them just perfect. I look forward to cherishing these shoes for long time

Oh! My Gosh! The Arche Exor is so buttery soft and comfortable. They will make your feet look sexy! They fit great and go very well with Cropped Pants, Jeans, Slacks and Pencil Skirts. This is my 3rd pair of Arche Shoes. They are a tad bit expensive, but worth every dime! You will not be sorry with your purchase. Of course the shipping/service from Zappos is "Off the Chain." I received my shoes the very next day.

Amazing comfort The Arche brand is truly unique in softness and comfort. The Exor is a stylish all-day shoe. I put it to the test walking several miles out of the box on the first day. Slight rubbing on the toes after more than 8 hours and a couple of twists of the heel were the worst case scenario. Invisible arch supports can easily lend more support if needed. Overall a 4 star, not a 5 because of these issues at this price.

I bought these shoes to wear with jeans. They were very pricey but I took the plunge! They are probably the most comfortable sandals I have due to the give of the suede uppers. However there is no "give" in the heel. If you have to walk all day in these I would not recommend but if you are in and out, sitting, etc. they will be fine. Probably not worth the high price tag but I kept them anyway…plus have received lots of compliments!

I really love these sandals but I am on the fence. Beside little to no arch support after wearing the Noir color just around the house it stains my feet black. For such an expensive shoe you would of thought they could of lined the inside with a neutral color so as to avoid this problem. I am on the fence. Don't know if I want to keep them because they are so expensive and stain my feet every time I wear them and just for a short amount of time inside the house.

I absolutely agree with the writer who said that there isn't enough cushioning for hard sidewalks. They're great for sitting or walking indoors on carpet but I've only worn them twice in 3 or 4 years because they aren't comfortable enough for walking more than two blocks outdoors. I'd also recommend: Gentle Souls.

Yes, true that this shoe feels wonderfully soft and doesn't rub or chafe. However, compared with the Munro American 'Abby' this leather is flimsy, much too flexible and too stretchy such that after a number of wearings the shoe may not fit. I'll stick with the Abby in the right size, thank you.

The Grigio color is not the same as what you see, it is dark tobacco/rust color. I am disappointed. I wear and 8.5 US, bought the 8 (39) and the fit was good, my foot tended to slide forward a bit.
