I normally wear an 8 but ordered this in 8-1/2. It was still too small and not sure if 9 would fit.

This shoe is very wide. I first got an 8.5 and it had the right width but was too short. The 9 was too wide and the heel strap was so long it would not touch my heel.

They just look and feel cheap. If you're very young and haven't developed a sense of quality yet, you might be fine with them. It's not just that they're lightweight, the material is *barely* leather, probably just a veneer on top, and/or super cheap leather. Nice design but deserves better materials.

I got these in medium width, but they are made for wide feet. They were uncomfortable and highly unattractive, given this feature. Immediately returned.

Stitched seam positioned in a place where it dug into skin, impossible to wear comfortably. Returned. Too bad, because it was exactly the style I was looking for.

I had ordered this same pain two years ago. This pair was of a much cheaper version. Cheap looking and not as comfortable. Very disappointed in the quality.

They were overall too cheaply made...the price I must say, was good, but I returned them for a higher standard of shoe.

I’m not a fan of flip-flops which is why I bought a sandal with strap around the heel. But that strap never quite worked right. Strap would fall off my heal every few steps. Beautiful in the picture sloppy in the weir. Size wear 9. Purchased size 9. Even punctured additional hole in strap to tighten. Didn’t completely fix problem but helped. Recommend going down a size.

The fit on this pair of shoes was okay and pretty true to size, but the band across the front of the foot pressed against my big toe very uncomfortably. I never got as far as paying attention to arch support.

This shoe looks cute online but actually looks cheap. The design of the shoe offers little support for the foot. With wear I fear the sides would begin to look "floppy" when walking.

My usual size was too big. Every step I took, 4 of my toes were pushed out of the giant hole. NO arch support what so ever.

I ignored the reviews because I loved the look. However, after finding my normal 8.5 size too small, I exchanged for a 9. Just as reviewers had stated: the toe opening is too wide and the strap can not be adjusted to the maximum due to a design flaw. I wish these had worked, because they were light and perfect except the fit was impossible.

I wanted to love this shoe, since it's very cute and I got a lot of compliments on the style, but it has a fatal flaw. The strap is made of the same soft suede as the rest of the shoe and stretches out constantly. I wore these shoes throughout the summer and found that the strap was constantly stretching out, making the shoe uncomfortably loose. It would be a great shoe if the strap were sturdier. Otherwise be sure you have a sharp tool handy to keep making additional holes for the stretched out strap to fit your ankle. I had to modify my shoes three times and finally gave up when the strap got so long it was flapping around. Too bad because these shoes felt great in the store and looked pretty.

These are really nice shoes but the sizing was off and the toe box is really narrow and my toes bulged out when I walked too. I wish they came in different widths.

These are cute shoes. The leather is stiff and I had to put Band-Aids on my toes the first time I wore them because I could feel blisters forming, so I'm afraid to wear them again. I'll have to send them back.

This shoe quality is cheap. The material is hard and uncomfortable. The size seems half a size smaller than it should be. I expected better for the price. I'm disappointed. It's very inconvenient to return items that are poor. I'm surprised Zappos carries this shoe.

I realllly want white leather open-toed sandals for spring and summer. So much so that if these were even moderately comfortable, I would have kept them. Unfortunately, the way that the buckle is placed, it was eating into my skin! I couldn't even walk around my living room in them after they got delivered. Also, a note: these were obviously returned shoes because the soles were dirty and there was not the usual packing material you find in a new pair of shoes. Returned the next day via UPS. (Thank you for this option, Zappos.)

So small could not even get the shoe on my foot. Adorable but Returning it. I think you have to Order one or two sizes larger.

Its a beautiful shoe but the fit is very bad. Its at least a full size smaller than described. I will be returning shoes.

I was not happy with these sandals. When I received them and took them out of the box they were used sandals. They were dirty and stretched out. I was very disappointed with the quality. I did receive good customer service when I called the company to send them back.
