I bought this bag and was so excited. The design is super cute and there are so many convenient pockets, which I loved. Unfortunately after only a few weeks of use, I noticed that the rivets at the hole where the shoulder strap is attached to the bag had popped out of place and were just dangling from the metal ring. I called and complained and Zappos kindly offered to send me a replacement, which I accepted. I was reluctant, worrying that the same issue would happen with the new bag...which it did, only two weeks after I got it. I didn't even carry anything heavy in the bags that would cause the rivets to pop out, so it's obviously a quality issue. Now I am returning this bag for good. I am really disappointed because I loved it so much. I got loads of compliments on it. But the rivets for the strap rings are just not very well made, and for the money I would expect it to be far better quality than this. It's too bad though, if it weren't for that issue the bag would be perfect.

I just got it today and it looks much better than I expected. It is not leather, but it looks like it. That is a good thing, because it is pricey for pleather. The stitching looks sturdy. Time will tell if it will hold up. I really like all the pockets and the change purse will hold my license, cash, and some cards. I use a small wallet when traveling and this is much better, especially since it clips on and I can move it from purse to backpack and secure it. I wish it were possible to shorten the strap on the bag a tad more, but it is a crossbody and I am happy with it.

I adore this bag! The pocket keeps me so well organized! (I just discovered two more on the sides.) No more fumbling for my phone, keys, or glasses. The color is gorgeous. I get compliments on the purse (its color, its softness) wherever I go. Very comfortable. Truly, it’s one of the best purchases I've made.

LOVE IT! Very roomy, lots of pockets and zippers. I've got my Nook tablet, my water bottle, makeup, and it still feels roomy! The look and feel of the bag is superb! The picture does not do it justice.

I was looking for a decent size, attractive bag that would carry my DSLR camera on trips. This bag is big enough for it and quite attractive. Love, love, love all the pockets! Makes finding things easy, and it's easy to access important items in the outer zip pockets. Good long strap that hangs at my hip although it is adjustable. The umbrella is an added bonus- it even has it's own button pocket in the bottom of the purse. The wallet is not my favorite as it doesn't hold much and is hard to open/close, but I didn't buy this purse for the wallet. My only complaint so far is that it does get marks on it easily. I find that it gets marks from bumping into things. The nice thing is that I can just take a damp cloth and wash it right off since the material allows you to do that.

Great use of space and compartments, soft touch feels like leather, just right size, like the long straps - great value- one of my favorite purses to own - very functional for everyday use.

If the bright colors and large easy to handle zippers weren't enough this bag is perfectly comfortable and fashionable. The shoulder strap is soft, durable and think and doesn't cut like thinner straps. This bag gets a hardy round of applause.

I LOVE this bag. The genuine not-leather is thick and soft and has a nice texture. It looks "real" while fitting in with my vegan ethics, so I'm happy and so are the cows. It has plenty of pockets but not so many that I forget where I put things. The lining is the kaleidoscope pattern, not the leopard. Either one would have been fine with me, but this is bright and pretty. I've been using this as my everyday purse, and have stopped shopping around for another. It's perfect. My bag accidentally came without the umbrella, but customer service straightened it all out in a flash. Not a problem at all. Dear Zappos, I adore you!

Love this bag. It has well placed and numerous pockets to keep me organized and a long enough strap to be a true cross-body bag. It's also relatively light weight which is a great benefit.

This bag is adorable and so useful. All the pockets are really great for all the "stuff" I have to carry around with 2 little girls. Beware: it doesn't come with the umbrella or coin purse. I had to return it before they figured that out.

I didn't realize that this purse was a polyester-type fabric when I ordered it. The fabric is slippery and the purse doesn't stand up very well because the fabric is lightweight. However, I love the style, size, and all the pockets. Returning this one and ordering a pleather version instead which I think will be more substantial.

This is a beautiful bag. The color is richer than shows in the photo. I particularly love the numerous zippered pockets that keep everything in the right place. I was surprised that the handle is heavy canvas edged in leather. I did not like that at first, but I realized that it keeps it from sliding on my shoulder, so it turned out to be a plus. Useful design and good construction. What more could I ask for? Oh, yeah - a great price. I got that too!

This is an awesome bag. I had been looking for a crossbody that was large, but not as big as a messenger, and not leather. This is perfect. There are lots of zippered compartments plus a matching umbrella. It is very well made. It has nice long adjustable strap. The wallet is small, but I keep it cliped on the inside of the bag and keep my debit card in it so I do not have to go searching for it 10 times a day. It is very durable and overall perfect!

I bought this bag to take on my trip to Europe. It worked just great even when it was loaded down with stuff. I love that it has a little umbrella stowed at the bottom side of the purse. It does not take up much room and the umbrella came in handy several times while in Germany and Switzerland. I am not using the wallet. I also find it hard to open. But I love all the compartments to keep things organized and handy. I also love the long strap. Sometimes I wear it criss-cross as I did while travelling. Had my hands free. I also shorten the strap to wear the bag on my shoulder. I am sorry the bag is not leather but it sure looks like it. I have not had any problems with zippers, etc. It is well constructed. I am looking to buy it also in another color. I have the very light beige one and have not had any problems with getting marks on it and it held up well on all my Metro and train trips. I highly recommend it.

This purse is great for moms on the go who need lots of pockets for organizing kleenex, germ-x, and everything else that comes with life with small kiddos. I also love the super long crossbody strap - plenty of length for sure! The only downside so far is that I've only had the purse for about 5 months and the lining in the inside zippy pocket is already tearing. I'm sure I can get it fixed, but still a little disappointed in the quality of it.

Really like the size and all of the zippered compartments, but the silver ring were the strap connects came off the bag within days. I never return things (they sit in the return box forever), so I just kept using it. It has otherwise held up fine and the strap is nice and sturdy. This bag holds a lot.

I agree the bag is a little pricey but it has everything I wanted in a handbag. The rings that hold this bag together are falling off on both sides. For the price, it should not. Will attempt to have it fixed since I purchased it in another state. Oh well.

I don't have this bag right now (will be purchasing soon, though), but I currently have the same Kingston Crossbody as this, in a different color. Also, mine isn't all pleather, only a few edges. Anyway, I love this bag because it IS very comfortable (I can't do bags on the shoulder, I'm a Crossbody girl) and I've gotten so many compliments on it. The only bad thing about my bag is that it's basically falling apart. I can't say exactly when it started happening but I have had my bag for quite awhile so I know that can naturally happen with any bag, especially when you use it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I love all the compartments, every one is used. I've used my wallet that it came with since day 1. I would recommend this bag to any woman out there who doesn't want to feel like she's carrying a purse & it's so cute. I can't wait to get the Pine Green one!

Positives: Very striking looking and snazzy! Although it's large and roomy, it doesn't look heavy or clunky. Everything zips closed - more secure than open pockets. Nice heavy-duty zippers. SO MANY separate pockets - this is a must for me, and still there are two that I'm not even using! The strap is generous in length and very sturdy and looks like it will outlast the bag. Negatives: The bag feels really lightweight and flimsy and if you open it and shine a light on the outside, it shines right through. The lining is so thin, I'm afraid it's going to quickly wear out or tear. The little wallet is cute but useless - the side slots are too small to fit bills!

This bag is so heavy! I absolutely adored this bag when I bought it, but I had to return it since it was unbelievably heavy. At first it seemed fine, but with only my wallet, keys, and phone and a full day of walking my shoulders were killing me. So sad to return it. All that hardware on the front really does weigh it down.

The bag I got was a different pattern, and it came with an umbrella. Same style, though. It fell apart very quickly. The fake leather strap does not feel good on your skin. The seams on the zippers began to fall apart, and I couldn't use certain pockets. The umbrella broke the first time I used it, it wasn't even very windy. The metal rings that the strap hook onto ripped away from the fabric and I didn't even use it for one year. I have many other purses that have held up, but I will never get this one again. It was not worth the money. My Kavu bag has held up way better.

I loved the idea of this bag. It looks nice in person. I was concerned about the grommets on the side, since a lot of people complained about them. But I was buying it for a trip and I would have been satisfied if it even lasted one trip. However, the top nylon zipper was so incredibly cheesy that it was unusable. Once you opened it, it was almost impossible to close it. It required you to precisely hold it steady with one hand while you maneuvered closed. I cannot recommend a bag that has such poor attention to the functionality.
