Wish they were wider. Great shoe and style but they are snug! Purchase one size bigger

Only WIDE width ballet flat I can wear. Wide in toe box so works for me. Also covers bunions. Comfortable. True to size. Wish I could find a higher quality workmanship and leather ballet flat that accommodated my wide toe box - but have settled for this inexpensive one because it is the only wide ballet flat I can find that is comfortable.

Very cute shoe that could be worn with a lot. But they run very small. I am a wide size 10 and these size 10s I couldn't even get on my foot. Order up.

Runs TTS. Nice shoe but likely will not hold up as leather part of shoe is not completely covered by sole, so it will be exposed to pavement and get beat up easily.

Cute shoes. Size was correct with support for walking and wearing comfortably. Bought them in two colors as the blue will come out more in spring.

Felt a little short for a size 9 1/2. Will return them. Otherwise, pleasantly roomy toe box and comfy shoe overall.

Like a lot of people have mentioned, they run small so order up at least a half size. I usually wear size 7.5, but my toe was right up against the end and it was really uncomfortable. I ordered a size 8 after that and it’s pretty perfect. At first these feel pretty tight width-wise, but they are leather so they do stretch a little. These are great shoes to dress up any outfit.

As ballet flats go, these are pretty darned comfortable. There is more cushion than the other pairs I've had. I've only worn them for an evening so far (outdoor wedding), so i don't know about longevity. However, I can say that walking on gravel, grass, dirt, tree roots, etc with these shoes on was not a problem for me. While I still felt these lumps, the sole/padding seems to be sufficient enough to keep them from being painful. They pack down pretty small and as a backpack-carryon-only kind of traveler, I think these shoes are a fantastic option for packing in a small bag.

I had bought two different kinds of these shoes because they were super cute and excellent for work. As time went on, I developed blisters on the backs of my ankles from them rubbing so I had to wear no-show socks with them. They were durable to say the least, but extended use ended up hurting my feet.

Great shoe and the pink is a very cute color and looked great with jeans, however I'm usually a true 6 and these are TIGHT in the toe and heel. I didn't feel like returning them even though they were small, I liked them and already had an outfit picked out to wear them with, unfortunately by 10 am I had to wear band-aids on my heels to get the back to stop digging in. That being said I will continue to wear them to work (which I don't do a lot of walking around so it's not a big deal if their a bit tight) and I would purchase another pair but half a size up.

The material of these is so soft and the insole is very cushy, but they are heel busters - carry bandaids.

I thought these were really cute but I could never find the size that seemed to fit me correctly so I returned them.

I have different-sized feet: 7.5W with a bunion on one, 8B on the other. I got a 7.5W, which is pretty comfy overall, although a smidge short on my longer foot. I expect it to stretch enough in time. If you have bunions but normal-width heels, treat yourself to the W and give those toes some space! These don't feel broad at all. I'm blister-prone and these caused NONE walking several miles the first day out. They are a little tight around the foot opening at some points: at the back of one heel and at the front, but also expect that to stretch. All in all, a very comfortable flat. The Grout color is a very functional neutral that will go with everything. It's not at all pinkish which I appreciate.

Really cute flat, soft on the inside and comfortable to walk in. Nice stitched detail on the back that came apart after wearing the shoe twice. Took it to get fixed.

I loved these flats before I put them on. I always wear a size 10.... no matter what! But after only one minute of walking around with these on, my toes were killing me. I tried to ‘break them in’ for a few hours each day. I even went to a shoe repair shop to attempt to have them stretch out. No luck. Every time I wore them I ended up with aching, painful toes and my toe imprints visibly showing in the fabric of the shoes. I love them but I hate the fit. I might try again but a full size larger.

I'm usually a 7.5, but the 8s fit perfectly. I ordered the Birch color as I loved the fun spring-y floral print and they are adorable. No break-in necessary. I wore them the first day to a party where I stood all night without an issue. The next time I wore them was to work and I went for a walk in the middle of the day, and definitely discovered the sweaty feet other reviewers have mentioned and the lack of support. Super cute and functional, but I don't think these will become my travel shoes!

This shoe runs half size smaller. Liked enough that I am going to reorder in larger size.

It feels like the fit on these have changed since the last time I bought these exact same pair. I normally wear a size 6.5 or 7 and had to get these in a 7 1/2. I feel like I could have gone up another half size because it has taken me quite a while to stretch them out. After having these for a year the fit is finally "okay."

I ordered these flats in brown b/c I already own them in black. I've been wearing the black for a few months now and they do their job - they look cute enough and they're holding up well. However, over time I've found that they're not super comfortable. The actual sole of the shoe is a bit narrow for those of us with Flintstone feet and it doesn't take long at all for the back to start irritating my heel. But, I was unable to find any others that I liked so I went with these. Fortunately before I wore them outside I got a pair of flats made by Yosi Samra (also ordered from Zappos) and found my shoe soul/sole mate. So, long story short(er) - I think these shoes are pretty good but I've decided to return mine for some that I think are pretty fantastic.

I wear a size 7.5 shoe. My first pair (in black) had to be returned for a 8.5, which fit perfectly, and are super comfy. I then ordered a second pair in Grout. In the picture Grout is a very light putty color. The shoes that came are medium-dark olive-brown. Much closer to the picture of the shoe in Bourbon. Not at all what I was expecting.

These run about a half size small.

These feel fantastic, and are perfect in that simple casual flat way. However! If you have feet that are even a little bit wide, don't do it. After a few hours the super soft leather had stretched and the outsides of the shoes were ragged. The outer section of the shoe was rubbing on concrete.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The heel pinched a bit at first, but after wearing them for a few days I love them. They have good support, and they don't hurt my bunionette! But the color is rubbing off on my toe nails. I ordered them in blue, and I have blue streaks on my toe nails. I'm hoping this stops with wear.
