Comfortable at first but as soon as I tried walking across the room all I could feel was the heel. It feels about 1/4-1/2" too narrow, making me feel wobbly - which is just ridiculous in a flat shoe. I very nearly kept them in hopes I'd get used to it, but ultimately decided to return them and keep the truly comfortable Born Julianne shoes instead.

I got this shoe is a size 7, and I have wide feet. They fit comfortably. The only issue I had is that the show doesn't offer much support. I used gel inserts for the heel to add cushion.

I was very pleased with the product; they are comfortable, look great, and I got compliments for them. Match very well with lots of clothes.

I have bought a several of pairs of this flat, and that's the problem. I love these shoes, but they wear out very quickly. My oldest pair is a little over a year old. They've lost some of their color and just look very worn. I wear them to school and work. Otherwise, they are a fairly inexpensive flat and they look great with anything! I wouldn't recommend standing in them for long periods of time. No arch support at all.

These flats are so cute. They look great with any type of outfit. The backs kind of hurt initially so I wore a bandaid for awhile but otherwise very comfortable and look great! Thinking of buying another pair in a different color!

If you have a narrow foot, I would not suggest this shoe. I've been looking for that perfect leopard print flat and had high hopes for this cute shoe, but the fit was not there. The backs rub blisters on the back of my narrow heel. My toes were smooshed in the end and very uncomfortable. Sizing up anymore would have made the shoe too wide. I would suggest this shoe for a normal-width foot lady, and that she size up half a size at least. Aside from fit, the shoe is cute and moderately sturdy. Pretty good padding on the soles, too!

Cute shoe. The material is a lot more matte (vs. glossy) than I thought it would be, but I like it. It was comfy the first few times I tried it on. After wearing it a bit though, the back part rubs on my heel a bit if I wear it too long, so I can't wear it two days in a row. Still love it though.

These shoes are OK. They have a little cushion in them and the size was expected. I ordered my true size. The only thing I did not like is the style. The toe is quite round and I felt like a child when I had them on... so I had to return them. If they were more almond shaped, I would have kept them.

Cute and comfy and very reasonably priced. Padded but not enough for all day walking or standing but otherwise a great shoe. Very soft leather no complaints from my toes for a change.

I love these shoes, but I will be returning them. They run rather small. I will need at least a half-size larger.

I had an odd experience with this shoe. I ordered a pair and when they arrived the coloring of one of the shoes was significantly darker than the other shoe. So much so that they appeared to be two different shoes! I sent them back and ordered a replacement pair. When the second pair arrived the coloring was better but the heel on the left shoe cut into my heel. It was extremely uncomfortable, so I returned that pair as well. Third time was a charm! The coloring is sufficient; however, the heels are still somewhat uncomfortable, so I added some heel inserts and they are great. Very cute shoes!

Very pretty, basic ballet flat. A little narrow for me in the toes, but hoping they'll stretch a bit as I wear them more. Surprisingly cushy soles. Overall, lovely, but maybe not to wear all day long.

I normally don't find flats comfortable but these are the exception. I usually wear a size 8, but ordered a half size larger. They fit good. Probably could have even gone up to a 9. They are very cute and comfortable.

Great flats! Maybe a bit overpriced; but, I wear flats a lot as a teacher (just can't do heels), so I'm wearing these out kind of quickly for the price. I may, however, be a bit harder on shoes than the average office worker. (Recess duty, lunch duty, kids' messes, etc.) I LOVE the bourbon color rich enough to wear with black or brown, but it seems to scuff easily. Definitely protect these with one of those stinky waterproofing sprays. Took a little while to break in the heel area, but now they're my most comfortable pair. No arch support. I added Dr. Scholl's for that and it's helpful. True to size, will be buying another color.

Super cute flat. Went down one size because I thought they were a bit loose, but after about a month of heavy city-exploring, the seams on the sides had split. They are still going pretty strong and the burst seams aren't noticeable. I think I may just have wider feet than normal. Took me a few extremely painful weeks of breaking them in...but now they're quite comfy. The brown leather shoe can definitely be treated, and shined!

These flats and very cute and the material is very soft and comfortable, but there is absolutely zero support in the sole. I feel that they could have done a little better in that area, but the rest of it is great. It feels almost like wearing slippers instead of shoes. There is a slight issue of lack of breathability in the material though which is to be expected since it's all leather. It'll make your feet a tad sweaty, but it's not too bad. All in all very cute, just buy slip in arch support and you're good!

I really like these shoes. As far as flats go, most are not all that comfortable to me. I have bunions and neuromas and don't often find cute shoes that are comfortable. They aren't good for doing a lot of walking, but just for wearing around, two thumbs up. I love the metallic blue color.

So cute but I don't wear them if I know I will be walking a lot. There's a very slight heel in the back that eventually begins to make my feet hurt. But seriously, they're adorable. I get so many compliments and they go well with jeans, dresses, and pretty much everything. Near perfect flats.

So glad I followed the advice of other reviewers and went a half size up! I just received these, so I don't yet know how they hold up over time. I'm usually an 8, but the 8.5 fits. I have a wide foot, so my foot hangs over the sole, which is to be expected with a medium width. The wrap fit helps with this; if it was a more structured flat, I might not be able to wear it. They fit fine and will go with plenty of things. The are basically what I expected; an inexpensive flat to throw on with just about anything.

These shoes look great, and are super comfy. I think they run just barely small. I could wear my own size or the size up, with just on the edge of snug or a tad loose as the options. They wear in rather quickly, so perfect if you want that casual worn look and not as perfect if you were going to slip them on for work.

Must wear in! After a good couple of days and a drunk night out so I could walk and blissfully not feel my feet, these shoes are finally comfortable. The backs have a braided leather seam and rubbed on the back of my foot for awhile. They are stretching out nicely and I see them becoming a comfy stable in my foot wardrobe. I wore them for the first time without being constantly painfully annoyed today. They have some elastic built in so the shoe is pretty sung at first. I would recommend at least a 1/2 size bigger if not a full. To compare I have a slightly big pair a Sperry's in an 8 1/2 and at the same size these seems slightly too small.

Once I ordered up a half size, these were amongst the most comfortable white flats I found in my search on Zappos. Flexible, no toe cleavage, a good shade of white. Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of the cross-stitching at the back, and the heel felt weirdly set back compared to other flats I've tried (ie the circle with the four leaf clover is A) more circular and B) more towards the edge of the shoe). Not a winner, unfortunately.

I purchased these in brown in my usual size 7.5M. The insole had good padding. The bottom sole was a texturized, non-slip rubber. The brown was a milk chocolate shade that appeared slightly aged. The fit was perfect, but the elastic at the back of the shoe was uncomfortable. i placed a band-aid in the back of the shoes to stop the elastic from the rubbing the back of my foot.
