Super cute basic flats but they offer no arch support if you are on your feet all day long.

These shoes are cute (I purchased the light brown color) and I think they are a great casual shoe. I am a medium width, size 11 shoe normally, and the soft leather made these more comfortable than any comparable (light with thin soles) patent leather flat I've ordered. I can wear them in the office comfortably but not if I'm going to be walking around quite a bit, as there just isn't much to them. Even though these are nice supple leather, the thin soles still leave my feet, shins and hips sore after much time standing.

These shoes are very nice, however I had to order a size up. I'm usually a 10, not wide, and I had to order 11 and they fit fine. I wore these with no show/ no slip socks to work and was fine all day. The style is nice for work or for casual days. Thanks Zappos for such fast shipping! Will definitely order another pair.

These shoes are my favorite unfortunately they make my feet flat even with insoles. Regardless of the lack of arch support I still wear them all the time! Cute, classic leopard print, easy, chic.

Both the 6.5 and the 7 were too small for my large toe but I can't go up in size due to thin heel. In fact, the 7 felt just as small as the 6.5.

These are the cutest flats I've tried on. I got them in the Silt Green color which is like a very light pastel minty green - very pretty. I also got them in the Bittersweet color which is similar to a salmon/coral pinkish orange - not like an orange/fruit orange. Also very pretty both colors go well with floral prints..... I'm not sure about the fit, I ordered the 8 & 8.5 and found both sizes to be very tight.

I have these in both black & animal print. They are comfortable & cute. I would buy a half size bigger, they run smaller. Overall I would be willing to buy these in additional colors.

I've had bad luck lately finding comfortable flats. I ordered these two days ago, and they arrived yesterday. They are soft and flexible. The heel slightly of the shoe slightly digs into the back of my heel. But I have a feeling (hopefully) these shoes will stretch out to a comfortable fit. My regular size is a 10, but after wearing these shoes I would have preferred to have a 10.5, but apparently that size doesn't exist. I ordered a size wide to ensure comfort (I do not have a wide foot) and the shoe fit like it should, I never would have thought it was a wide. I don't want to image what a normal width would have felt like. I'm keeping this shoe because I believe it will (again, hopefully..) stretch with wear. Lucky Brand: make half sizes beyond a size 10, your shoe would have been perfect right out of the box.

Like other flats, I had size up a half-size. The comfort and arch support is what you would expect from a typical ballet flat (some padding and little to no support). The are really cute on, come several colors AND come in a wide width. I have a difficult time finding ballet flats that fit in the width, so I was happy to find these. I will order more. The one thing about these shoes, and it is mentioned in other reviews, my big toe pokes up in the toe box. I haven't experienced this with other flats, maybe the material pulled a little tighter across the toe, I don't know. It doesn't affect comfort, but I can see my toe. All in all, I will buy another pair.

I love these little flats! They are very comfortable if you're not concerned about any arch support. So if you are concerned just be prepared not to be able to wear them for long if you plan of standing on hard flooring for any length of time. Other than the support thing they go with everything from dresses to skirts to jeans to shorts!

Comfortable but a little slim for those that are on the verge of needing a wide.

I love these shoes.... if they end up fitting. They seem to vary from pair to pair. Some have more covering over the toes (the toe fabric goes further up your foot), and some have tighter elastic. If the elastic isn't too tight and the toe fabric doesn't go up really high, I LOVE them. I also love the huge variety of colors. The "bourbon" is my go-to school shoe. Note - the "feather gray" is actually almost gray, rather than the nude color that it appears to be in pictures.

Very soft and comfortable, though no arch support. Nice neutral color. Unfortunately, the plain round toe makes them a little frumpy, so they're going back.

This is my third shoe in this particular style, and find them to be consistent overall. They are comfortable enough, but can rub a little when first breaking them in. The blue suede is quite a bit brighter than the photo shows, which was a-ok with me. More cobalt than navy. Overall a good find for what I wanted - blue suede shoes!

The perfect flat that goes with everything!

Very cute. Was slightly tight in the toe, so I'm exchanging for a half size larger. let's hope it fits!

Bought a pair of these in a wide for my high school-aged daughter. They are the most comfortable flat she has worn since needing a wide width. I will likely buy her other pairs in different colors or as these wear out. But so far so good!

As far as ballet flats go these are pretty good. I stand at work all day and can wear these for about half a day. They do have elastic around the back which helps them fit better but the elastic digs into my Achilles. They were more comfortable once I put a heel pad there. I bought my usual size and they fit even with the heel pad. I have other pairs that I bought online at the bullseye store that I can stand and walk in all day so these get pushed to the back of the closet. The color is nice and goes with everything but the comfort for me is just not there.

I ordered these shoes about a year ago (maybe more) and loved them. They were getting pretty worn, so I attempted to order an identical pair but a half size up -- had a baby in between and swear my feet grew. The half size up (8) is exactly the same size as my current pair (7.5). So I will be exchanging for an 8.5 I guess. Overall though...love the shoes and love that they come in wide for a little extra breathing room.

Ordered a size 8 and found these to be true to size. Very soft and comfortable. Returning them because the color on the website looks like ivory but when I received them they looked gray to me.

I love the look of this shoe but the heel is very stiff...I'm hoping after wearing them several times that they will soften up

Cute but a tight fit. Too bad they are on their way back.
