Love the shoes, they are my second pair. I wore the new ones out. Received the item quickly.

Great shoe...decent price for leather. They have a pretty comfortable insole and look great with everything! I usually wear an 8 1/2 but I got a 9 in these due to the elastic around the sides to avoid rubbing.

What's not to love? This flat is so very soft and comfortable I never want to take it off! Color is vivid and exactly as shown. Its hard to believe there can be such a big difference in such a simple shoe but this pair seems much better quality than others.

I've been looking for a well made, casual brown flat for a while and these are perfect! While there isn't a lot of arch support, the shoes have a soft, cushion-like insole and were really comfortable to wear right out of the box. I'd recommend these and buy them again myself!

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I wore them so much I bought a second pair in the same color a year later and now my third pair in a new color. I'm hooked on Lucky Brand for good now! I also get compliments on the look of this shoe even though I only buy shoes for their comfort value. It's an A++.

I bought these shoes in two colors because I loved the first pair so much! They are true to size & they are pretty comfy for flats. You can wear them with jeans, dress pants & dresses...very universal!

Love these shoes. So comfy and stylish with skinny jeans. True to size which is important to me. I wear a size 5-5 1/2 and Zappos always has what I'm looking forward. 5 stars for Zappos!

What else can I say but I love them! The most comfortable flat ever. I let a few of my co-workers try them on and they loved them also they also have a nice amount of arch support for a flat.

Really love these shoes. The color is very neutral. My co-workers keep thinking I'm in my bare feet when I have them on, so "skin color" for us Caucasians is most accurate. They are comfortable right out of the box. True to size. I am always between a 7.5 and 8, since they come in half sizes I tried that first, glad I did. Will be ordering another pair in another color.

I like these better than my pricey Cole Hahn flats! The leather has an expensive look, very obviously a quality shoe (at a great price). There are no seams inside to rub, a great plus. Not sure, but the lining seems to be leather also. I have very narrow, skinny feet and these are fine, no gaps. The toe box was a little tight, bur I stuffed it with paper for a few weeks and they're perfect now. Will buy again.

I love these flats! They are great for both casual and dress attire and everything in between. I've always been a little wary of the shoes that scrunch up in the middle as they usually dig into my heel, but these shoes are just slightly scrunchy enough to get the fit perfect. They are super comfortable and I have found them to be pretty durable too. While I usually sit at a desk all day, I walk nearly a mile to and from work every day and they are still pretty comfortable to walk in and have held up for nearly a year now. I bought these to replace a pair of Frye flats that I LOVED but after getting caught in a rain storm on one of my walks home from work, the soles/interior of the shoe got wet and completely fell apart. The Lucky brand shoes however have a rubber sole (hooray for durability!) so the few times they have gotten damp I have successfully dried them out again, no damage done! They can get a little sweaty in the summer, but they ARE leather so I wasn't too surprised about that. Overall, they are super cute and comfortable and I foresee them being a staple in my wardrobe for a very very long time.

These are really cute comfortable flats and have a little sparkle in them! This is my fourth pair of Lucky Brand flats and I love them all and my daughter has a couple pairs too. They are just easy to slip on and complete the outfit; great shoes!

I love these cute shoes. I can run around all day and they stay on and do not rub my heels at all. True they do not offer much in support but I was not expecting them to.

These are a great, comfortable leather flat. Good for wearing all day. I hate the look of flats, so I don't find them particularly cute, but they are very plain and basic and do the job. The leather was super soft and the inside had a little padding, so I'm sure I will get lots of wear out of them!

The most comfortable flats I've ever owned! I purchased these based on the other reviews I read and I was tired of trying on flats at the mall without any success. These came in the mail at work and I put them on immediately and wore them for the rest of the day without any issues. The shoes dont offer much support but are as comfortable as wearing slippers. My first pair was the brown leather and they are buttery soft. I liked them so much I ordered a black pair. The leather on the black pair is stiffer and holds it's shape a bit better than the brown but I love them both. I wear them often with jeans and get alot of compliments on them.

Bought these for my 9 y.o daughter. They are wonderful! True to size, soft leather, she wore immediately without any blisters. Shimmery gold color a nice neutral. I want some in my size!

These shoes are adorable and comfortable. This is the first shoe of this type I've been able to keep because my feet are super sensitive and normally don't do well without socks (except when wearing UGGs, of course).

The bottom of these shoes feel like memory foam - so soft. They really feel like slippers. Not a ton of support for lots of walking, but comfy for a day at the office.

I love these shoes! I usually wear 8.5/9 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. The only complaint is that I brushed the top of my foot on something and it actually chipped off the metallic color of the shoe so it's a black mark.

I instantly fell in love with this shoe when I put it on. I ordered the color based on what some of the other reviews stated. These are neither really nude or beige like they appear in the photos. The color is called rose cream, I think of them more as a rose gold. They have a subtle shimmer, very pretty in person! They are very comfortable, the moment I stepped foot in them felt like a cozy slipper. I am an 8 and considered ordering a size up in case they pinched. I ordered an 8 and I'm glad I did. They run very true to size, even a smidge big in a good way. I'm puzzled because I read a number of unfavorable reviews here and on the Macy's site in regards to comfort and fit. I'm happy I took the chance, this is a very cute, comfortable shoe! I do have a somewhat narrow foot if that helps. There is no arch support but I'm used to that because I live in Havaianas flip flops and slip on Vans. Arch support could easily be added to this shoe on your own if that is a concern. I see myself ordering another pair of these in a different color in the future.
