This shoe has helped with my heel pain. I walk for my job mostly on hard concrete and having a great pair of shoes is a necessity and these are a great pair of shoes.

After having a lengthy bout with plantar fasciitis, Orthaheel shoes are the only ones I wear. Since I got rid of the heel pain and started wearing these shoes, the pain has not returned.

I waitress two days a week and I suffered from bad arches for years. I had expensive orthotics in another pair of "brand" tennis shoes, but still my back was bad at the end of the day. I got a pair of Orthaheel flip flops from QVC and loved them, so I thought I would give these a try. My back does not hurt and my feet feel great! You need to get these! I got the wide width but could have stayed with the regular. These do not feel "cushy", they aren't supposed to so don't let that throw you off right away. Walk in them a few days in the house so your feet get used to the arch. You will love them!

These are absolutely great. I have dealt with plantar fasciitis twice and the only shoe I could find to aid me in walking was Crocs. I no longer have plantar fasciitis but I do turn my feet in and out when walking and these shoes keep me from doing that and really aid in less backaches. I wore these the first time and was on my feet for 3 hours with no issues. They're really great.

First Zappos customer service is the best! I have a pair of the Orthaheel Mary Janes and love them. It did take a while to get used to but now they are my shoe of choice. I ordered these for walking and found the fit completely different. I usually take a 6 wide but these felt a half size larger and just too wide for me. I talked with customer service at Zappos and they have arranged everything. High marks for Zappos customer service personnel!

This was a great find for my foot problem (2nd time PF). It has been aching for a year.. I tried this and that insole, including taping my foot. With this shoes, I don't need anything such as special insole or taping any more. My feet feel comfortable just slipping in for walking (45 min every morning), and wear same brand polka dot slippers inside house. This shoes has high arch (to me). I tried a Nike pair suggested for PF, but not high enough for my foot. This shoes has been great!

I have orthopedic issues due to severe osteoarthritis, and need footwear with solid support. Typically I have purchased New Balance products, and would insert my own prescription orthotics. Having encountered that New Balance discontinued the style I could wear, I turned to Orthaheel after seeing ads and catalog offers. I've had both hips replaced last year and had my right knee scoped 3 weeks ago. I have balance issues and considerable discomfort while healing, but find the Women's Orthaheel Walker to provide foot stability and solid support which I desperately need. If you have an over-pronation problem, I would highly recommend that you try this product. I have knee and hip pain and I tried these Walkers 3 years ago They are wonderful I just ordered 2 more pairs. In both colors since I never had a black pair. Excellent walkers.

Loved this shoe but the arch seems to be placed too near the heel. Also, I have a small bunion and the seam is placed directly over it. Felt very solid and comfortable other than that.

I stumbled on Orthaheel and am slowly replacing all my old shoes with theirs. I have chronic back and occasional knee problems and these shoes have made a huge difference in reducing flare-ups and pain. Wish I'd found them years ago.

I bought these because I have been trying to get in shape and walking on my treadmill. Usually by the end of my workout, about 30 minutes was all I could handle. My Plantar fasciitis would be killing me. I bought these after I had already tried their flip flops, which were also great. The very first time I wore them for my workout I was able to do 40 minutes, and my feet still didn't hurt. I can't say enough good things about them.

My feet, esp ankles and arches feel good in these shoes. On my feet for several hours at a time at a pet stylist. Shoes provide good support and are lightweight and flexible. Fits accurate to sizing. Planning on getting them in black next.

These shoes are comfortable and really help me walk properly. I had knee replacement surgery about a year ago. I had to throw out most of my shoes because they no longer fit properly. I have tried several brands of shoes, but none come close to this Orthaheel Walker.

First Orthaheel shoe I purchased! Made huge difference in heel pain caused by fallen arches (Pes planus) - which causes plantar fasciitis. They hurt at first, but give it time. I now have the slippers, clogs, and 2 pair of their inserts. Plantar fasciitis is much better.

Great shoes! I have a lot of heel pain from incline on treadmill. Wearing these on the treadmill, I feel no pain while working out.

This is my second pair of these walkers. My feet do not burn, or hurt wearing these shoes... My lower back used to hurt after I walked. No more I know it is these shoes.

I've only worn them a few times, but think they may be helping ease my foot discomfort. The brochure says to wear them for a few hours a day at first, and I'm still at that point. Zappos delivery and return policy rocks!

I have flat feet and have been searching for a shoe to wear for long days on my feet that helps me avoid ankle and foot pain. Thanks to Zappos and their ease of return, I was able to try several pairs, keeping this pair as the most comfortable of all. I did order a half size larger since my usual size was not available. I nearly kept them, but then I received the email saying my size was in. That pair fit much better so I returned the larger pair. I had never tried Orthaheel before, and cannot find them in local stores, so I am very happy that Zappos carries them.

Great walker! I ordered a 10 1/2 wide - fits perfectly. The arch support is very good and I would highly recommend this shoe!

I was having a problem with plantar fasciitis and these shoes were perfect! I was able to walk and start exercising again without pain! Excellent arch support!

I bought these in a size 9 for my daughter & very busy mother of 4 boys who told me that she could hardly walk much less exercise because of her plantar fasciitis. After a few days of getting used to them she found that she was putting them on-first thing in the morning...that's when she ordered the Orthaheel slippers. She says thanks to her Orthaheels she is now able to walk and exercise without pain. Now for me, after exercising less because of heel pain, I realized I had to check out the Orthaheel walkers for myself. I ordered them in a six which fit perfect and am also back on the treadmill pain-free! While working on concrete surfaces I noticed that my tennis shoes gave much better support, with less after hours pain, than oxfords or heels. Unfortunately white or gaudy athletic shoes do not meet professional workplace standards. These all black Orthaheel Walkers are the best of both worlds - they pass muster when worn with black slacks and they are exceptionally comfortable. I took them to the gym and spent 45 minutes on the treadmill. (I left the tags on, just in case that marvelous arch support morphed into an iron bar under my instep.) I'm very happy to report that my feet felt just as well after my run as before. I ordered 3 different pairs of black athletic shoes from Zappos. I will return 2 of them, but I'm keeping these Orthaheels.

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers, the 926 and 927, for a while but I did not like the 928 at all so I started looking for new sneakers and decided to try these. These are the most comfortable sneakers that I have ever worn. I have worn these to Disney World three times now and I cannot believe what a difference they make. They are comfortable walking around all day and my feet do not bother me afterwards either. I normally wear an 8W. That is what I ordered these in and they fit perfectly.

I love this shoe. I have a large foot (size 10) and have had plantar fasciitis for 2 years. This is my second pair of this identical shoe. It looks good and feels great to wear. It also is very durable. I did not need to purchase another pair, I just wanted another one on hand to wear with my "nice" jeans. I highly recommend this shoe.
