This shoe was highly recommended to me by my sister. She said it is the most comfortable shoe she has and really helps the pain she gets from her plantar fasciitis. I ordered my normal size, a 10.5 medium, but I'm having to send them back because they're too narrow. I'm reordering a 10.5 wide, and that should do the trick. It's so easy to shop at Zappos! No hassles with the returns, and free shipping. What more could you ask for!

I love these shoes! I had plantar fasciitis and found these during my search for shoes that would help. I have since healed but I also have bunions, so the wide toe is perfect. These are the only walkers that I have worn for several years. Everything else just does not work for me.

Ordered a size 9 my usual size and the shoes were way too big. They also bothered the side of my foot. Not sure if I would need an 8 1/2 or an 8 so I will just return them UPS is about 15 miles from my house, liked the idea of the shoe but not the fit.

I am a nurse and have had foot pain for years. A year ago had surgery, cortisone injections and acupuncture. All my past work shoes have been uncomfortable. I still have some discomfort, but the Orthaheel have been the best shoe I have found. Zappos had great customer service. I will use them again.

This shoe is really nice looking but I have a wide foot and it is not very wide and I had to return it. Wish Orthaheel would work on shoes for wide feet and make them wide.

Really like these shoes! I'm on my feet for at least 6 hours a day and have no foot pain at the end of the day since purchasing these shoes.

My feet were burning with pin pricks, plus I had shortening of the Plantar ligament. I decided I needed new shoes to help otherwise at my age (72) I would need a cane, walker or worse wheelchair. I ordered a pair of these sneakers and have been wearing them ever since. My feet have stopped tingling, the pricking has stopped and for the most part my feet feel really good. I still have bad days, but not everyday. I ordered a second pair just recently so I could trade off. I highly recommend these sneakers if you are having foot troubles, get yourself a pair and try them out. I don't think you will be sorry.

These are my second pair. Most shoes or sneakers with support look matronly. These do not. They are comfortable, and offer good support and cushioning. They run just a little big. I ordered medium width which is sufficient for my borderline wide feet. I slip these sneakers on and my feet feel cozy and comfortable.

This shoe runs small and narrow. I needed to return. Order up at least a half size and get a wide if your foot is at all not narrow.

Love them. I have had heel spurs removed on both feet now and no pain with these shoes and so light on the feet.

Love these shoes. As someone with problems in joints, I am so thrilled to have shoes that help me feel better. Love these and my sandals. Hope that I can find a really comfortable winter shoe for work and being a little dressed up from Orthoheel.

After being a long time (20 year) loyal NB customer, I needed to find a new shoe brand because NB has discontinued most of the shoes I wore for Plantar fasciitis pain. NB seems to be going in a different direction with their brand for the past several years. I am a letter carrier and need good arch and pronation support. I decided to give these shoes a try, and I am very happy I did. You will definitely feel the supports, so I would advise to wear them only a couple hours a day. This is my new brand from now on.

I wear a 7 1/2 wide. I have a hard time finding shoes, I am on my feet a lot, so I need a comfortable shoe with good support. This shoe is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had. I would definitely buy again, shoes have good padding and lots of toe room.

I used to wear Keds a lot, but my physical therapist told me to get shoes with more support. I tried another brand, but, when I found these, I was hooked. They fit well, are comfortable, and do not look too bad. I plan to order the same shoes in black for the Fall and Winter. I did have to return my first pair as they were too narrow. The wide fits perfectly!

I'm old, nearly 70 and my feet hurt. I try to walk five miles a day for exercise and I've tried shoe after shoe. The Orthaheel Walker is the best shoe I've ever owned for that purpose. The interior support cradles my feet and works like a dream. This is my SECOND pair and there will be a third when these wear out.

I've been wearing my walkers for 3 weeks and I love them. I've had prescription insoles for years. I don't need to wear them with my walkers. My daughter told me that this is the first time she has ever seen my feet up straight rather than leaning in. They are a little hot but worth wearing.

Great walking shoe with plenty of arch support, runs short so order 1/2 size larger. Had to replace removable insole with one I can use my heel lift with.

These sneakers are very comfortable! I normally wear a size 8.5 wide and ordered that size; however, I had to return then and reorder them in a size 8.5 regular. The toe box if plenty roomy enough! The arch support is amazing!

Nice walker with excellent arch support. I walked all over Boston's freedom trail with no pain and feet didn't tire out like they do with loafers. I wish orthaheel would make a classic leather penny loafer. For now I settle on a pair of orthaheel orthotics I'm my loafers and it helps.

I have had these sneakers for about a week now and wanted to really try them out before writing a review. My feet swell so I ordered these a 1/2 size larger and in the wide width and they fit/feel perfect! When I first put them on I was feeling a pain and immediately thought I should return them, however, after about an hour the pain was gone. My feet didn't start to hurt until later that evening, AFTER, I had taken them off. Now I'm realizing that I had worn bad sneakers/shoes for so long that my feet just were not used to all the support. I hhave neuropathy pain & edema, due to being mobility impaired. My nerve pain has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY and so has the swelling in my legs. I first heard of this brand on QVC about a year ago but never purchased them because they were a bit pricey and the added tax with s&h really seemed high. So when I learned of this website and saw all the great reviews for customer service, I decided to order them. I'm so happy that I ordered these sneakers from here, much more affordable and customer service is PHENOMINAL!!

You are not supposed to wear Orthaheel shoes for long the first time you get them, but when I received mine yesterday, I did not want to take them off! I have numerous foot and toe problems and no arch, so these shoes were definitely needed. I love them! Also, Zappos sent them quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. I will be wearing Orthaheel shoes forever! I am totally pleased.

If you have foot and or heel problems this is the shoe for you. Very comfortable. My physical therapist told me that these were a must have. I can actually walk for an extended period of time.

These shoes have been a great help for my Plantar fasciitis. I can put them on first thing in the morning and be on my feet all day without pain.

My plantar fasciitis almost disappeared after wearing the Orthaheel Walker for 2 weeks. I had to wear flip flops to the mall for a pedicure, and alas, it returned. But as soon as I started wearing the Orthaheel Walker during the day and Orthaheel slippers at night, it's almost gone away again. And this is after I'd been wearing other walking shoes in which I'd inserted a store-bought orthotic.
