I bought this pair on the recommendation of an article in Arthritis Today about orthotic shoes that were good for people with arthritis in the knees or feet. I feel that my knees ache less than if I wore my usual summer gear, sandals. I really needed these shoes, and am glad that Vionic carries them in wide sizes. Thanks, Vionic!

Love these shoes. I bought a pair 2 years ago and was so happy Zappos still had them in stock. I wear them most days, especially when I know I will be on my feet for a few hours. I was switching off every other day with another brand, but I find myself now only wearing these. I'm going on a cruise in the near future and knew I would need a new pair. I highly recommend them. I usually wear a wide but these fit me well.

I love these shoes. They are the 3rd pair I've ordered in 2 years, using black in the winter. Perfect for my foot problems and the wide width is truly a wide - again perfect.

These tennis shoes saved my feet. I had been looking and looking for something that would help the pain I was in. I had been to several doctors and a physical therapist before finding this company. I found a store locally before ordering online. I can tell you the instant relief I got with the sandals I got so thought I should get a pair of tennis shoes. The local store only had one style so went online to Zappo's and found the style and color. The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast. It didn't take long to break in the shoes. It has been a month now and I have so much relief and no pain when wearing my shoes. If I go barefoot much the pain is back but once I put my sandals or tennis shoes on, relief! I would definitely recommend these to others with feet issues. In fact, I have already. I just hope that local stores will stock other colors and styles although I know that Zappo's won't take long to get. Thank you for helping my pain, my spirit, my life!

This is my second pair of the Orthaheel Technology Walker. I love them! I used to have a problem with plantar faciitis until I discovered these shoes. Now if I feel a little bit of pain I use these shoes for a day or two and my problem is solved.

I think I would love the shoe, but these seem to run so very large that I can't find my best fit. I wear a 5.5 and ordered a 6, based on reviews. I then ordered a 5. Well, both were much too big for me.

Very comfortable right out of the box, with good arch support. I pronate and have a bad ankle. These shoes have helped with both issues.

When I first put them on I thought "Oh no! They're too long", but I decided to wear them anyway. The arch support is divine! After 2 weeks, I love them. Always comfortable. My foot doesn't get tired & I'm on my feet most of the day. Just wish they weren't quite so white.

This is my 2nd pair of Orthaheel Walkers -- I wore the first pair out! I wear almost nothing else. (I do have another brand that I put Orthaheel insoles into.) I have 2 requests 1) MORE COLOR CHOICES 2) MORE STYLES MADE IN LEATHER! Those of us who actually wear these shoes to exercise do not want man-made materials!

I had a pair of these for several years and needed to replace them. I ordered a size 6. It fits much better than the first pair that I had in the same size. These are not too large as some reviewers have noted, and they are no longer extra wide for my narrow foot. Following surgery, I have a problem with my feet that essentially makes these the only sports shoe I can wear without pain. I am very pleased with the fit and the performance. Would order them again and I hope they do not stop making them.

I have had foot problems for over 4 years and these sneakers have helped me immensely in being able to walk in less discomfort. I wear the black ones with my work clothes and the white ones with casual and to exercise.

Fat person who acquired a personal trainer (a dog) and am now walking a lot. These shoes alleviated my heel pain. My trainer knows when we are going out for a good walk if I put these on.

I have plantar facialitis and these shoes have really helped. I have not been wearing my brace at night and my feet are not as sore first thing in the morning. I recommend these shoes to anyone who have problems with the plantar facialitis. The toe box is very roomy. I normally wear an 8 and had to send them back and exchange for a size 7-1/2.

After suffering for twenty years with plantar fasciitis, and going to three different podiatrists for help, a chance encounter at a shoe store introduced me to Vionic style and technology. I am thrilled. The walker shoes are my fifth pair of Vionic shoes. I am going on a birding hike in them today. I am surprised at how well this technology works, even in flip flops and sandals. If PF bothers you, this brand will provide stylish relief.

I found these shoes on the Zappos site. I've had problems with my heels from standing for long periods of time. When I saw these I thought I would try them out.

I have worn this style shoe before and loved them. They were so comfortable, so I ordered again. The pair I received are so uncomfortable. I don't know if they are defected. I would like to exchange for another pair of the same style.

I ordered, I blinked -- and my shoes arrived! And what shoes they are. I've long been a fan of Orthaheel flip-flops/sandals, having bought a pair of the Wave sandals when they first appeared on the market. I've suffered on and off with plantar fasciitis, having managed to get through a good nine years pain-free, but it reappeared out of nowhere, even though I've been diligent about wearing footwear with pronounced arches and deep heel seats, and not standing or walking barefoot for more than a few minutes at a time. Now that it's back, no shoe seems to offer enough relief. I ordered these because I've had a good run with the company's sandals, and now that I'm soon starting a job that will require many hours on my feet as well as closed shoes, I immediately turned to Vionic/Orthaheel. I sweat that from the moment I put these on and took a few steps, I felt no pain. NOTHING. And I'm always in pain. I totally recommend these shoes, as well as the brand in general, for the relief of plantar fasciitis or for healthy feet in general.

I have had planter issues in the past, and currently was having a lot of heel pain. I'm sure I was pronating. As soon as I put these on (mid-day) the support was evident and my feet began to feel better. By the later evening my heel pain was gone. I'm sure a few more days will have my inflammation gone now that I have the proper support. I'm strongly suggest these sneakers. I do have orthotics, but felt that the insoles that came with these are just as good if not better due to the heel support.

Inadvertently ordered an incorrect size, plus bled black on my white socks. Easy return. Now I wear black socks with the shoe. Fast delivery. Good customer service.

This shoe has the best arch support of any shoe I have owned. I wore them all day and my feet felt great. Just wish they were a little more stylish.

I had a knee replacement and I started having problems with my left foot. I read the reviews and bought the shoes. Wow! With the shoes I have no pain anymore. Great!

I am 79 years old and have trouble finding shoes that were comfortable for walking since I tore my medial collateral meniscus when I was 16. I have had a full knee replacement and a replaced hip. I will admit I have done a lot of damage to my knees and feet by wearing high heels when I was in a business that required me to be on my feet sometimes 6 - 8 hours. (I pronate severely. Just a little of the history of my feet and knees.) I also blew out my plantar fascia. I was introduced to Zappos by a local shoe store that sells only orthotic shoes, when they had nothing for me that was comfortable. That was two years ago and these are the only things that allows me to walk. I am still wearing my first pair as I will admit the second pair I bought squeaks a lot when I walk ('tis kind of embarrassing when trying to sneak up on someone). Am ordering my third pair of sneakers and second pair of slippers, never had slippers that keep me from pronating as the ones from Zappos.
