Sized to fit as expected. I do need a "wide" as I wear prosthetics. Size 10.5 is hard to find, so get them as soon as you see this size available.

Sizing is very accurate. I have been using Vionic shoes for years, as they also fit my prosthetics. Material does not break down. Do not order larger than you need.

This Vionic is wonderful, right out of box. Immediate pain relief from a Gravity shoe not working. Cusrom arch supports help, as do Orthaheel Active insole, now unavailable. I have 2 exteas. Avoiding ankle fusion surgery is goal. For months, I have been trying various supportive, deep heel cup insoles to help hold my flat feet and left weak, pronating ankle in place. Diagnosis from 2 Orthopedic Sports specialists says structural, that surgery is needed...or special custon brace and 1 built up shie. NO I said, not yet. Merrell ankle hiking waterproof boot works well to control pain, and old New Balance rollbar sneaker is good, but this Vionic is excellent, also cushioned, thick soles that help propel me forward without bouncing. Just keep my feet happy and I am happy. Size 8.5, medium. No narrow ankle slippage, good toe room wearing medium-gaduated-compression knee high sport socks.

With my flat feet, I have trouble with most shoes. These Vionic Walkers have been perfect for me for years; I just keep ordering new pairs to replace worn out pairs because nothing else is as good on my feet as they are.

These are great shoes. I got this pair to replace the exact same shoes that I've been wearing for ages. I finally just wore out my first pair. These shoes fit true to size, although I do buy them a half size larger than my usual size in order to fit my orthotics in there. The arch support is very good. The cushioning makes them very comfortable on my arthritic feet.

These fit perfectly. I did go up a half size to allow room for the orthotics I have to put in the shoes. These are replacing the exact same shoes which have finally worn out after long use. They are great shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable even with my orthotics in them. The arch support is good.

Well I have falling arches and planters fasciitis they feel very even when walking helping to hold my ankles up my toes don’t feel smushed only thing I don’t like is the shoe laces are way too long but I can work with that. ???? love my first pair of Vionic.

If you have skinny, narrow feet with nigh arches and need toe box room, this shoe is really good for a "work" shoe. It didn't feel good when I first tried it, but somehow at the end of the day, my feet weren't killing me. And that never happens!
