Comfortable seasonal "transitional" house shoe. I wear slippers all winter long, which are currently too warm. It's not hot enough for flip flops, so these are great.

These are my house slippahs. I live Maui, & I love to have a slide, when arising in the a.m. Love the leopard print. Would love the bed of the slippah to have gel soles on top of the Ortheheel shoe bed. I have nerve damage in my feet. It's like walking on hot coals. So the gel sole addition would help so much. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want the Orthaheel foundation to be changed at all. The Velcro adjustable straps come in handy, if you have edema in your feet, like I do.

I have a pair of Orthaheel flip flops and really like the support so I thought I'd give these a try. The arch is not as high so it didn't long to get used to these however, the quality control is a little lacking. I had to return the first pair because the inside flap (for lack of a better name) of the top portion that covers your foot wasn't made correctly and it was causing the velcro to rub on my foot. The 2nd pair and a spot on the inside pinky toe area that was sewn oddly so it was rubbing my toe raw. I figured out a way to flatten it down for a couple of days and that did the trick and now, they're perfect! I'd recommend these to anyone needing a supportive shoe around the house and to run light errands in the car. Not too heavy or clunky but very supportive, warm and comfy! Zappos customer service was excellent to work with on these as usual!

I love Zappos and Orthaheel products but did have a problem with these slippers. While the quality is super and the footbed wonderfully comfortable, the tag identifying the size of the zippers stitched to the inside top is scratchy; there is also a "logo' label next to it -- not sure if one or both was/were the culprit(s). Also, while the style looks attractive, it was not at all flattering on my feet. Thanks, anyway!

My podiatrist prescribed Orthoheels for my chronic achilles tendon issues. There slippers were so incredibly comfortable for the first month or so. I am about 30 pounds overweight and have a heavy step so eventually the cushioning and comfort became compressed and hard. I still love the slippers and wear them around my house all day, am under Dr's order to NOT go barefoot. The support and alignment are still superb, I simply wear socks for a little added "padding" at the heel. These are my second pair of Orthoheels, both are effective in easing the pain in my feet.

This is my second pair of these for me, first ones lasted a long time, the fabric wore out too quickly on this second pair. But LOVE the arch support!

I usually wear a 9.5 in Orthaheel, so I sized down as suggested. The 9 is too short for my long toes (middle toes are longer than my big toe). The arch fits, feels comfortable and the print is nicer than I expected. I am exchanging for the 10.

These slippers are very well made. They run about half a size large. I wear a size 8 but ordered a 7 and 8 based on other reviews. The 7 was too small and the 8 almost too large. They fit very well in width due to the adjustable velcro strap. I don't have arch or pronation problems and don't notice any difference in the alignment of my foot when wearing these slippers. Having the hard sole is nice for those quick trips outside. Overall a very nice slipper but a little expensive for a house shoe.

These slippers are incredibly soft and comfortable on the feet, except the tag would need to be removed before I could wear it comfortably, as it rubbed against the top of my foot. This could easily be done. Since I have a bump on the top of my foot on the bone, I had to loosen the velcro some, which made the velcro also rub the top of my foot, making them too uncomfortable for me to wear. The arch support is great!

I bought the Geneva slippers and these at the same time. These were so much better. I have to wear them with socks this winter, but that is OK. I don't have to wear orthotics with these and they are more comfortable than the Crocs and Asics I have been wearing around the house since I was told I had plantar fascists and a heel spur about 6 weeks ago. Soft with a bit of cush. I bought a 7 and I usually wear an 8 in dress shoes and a 9 in running shoes.

These slippers are very comfortable after removing the labels from the inside as they are somewhat irritating. I am happy I purchased these slippers.

I ordered 2 sizes and kept the size I usually wear, 9. I have slender feet with long toes. The leopard print adds to the fun of a slightly unattractive shoe. I bought these to wear around the house so the fact they don't look like Donald Pliners is just fine. I have worn a pair of Josef Siebel sandals for house shoes for years. My husband was sick of them, but they were so comfortable. I am in the adjustment period right now trying to get used to the arch support, so I can't wear them continuously. I have faith that I will become accustomed though from reading all the reviews.

I really like these slippers even though they are stiffer than I am accustomed to in a house shoe. The reason is that they have excellent arch support which I need.

I bought these slippers since I have plantar fasciitis. Since wearing them and doing the foot exercises at night, my symptoms are gone! The shoe arrived with one weird thing. They manufactured the shoe with a label directly were my foot hit it and it literally had my foot bleeding in less than 30 minutes! The fix was easy, I just cut the label off. It didn't effect the shoe and now I have a very comfortable pair of slippers. I plan to buy another and even try the sandals.

These slippers are very comfortable, but you must be very careful to make sure you have the cross piece fitting snuggly on your feet, or your feet will slip out of them with no warning, which could possibly cause a fall. They do address the issue of being a support for the arches, and that is very nice, just be careful to have them fitting correctly.

Love these slippers. Cute to. Yep I think they are a bit long. But since I can adjust top bands they fit fine. Love the feel and support which I needed badly. Was told not to go barefoot so this is my solution around house. Helps the plantar fascitiis issues. Got the insoles to and the flip flops from Orthaheel.

I ordered a size 7 as well as I size 8 because of other reviews saying this slipper runs small. I am a true size 8 - & don't have a wide foot - the 8 works perfect for me. I'm wearing only a few hours a day so my feet can get used to them as suggested by Orthaheel. They have a 30-day guarantee so I'll see how they feel at the end of that time.

I got these because I was really hoping the orthaheel would keep my feet from rolling out (have corns on the outside bottom of my foot from this tendency). Although they did not provide enough support to prevent this problem, they are still relatively comfortable and wearing them changes my foot dynamic enough to help limit my foot pain in all my shoes. I wish they made the Orthaheel sandals in something other than thongs (which I hate); it would be worth a try. Overall, these are worth the money for me.

Very comfortable and supportive. Brought me relief immediately! My only complaint is that the straps allow your foot to slide toward (or over) the outside of the shoe! But don't get me wrong, I wear these in the house every day, without fail!

I've had a hard time finding slippers--wide foot, high arch. These work fine in that regard because the velcro fastening gives plenty of room. The heel cup keeps my heel from sliding around. The sole is quite thick and so I occasionally feel a bit "sloppy".

I find that your feet slide to the side of the slipper. Sort of slanted. I have tried to adjust the strap with no avail. Very uncomfortable.

Okay, I'm torn. Lately my feet have been hurting when I'm standing/walking on my hard wood floors for long periods of time. Having very low arches and history of foot issues, I decided to be proactive and spend quite a bit on a pair of not so attractive house slippers. I am trying to love these. But I'm not sure if they fit right. The arch is quite hard and it feels like it's jabbing into my foot. And I'm an 8.5 and I got the size 8. I'm not sure if my heel is falling into the right place on the shoe. I'm going to give it a try and wear it around the house this weekend and see if they start feeling better. They are heavier than I expected. Definitely a solid shoe. But they are so unattractive!

The slippers really look like slippers my grandmother used to wear. I'm 38, so I feel very old and ugly wearing them, but they do function the way they should for my plantar fasciitis. My major disappointment is that after only 3 weeks, the Velcro doesn't seem to work well on one slipper. It pops off making me slip right out of the shoe. :( That is a big problem.

Give them time. These are better than average house shoes. I almost returned them because the arch support didn't feel like anything special. For this price, I wanted a really comfortable fit. I waited a week and tried them on again. I liked them a bit better. Because they are open-toed and not super insulated, I wanted this style to wear during the warm months. I wear these daily inside the house and outside to grab the mail or dash out to my car. The soles hold up fine for that. I haven't washed them yet- no need and they still look clean. They have loosened to the point that I've had to adjust the velcro closure a couple of times already. That concerns me but if these last two summers they will be winners in my book. For the price, I want more than 6 months of use from them. I wish there was more selection for slippers with arch support.

I have tile floors and hate to walk around barefoot. I had a pair of Acorn slippers which are comfortable (and lots cheaper), but not for standing any length of time on the hard floor. These are perfect for running around the house; standing in the kitchen for long periods, etc. They are not the most attractive, but they are comfortable. Very soft. I think they do run big. I wear a 6 and these are more of a 6.5 and wide. But the velcro helps the width. My feet are very glad I bought them. Since I have been wearing them, my heels no longer hurt when I stand around for hours in the kitchen or schlepp around the house. These are my first Orthaheel, but I'm going to be looking for others.
