I purchased the closed toe mule last year but wearing them throughout the summer, the slipper and my feet began to smell. Received these as a birthday gift and love them. I pop them on when I get out of the shower. They have the right amount of arch support and cushioning. They are, along with the mules, a bit heavy/clunky but after a while, you get used to them. As soon as I get home, I take off my shoes and put on my Orthaheels. I have less pain (I have plantar fasciitis) and am able to stand for long periods of time without heel pain. Wore them all last year during the Christmas holiday. Usually my feet are aching within a couple of hours, but had no problem this past year. Wish you would make more stylish shoes though. I'm only in my 50's and some of the shoes are downright ugly.

I purchased a size smaller because the slipper was running large for many...but in my case it was too small. I usually take a 7-1/2 to 8...and could have worn a 7-1/2 but not a 7. I ordered an 8 and it is the right length. While it does run wide, it makes a great difference if you do not pull the strap straight across, causing it to protrude too much. I adjusted it while off, following the curve of the bottom strap and it doesn't appear too long. It would be nice if they would make it in different widths or make it less wide...better to loosen it up a bit than to be left with too much strap. So wonderfully comfortable, I can wear them all day without thinking about my feet. Love them. They also look nice on the foot.

I really like these slippers. Good color [true to picture], comfortable, they don't slip around on my feet. I do not wear shoes in my house, they are literally my 'house-shoes.'

I found these slippers instantly comfortable and just what the doctor ordered. Since I can no longer go barefoot in the house, this is a great solution. My feet also swell at night so the velcro is wonderful to change the size when needed.

Great arch support and adjustable velcro straps make it easy to get correct width for your feet. I have been ordering "Relax" slippers for years and highly recommend them!

These are superb slippers with arch support. After wearing them around the house for 2 days my chin splints were no longer an issue. I bought a second pair for my husband. I'm a happy customer. Thank you vionic.

I love these slippers. It is hard to find slippers with arch supports and these are wonderful. I wear them all the time when at home. They are soft and comfortable. I highly recommend them especially for anyone who needs arch supports.

After reading the review on the closed slipper, I ordered the open slipper in a size smaller (6) as I have extremely narrow feet. Nanette in Customer Service handled the return of the closed slipper efficiently and I had my new pair in 2 days. I love them and they are so comfy. I only wish they had more cushioning as I have a Morton's Neuroma on one of my feet and the extra padding would lessen my pain. Thanks Zappos for getting these replacement slippers to me so quickly and making the return so easy!

Supremely comfortable. I was hesitant to order a slide, but these stay on my feet w/o a problem or any effort on my part. They are so comfortable I find myself becoming a recluse. Who wants to wear real, painful outdoor shoes, when I can curl up here with my feet in foot bliss? Great arch support. Due to comments here, I ordered a size 7 (I'm an 8), and the 7 fits fine.

These slippers have been very helpful for my plantar fasciitis. Wearing them faithfully around the house has made a big improvement. The shoes appear a bit "clunky" and are not "squishy" but that's what makes them a good fit for support and stability when walking around the house - especially on hard floors. I also want to mention that I had a slight order issue that was immediately resolved by an excellent customer service rep! A great company to deal with.

I love these slippers and switch to them as soon as I walk into the house. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have been helped significantly by wearing the closed toe version of these slippers, but I needed something cooler for the summer months. I hesitated getting them at first because I thought they might have a sloppy fit due to the style, but they don't. They are tight enough and have plenty of room for adjustment with the velcro closure. I have a true medium width, so I believe the width should be fine for most people. I typically order size 13 shoes when available, although 12.5 works too. This only comes up to a size 11, and they are long enough for me.

This slipper looks and feels great without looking "Ortho". Fun looking, but no pain for my problem toes. Heel gives good balance. I intend to order another pair in black. I wear them indoors all day and don't look or feel like a sloth in slippers. Well worth the price.

I was hesitant to buy this slipper as the reviews said they helped with plantar fasciitis and I was buying them to help with bone spurs. As previous reviews suggested, I wore them for a little while the first day and a little more each day after. I wear them all the time now. In fact, I forget I even have pain from bone spurs while I'm wearing them. For the size, I measured my feet and used Zappo's size chart. I normally wear a 9 wide, but the size chart said size 8, so that is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. The velcro design makes them fit with my swollen feet too.

These slippers are very soft and incredibly comfortable with excellent arch support. I have so many foot problems (tailors bunions, capsulitis, plantar fasciitis, etc.), and these feel amazing. I don't need to wear my custom orthotics in them because of the built-in arch support! The straps have velcro and can be adjusted for a perfect fit. This brand runs a little big, so if you're in between sizes, I recommend ordering a 1/2 size lower.

These slippers are perfect for my Mom. The solid sole to provide balance, plus the padding to make them comfortable. The adjustable straps makes them easy to change when her feet are swollen. These are her second pair, because she loves them so much.

Excellent arch support. Slipper does run large so follow recommendations and order size smaller. Very comfy for someone like me who has major foot problems including UNsuccessful surgeries. I plan to buy another pair.

Really love these slippers. I needed comfortable summer slippers and these fit the bill. I have a narrow foot and they are adjustable.

This was my fourth Vionic purchase in a month. My feet are SO happy! With a real arch structure, I am expecting these to last much longer than my prior type that collapsed quickly. And, of course, Zappo's shipping was prompt.

I bought these because my heel has hurt for several months. I ordered a size smaller because several reviews said it ran large. Not true in my case. I wear an 8, ordered a 7 and my toes were on the edge of the shoe. Got the 8 and they fit great. This is not a streamlined shoe -- it's going to be a little bulky.

I love these slippers. The day I received them I started to wear them all the time in the house. They are so comfortable that they are the only shoes I want to wear. They mold to your feet to fit perfectly and look good too.
