I was hoping for a comfortable supportive slipper. Based on the reviews I purchased these. I found them to be so uncomfortable with super hard bottoms they were painful to wear. They were also very clunky and difficult to walk in. I was afraid I’d fall. My feet also slipped forward and I couldn’t adjust them to stop. I also thought they were ugly…They went back!

I wish I could review these. Not only did I get the wrong color, I received a whole size bigger than what I purchased, smh. Was really looking forward to these & was disappointed when I had to return.

I'm on my 3rd pair of the same slipper which I love but due to poor quality of the terry cloth I now have to replace them yet again! The reason I keep buying new ones is due to the terry cloth fabric wearing out. The construction of the slipper itself is fantastic and could go on for years but the fabric covering the slipper is poor quality. I don't like that it only lasts for 1 year because of the fabric. These shouldn't be 'disposable' for the price!

I couldn't wait to receive these slippers. After a week of trying to wear them I'm sending them back. It feels like rocks under my arches. Painful.

I only too one out of the box and tried it on. Ugh. They went straight back. I will never try Vionic again.

I read reviews about how quickly these wear out but I ordered them anyway because there aren't alot of slippers made with arch support. They are comfortable but could used another layer of cushioning. The arch support is good. I wish I could submit the pictures I took. I have had these three days and they already look like I have had them for months! The leopard design is already wearing off and the pile is smashed looking with little snags on it. Terribly low quality fabric!

I thought I would LOVE this slippper - SADLY, NOT. The velcro straps just don't give enough support to keep my foot centered on the footbed. Oddly, the footbed feels like it has a slant down and to the outside of both feet... I'm wondering if this pair was a return since the fuzzy material looks "used" on the seams of the criss-crosses. Bottom line is the footbed hurts rather than feels good, so wil be returning this style and going for the closed toe version which I have had before and liked alot.

I have plantar fasciitis so always wear shoes in the house. I thought these would be good for support but my feet just start sleeping outward like the arch is so high and foot bed doesn't cradle these create a pronation problem I didn't seem to have before. I also bought a pair of bionic sneakers and don't have this issue. You also can't wear these barefoot or your foot will slide in them. Poor purchase would not recommend.

I’ve had 5 pairs. Dr. Recommend. They run way to big and wide and you can’t tighten the Velcro enough. Current pair is the worst. I’m ordering 2 sizes down and still wide. Heel on this pair is wearing out already. I’m going to have to find something else.

They fit just fine, plus they're adjustable across the lower foot. Arch support very good. They kept my feet nice and warm. I've had some trouble walking in them, I think because they were new and stiff. Overall, I'd recommend the slippers and Zappos to a friend.

I wanted to love these.. I needed to love these. I specifically got them due to plantar fasciitis and bad knees. The good: The foot bed is extremely comfortable.. That's where the good stuff ends. The bad: they are heavy so I have to fight to keep them on my feet.. not very conducive to foot pain relief. They are also slippery on my wood and tile floors so every step tweaks my knee. These are basically unwearable unless I'm standing in place

I only wear Vionics and normally love my shoes and slippers but not this pair! I wanted a cooler slipper because my feet tend to sweat in closed slippers so I was excited to try the Relax slippers. The size chart says Medium/Wide but this slipper is not made for wide feet. You can open the velcro to adjust but the problem is the stitching under the pinky and outer portion of my feet get sore when wearing these slippers. Do not buy if you have a wide foot! I should have returned them!

good arch support but it is not soft or comfortable like other people said. I feel it is very hard. I have planter fascia and has been using for past 10 days no relief of change in my pain

I bought these in black about a half a year ago. They have some of the 'features' other reviewers have mentioned like that they shed little tufts of faux fur all over the place. I have high arches (that led to the development of a stress fracture) and plantar fasciitis. I'm in my mid-forties and other than for a few years in my teens when I played around with wearing heels I have never worn heels. I never even where 'flats'--those purportedly flat shoes shapped like heels that pinch your toes together. I wear shoes with a wide toe bed that are truly height/incline neutral (like Birkenstocks or Keens or Merrills). But my podiatrist recommended Vionic shoes and in addition to the shoes (which I've had a year) I thought I would try these slippers around the house. I've been wearing them everyday most of the day for months since we are home avoiding COVID. And I've developed pain in my calves knees and hips--and my legs feel weak. Just recently I realized that this is similar to how I felt in my teens wearing heels. I remembered when I first tried these slippers on they felt like they had a bit of an incline. So I decided to put back on my old slippers that these replaced--that are truly neutral with respect to the ground and after a half day in my old slippers my calf thigh and hip pain are gone. That incline is causing me these problems and the plantar fasciitis is no better. I then checked out my Vionic shoes which I never really found to be that comfortable--same problem. I don't know why an company advertising that they sell orthotic shoes would make shoes that are inclined this way--that isn't a natural way to walk. I'm curious to see if the men's shoes are like this too or if it is just the women's shoes. But I don't think I will be purchasing this brand again.

I purchased the Relax Slipper for good support and cushioning. But the sole was so hard without cushioning. Could feel the arch support (hard) hurting my arch. Not near enough cushioning and really hurt my feet very badly. Had to return them within 1 day. Vionic returned my monies promptly. Absolutely not comfortable by any means. I could feel the 'hard sole' when pressing my fingers on the slipper sole no cushioning. Cannot emphasize that enough.

I will not be reordering anything from Vionic as you are pushing your product on so many of my emails. If I wanted to order I would do so but I do not appreciate being hammered by vionic at every turn. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN. TAKE ME OFF YOUR PUSH LIST. Rita Todd

These slippers are comfortable in that they have that wonderful Vionic support, however they are so heavy and clunky I cannot wear them. I guess if you don't mind wearing what feels like ARMY BOOTS around the house as slippers, these are the slippers for you. As for me, these are going back. I hope to see Vionic design a slipper that feels like a slipper and wears like a slipper in the future. I will be watching for them.

Sadly I am returning these because they smell... they literally smell .. like epoxy glue or something... as soon as I opened the box, I could smell a glue like substance and on the bottom of one of the slippers, it looked tacky, with some sort of sticky substance... I am not paying this much money for slippers that smell... and I have allergies...

I have been wearing the slippers for 2 weeks now but the arch support is minimal. Very nice and soft but I would not get a second pair. I am going back to my vionic flip flops.....
