The arch on this shoe hurt my feet, it was too hard to wear this slipper for very long. The slipper was soft and fit true to size otherwise but had to return them because they were not comfortable on my arch.

I have bought these several times but will warn you that the terrycloth wears out quickly at the toe bed. Would like to see a better wearing inner sole.

My foot is a 10 EE, so pretty big and wide. With these, I couldn't tighten the strap tight enough to keep my feet from sliding forward and off the front of the footbed of this slipper. They're also heavy and "clunky." Thank goodness for free returns, cause back they went. Disappointing fit from Vionic, my usual go to brand.

I love the comfort of these so much that I bought 2 pairs in quick succession about 9 months ago -- one in gray and one leopard print. The Velcro "strap" adjusts easily for bare feet, thin socks, or fuzzy winter socks. They feel divine and very supportive. I was horrified a few weeks ago when I discovered that the fabric and underlayment in the footbed in both pairs is wearing away and disintegrating under the big toes and balls of my feet. I cannot face replacing a pair (much less 2) of $60 slippers in less than a year, no matter how comfy they are. I wear them only indoors and rotate them with a pair of Birkenstocks. What a disappointment!

First let me say I Vionic shoes and wouldn't be able to walk w/o them I'm sure. However this slipper just isn't for a person w plantar fasciitis issues b/c of the strap placement. The strap is sewn onto the upper part of the sole which in my experience hurt the PF. I thought after wearing them a few days it would workout but it didn't only got worse. Made my foot hurt a lot! The strap or whatever you want to call it needs to be placed under like on the flip flop slippers. Very painful indeed

I have bought several pairs of these to wear around the house. I agree with the other reviews; the quality has precipitously declined. My current pair lasted about half as long as the prior two pairs I owned with the foot bed completely wearing away. And the strap is so thin now and flexible that the Velcro rolls under and rubs against the foot. So uncomfortable! I am so disappointed with this. These were a godsend for me dealing with plantar fasciitis. I won't buy again until the quality improves. I hope the company pays attention to these reviews.

Hideous. I could have overcome the styling if they had been incredibly comfortable, but the undersides of the straps irritated the soles of my feet. My feet slipped around on the silky fabric too. For reference I’m generally a 7.5M or 7.5W and the 7M fit well. I do like that the straps are adjustable.

Minimal arch support unlike previous vionic styles. And the Velcro closure was exposed and scratchy on top of my foot

I am returning the Vionic Relax Slipper because it is poorly made. I have been wearing this style since 2013 when the brand was called Orthaheel. At that time it was a superior product. Now I have to be extremely careful with this brand. Usually the problem is that the sole does not lie flat as is the case with the slipper I am returning. I might add that last year I showed my podiatrist a pair of Vionic sandals I bought in a department store. She had to add material to them so that they would be balanced. And this is from a company that stresses that their product gives the foot a leg proper alignment! I will try again because when properly constructed, you can't beat these slippers. I wear them everyday. They have been great for plantar fasciitis and even the torn meniscus in my knee. I just wish they would return to the quality in workmanship they once had.

I have a wide toe box, so I hoped the adjustable straps would give my toes more room. However, the sole was too narrow for my toes, so they just fell off the sides.

I wear size 6 and got a 6. True to size, but the fit was off due to the arch and the heel. My foot slid forward and down towards the outside of the sandal, even tho i have high arches. I found the velcro band a little tights and my feet didnt feel secure, so walking in them felt clunky and uncomfortable. Returning.

I liked these at first but the Velcro is so uncomfortable and scratches my foot every time I wear them. I wish I had t thrown out the box because I would like to return them.

Disappointed with the decline in quality of these slippers. I have purchased numerous pairs through the years. The material on the flap is thinner and as a result the fabric curls under itself near the velco (as a result the velcro rubs on the skin). So disappointed. Overall it also seems a less weighty slipper. Again reducing costs has affected quality.

I have purchased 8 pairs of these slippers through the years but the quality has unfortunately declined. On my last 3 pairs the velcro flap slides under itself and the velcro wears on and hurts my skin. It seems a cheaper material. So very disappointed. Please correct this problem with thicker material on the velcro flap! It seems the newer slippers are also lesser in weight and bulk. All around a reduction in quality of materials and slipper. I have recommend these slippers to countless people through the years but can no longer do so due to the discomfort they cause. So disappointed.

From the description I thought I had found the perfect slippers but when I received them they were a bit too heavy and I felt like I had to grip them in order to keep them on my feet. I wanted to return them for another style but was unable to change the style just the size or color which would not have made a difference. I would not recommend this particular style.

Heavy. Hard... not soft and plush at all. One makes loud crinkle noise so going back.

These slippers were a letdown. I have a few foot and ankle issues, so I am most comfortable in footwear with firm arch support, even for house slippers. I have been wearing Birkenstock felt clogs (Amsterdam) as my house slippers for a couple of years, but they can be awfully warm and they are expensive. I had hoped these Vionic slippers would be a worthy summer slipper for wearing around the house and taking on vacation. While the sole seems fairly sturdy and the arch support is there - not spectacular, but there - my very first impression of these slippers was how cheap that fabric was! I was expecting something along the lines of a cuddly, velvety terry or fleece. This fabric reminds me of the very cheap faux fur on my cats' cat tree, which is junk! I've known $20 Isotoners too have a more luxuiorus fabric feel! I was able to adequately adjust the velcro to stay on my foot (some other reviewers complained they couldn't get it snug enough), but I still felt like my foot was slipping, due to the fabric. It doesn't seem like it would clean up very well, though I did purchase these knowing they are spot clean only. Long story short, for my purposes, I think I might do just as well with slippers from Target or Kohls.

After a couple weeks of use, the slippers are ultimately too hard and my heel pain hasn't improved. There is some arch support but my feel move too much and the slippers don't stay adjusted. Unable to return as I've already worn them.

The cushioning in these slippers crushes easily. They were tight to begin with, but got very loose and slipped on my feet quickly. NOT happy.

I've heard good things from others about this slipper but if you have feet that hurt when arches in the shoes are too high - this one will hurt your feet. It was also a little too heavy for me. I felt like I was wearing shoes instead of slippers. Zappos was great with the return as always. I picked a softer slipper that worked better that was a different brand.

The Dark Grey Zebra pattern was an incredible disappointment due to having completely different fabric from my old Tan Leooard pairs. This Dark Grey Zebra fabric is a faux fur. It is slippery, so walking in it slides around and off the arch support and footbed. The fabric has an unpleasant coarse feel to it, and the "fur" actually has a direction (like petting an animal in the right or wrong direction.) My old Tan Leopard pattern Vionic Relax Slippers had a comfortable fabric texture similar to terry, which was pleasant to the touch, comfortable to walk on, didn't slip, and gave perfect instant relief from my plantar fasciitis. I will say that the hook and loop adjustable design of the Vionic Relax model still made these the perfect size for my small but extremely wide 6WWW feet. I am still wearing my old ones everywhere in my home, which has tiled floor throughout, but I had hopes for a new pair. I have returned these.

I this slipper did not work for me. If I made it snug the seam on left foot would rub on my pinkie toe. If left a bit looser my foot would slip around. I rate it low because of seam on left slipper
