Definitely disappointed. Saw Orthaheel on HSN and was excited to see that Zappos carried the brand. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Unfortunately the footbed is hard and overall, the slipper didn't give my heels the ahhh feeling that I had been expecting. As a result, I do not buy into the Orthaheel concept and will not purchase the brand again. As for Zappos, thanks! Great selection and service.

Excellent arch support. It was well padded and comfortable. However, for me, the sole felt rigid when I walked and it makes it a bit difficult to keep the slippers on.

I would have given these slippers five stars if the heel was not so high. I thought it would be like the sandals, low heel, firm support but these slippers actually cause my back to hurt if I stand too long in them.

This is my second pair. I have found they do not stand up for very long. Already breaking down.

Support is great, but the material under the strap is a little loose and my high arch catches the edge and drags it to bunch together, making the strap very uncomfortable with all the bunched material. I have to unvelcro and revelcro everytime.

I didn't like how I walked in them. I need more support (bad back, etc). I am not sure how they would wear. I wish I could have tried them on first.

These are very nice but the fabric is slippery and I felt my footing was not secure

This is my third pair of slippers. Each time I keep hoping the upper terry cloth material
would wear better. I emailed the company a couple times, they didn't seem to care. The upper material wears out within 6 months before the sole of the slippers. I wear Vionic
shoes and I am very pleased. I just wish they would resolve the problem

I splurged on these 6 months ago because my feet and joints ache if I walk/work around the house barefoot, and I thought these would be better and last longer than the cheaper slippers that I'd usually replaced every year. While good, I have 2 major issues with these slippers: 1) the soles are very thick (more than I feel is necessary), so I find myself tripping more often, especially on stairs; 2) the footbed does not have much cushioning and feels relatively hard, so I find my feet start aching after wearing them for a while. The supportive foot bed design is good, but the lack of better cushioning padding is regrettable. Thinner soles and better cushioning would make me a repeat customer!

Purchased these in leopard, felt like these had been worn before, not new. Caused heel , no support wide no grip. Do not recommend, will not buy again.

The support is very good, but although my feet are not the least bit narrow, the slippers are wide. I can't adjust them enough to feel safe and comfortable walking in them. Tried them for a couple of days, so I can't return them. Same experience with the sandals I bought. Just too wide. Never experienced this before with Vionic shoes.

I've been very happy with the two pairs of Dream slippers that I've purchased. I just tried the Relax, due to a sale, and will be returning them. They don't offer the comfortable fit that the Dream slippers do. I'll stick with the Dream style in the furutre.

Good but not great. This is advertised as a supportive slipper/ it has SOME but I thought there would be much more arch support.

I bought these as a gift for my mom less than a year ago. This is not the quality I'm used to from vionic.

When I first tried these on, I was hopeful that they would work out. They're cushiony and have arch support, but they are the widest slippers/shoes I have ever tried! I don't have narrow feet. Even adjusting the velcro to the tightest it could go, my feet were slipping out. I think these would fit a man's foot better.

The side straps were very stiff and hurt my feet, otherwise they were a nice slipper. I have returned them and I am going to try a different style Vionic slipper as I need the arch support.

I too agree that the quality has declined. I've worn these slippers for years happily but the latest pair wore out in about 3 months compared to a year for previous ones. I had the same problem with the velcro rolling under and irritating my foot. Also they were a little too wide for my narrow feet. Had to tighten the strap so much and at an awkward angle that it flopped.

I've had 3 pairs of these over the past 10 years! The sole is indestructible...I wish I could sew fabric onto it and wear them into the next decade. Sadly to say, the fabric is horrible and ends up ripping, etc. Sigh...

These slippers are so heavy. I don't understand why they weigh so much.

I had purchased these in a animal print no longer offered. Wonder if this is why.
I loved the comfort of this slipper but the wear of the inner material was very disappointing. I only wore these indoors for about 4 months and the inner material had worn away creating bald spots to inner soles. For the cost of these slippers they should last much longer.
Thankfully to Vionic shoes excellent customer service they allowed me to return for refund in which I bought a different slipper to try.
Hopefully Vionic will start to pay more attention to material quality like they do to foot arch and feel of their shoes.

I'm so sad, these are just not comfortable! Ice been wearing and loving Vionics since discovering them over a decade ago, this is the first time I'm returning a pair.
I fooled around with the Velcro which I thought would make it impossible to not be able to adjust them to a perfect level of comfort - but somehow they're just not!

These slippers are positively dangerous. Something weird about the sole. I tripped and fell 3 times in the first week of wearing them. No personal injury but at 78 years old I am not prepared to take the risk.

the arch support and ortho molding of the foot pad are ok. however, the Terry footpad is too thick causing feet to sweat and collect odors.
