These slippers do give me very good arch support and I am about to order my third pair. Why? Because the fabric on the footbed only holds up at most a year. I literally walk through the terrycloth fabric. Please improve the quality of the fabric used for these slippers and they will be perfect!

I am a Vionic junkie. I think I've bought every single style--some work like magic and others don't work on my feet. I've owned a pair of relax slippers for many years and figured it was time to get a new pair. I am sending these back, sadly. They seem to be a bit different than my old pair; the footbed seems a bit more narrow and the straps across the top of the foot feel like they are set farther back on the foot. The result is that it feels like my feet are coming out the front of the slipper and it's hard to walk. Vionic, did you change my slipper?

These slippers were a bit of a let down. I was excited to receive them based on others reviews, but I found that no matter how I moved the adjustable strap on the right slipper, the Velcro rubbed the top of my foot. It should only touch the other part of the Velcro but it was sewn on too far towards the edge. I am only able to wear them with socks. I should have returned but wore them thinking I could get it to stop rubbing but was not successful. They are comfy other than that and seem to have nice arch support.

Strap on right foot was slightly defective, sending back. I have sensitive feet and doubt these will be comfortable long term.

I bought this in my continuing search for something that feels good and would help my planters faciiatis. It is comfortable and has arch good arch support. I think it's overpriced for what it is, I wouldn't buy again, but I do wear it around the house and it's comfortable for the PF. I ordered a 6 based on reviews, but returned for a size 7 (my true size).

Reason I gave 3 stars overall was because the velcro wears out on them very quickly and won't stick together anymore. I have had to sew or pin them together. It if it wasn't for this I would have been very happy with the slipper. After you wear them they stretch & have to keep tightening the velcro & eventually you run out of ability to tighten them enough anymore.

Vionic/Orthaheel need to realize that women wear these slippers around the house to do just about anything that needs done around the house. They do & will get dirty, food drops on them when we are cooking, grease will splatter on them. Vionic/Orthaheel needs to know that women need the support these give, BUT THEY MUST BE MANUFACTURED IN SOME NEW WAY, THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO BE ABLE TO BE THROWN IN THE WASHER, TO GET THEM CLEAN AGAIN..and the fabric must hold up well when washed...and it needs to be done soon, because mine are so worn, & dirty I'm ashamed to answer the door for anyone to see them. They are still functional support-wise, just dirty. I will not buy new slippers, just because they are dirty. Please hurry, orthaheel/vionic, & fix this problem, so I can buy more pairs that are finally WASHABLE.

The material felt too slippery to be secure on my feet. Every step felt like the shoe was moving. But it wasn't.Very nicely adjustable.

I love the support but they wear out very quick for the price. The inside lining is going very quick -- I have had them a couple months. However, these are the only slippers that I can walk in because of my feet problems.

Mixed feelings. Bought these because having foot problems, partly due to always walking around on hardwood floor barefoot in the summer. They are structured to help improve posture. But they feel very clunky on my narrow feet - I end up curling my toys to try to keep them on, and they fall off a lot. I've kept them and use them some, but not ideal. (And afraid my review isn't as glowing as some others.)

These slippers provide excellent arch support for plantar fasciitis (which is why I needed them). My feet were killing me from wearing flat slippers around at home. However, they are really clunky - they're really heavy for slippers and the base is about an inch thick, half the time I forget to change into flip flops when heading out the door! So, there is no "slipping" or walking quietly, they really cause you to clomp along loudly. The material is really soft which is great. They run huge - I am normally a 10 and got a 9 which I have plenty of room in and could probably have used an 8. For such expensive slippers though, there really is a lot to them and are more substantial than a typical slipper which makes them worth the money.

These are great slippers if you wear them around the house a lot. The only thing that bothers me is that I bought the same slipper a couple years ago and they have changed the sole. I need a more supportive foot bed and rigid shoe because of a foot injury, and this new version is more flexible and in fact is really slippery on the bottom. It feels rubbery, but its a different tread than the earlier version. So overall it's a better slipper than most, but in comparison it's a lower quality than other slipper, so I keep wearing the old ones...

Almost perfect. I own the thing sandals and love them. I ordered these in the same size but my pinky toe rests up on the part of the strap that's seen into the sole so it's not comfy. Maybe a half size bigger? They are also very warm - not a summer house shoe! I wear a 7 in these and flip flops while I wear an 8 in other brands!

I have Orthaheel sandals that I love and I thought these would be perfect to wear around the house, but have found them to be very clunky and hard to keep on.

I read the mixed reviews and ordered anyway. I put them on and thought wow what good support. By day three of putting them on and off because I couldn't wear them for long stretches I was most disappointed. These were donated by day five. Hopefully, someone else will find them more comfortable.

I was thrilled with a slipper that I could wear with my foot problem. Was very disappointed to find that after paying this much for them I was only able to wear them for one summer. They were wide and I have narrow feet but were okay when I got them. Both stretched but the right one to the point that it is too big and I almost took a bad fall when I tried to wear them anyway. Would not advise anyone with narrow feet to purchase them.

Decent slipper with moderate arch support. I have worn these for about a month and the inside sole has worn down enough to become a little slick without wearing socks and I really do not like to wear socks with slippers - too warm! The orthotic function of the slipper is great and it's a really cute style. I have no arches in either foot and wide feet...so these are supportive for walking around the house. I would not purchase again due to the issue with the inside sole.

Love these; but unfortunately this time the mfg decided to sew labels into the cross-over straps; very itchy; cannot wear. (If you wear socks with your slippers it's probably okay, but I don't.) Sadly need to return, and I'll continue to wear the sandals instead in the house.

I was excited to get a slipper that would help my Plantar Fasciitis. This slipper does not cause more pain, and is possibly helping. What is a real pain, however, is the fact that it sheds on everything - carpets, hardwoods, my long pants. I've had these for over 2 months and they are still shedding. I am beginning to hate to put them on even though they are very comfortable, because of having to clean up after them.

These were very comfortable and supportive. I'm returning them unfortunately because there's a small label on the inside of the right slipper that has nylon thread which irritates my foot.

I have flat feet with problems and I am supposed to wear specially made orthotics which I don't. I wanted a slipper that offered arch support and tried these. Although they provide great support they are heavier than I like and I feel like I am wearing clodhoppers. I was hoping they would be as lightweight as Crocs, but with arch support.

Very nice looking, but it was so much larger than I had expected that only my number of stars for the style is a valid indicator.

These are literally the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet! I am 45 years old. I am a former dancer and gymnast. My feet and body took a beating for a lot of years! I wake up most days in pain. I also have a sciatic nerve issue. I love these shoes. Can't wait to get home to put them on. I am trying to figure out 1)how to wear these in public, because they are slippers and 2) when I can get another pair. Thank you for these! I will be recommending these to my 70 year old mother who can at this time only wear sneakers. She will love them!

I have loved my Orthaheel Tide flip flops and was using them even as a house shoe. Then I splurged on a pair of these slippers. The foot bed does not feel the same at all. There is very little to no cushioning and the arch support seems to be in a slightly different location. Very disappointed but have kept them 'cause I figured I wore them too much to send them back. I might do it any way. Also have a pair of mules (the ones w/3 elastic bands across the instep. They are very comfortable. Time to get a new pair of Tides because the old ones don't get rid of the PF pain anymore.

This is a very comfortable slipper if you foot rolls in. It is soft and well cushioned and has a great arch. However, if your foot rolls out, the arch padding will actually make you roll more. I had to return them because of the rolling out problem.
