I bought these Relax slippers a couple of weeks ago and I was excited to wear them. I like the arch support and the cupping of my heal BUT if Vionic would put a soft cushion foot pad it would be great! The foot bed is very hard and at times I can feel my heel spur. My feet get tired at the end of the day from pressing down on the hard heel. Disappointed! Not sure if I'm keeping them.

This is my third pair of slippers because I love them so much but this time they ran a little smaller and for some reason made my feet sweat.

First if you're going to order these they run large. I usually wear a 7 in shoes but I wear a 6 in these. Secondly it takes a few days to wear them in so that the fabric on the sole doesn't cause your foot to slip around. Once that happens and you adjust the velcro for your individual foot they're so comfortable and have the arch support I need. However for an open shoe they get smelly pretty easily! I saw one reviewer say they were machine washable to I tried it and the plastic sole split in two so DON'T try that. After I destroyed my last pair I ordered a new pair but soon they started making a weird clicking noise when I walked on a hard surface like linoleum. At first I thought I had something sticky on the bottom of my sole but that turned out not to be the case. The clicking was driving me crazy but Vionic stood by their warranty and gave me a gift card so I order replacement pair. After a few weeks the new pair started shedding like crazy. Neither of the previous pairs did this. I know some companies have had to switch to different suppliers during the pandemic and that's the only reason I can come up with for this lowering of quality and presentation of two different issues. If Vionic can get the quality back to where it was I could recommend them but even then they would so much better if either the fabric didn't hold foot odor like it does or they were machine washable

I brought these about a month ago and now they look and feel like three months. I can't adjust the shoe to fix tight without it irritating my feet. The shoe is not worth the money. I will never buy Bionic shoes again.

These slippers are so comfortable but the quality is poor. they are already ripping. Not a good product for the money

I live in Arizona so I need a slipper that is open in the spring summer & fall. I have planter fasciitis and what used to be a high arch. I thought I had found a good support slipper. I did. However my complaint is that the fabric on the foot bed wore out within the year. So very disappointing!
