Let me start by saying, mine were a gift, and are not from Zappos, but I am a faithful Zappos customer and only have good things to say about his company. These gloves on the other hand, (no pun intended) are junk! Mine seem to be two different sizes. One fits perfectly and the other is too small. They are both marked medium. They shed the furry fabric on the inside. When I take my hands out of them, they are covered in black fuzz. The inside seams were left with excess fabric sewn in and I had to trim it away before I could even think about wearing them. Still the seams are large and uncomfortable. They hit right where your fingernails are so it feels like they are trying to pry your nails off when you wear them. I am just not impressed with these gloves or this company. When I asked about sending them back for replacement, they stated I would have to pay for shipping to have them evaluated and then they would decide if I could get a replacement pair...possibly four to six weeks later. By that time, it will be spring here! Ugh, this may be my last The North Face purchase. Their customer service is horrible. Zappos is great. I know they would've taken care of this properly.

Got these gloves for my wife and she loves them. She says they are super comfortable, and very warm. They match perfectly with the Denali jacket. They are a bit "furry", but she likes 'em that way.

Great buy...super warm and cozy. Grip pads on the fingers are great for iPod/iPhone use. Found they ran a little small, so order up a size!

These gloves are super warm and fluffy! Unlike another review, however, you cannot use them with your iPhone or iPad. If you don't need it for that then these are the gloves for you! They look great while keeping your hands toasty warm. I have had them for a while now and I'm buying another pair. Great gloves, North Face!

These are the perfect winter gloves, super warm. I would re-think getting white because they became dirty very fast but the quality of the gloves is amazing.

I am so happy with my Denali gloves by North Face! I love to go for walks and these gloves are warm and comfortable. They do such a good job I bought the men's version for my husband as well. We are very happy with the gloves.

This was a gift for someone and apparently it was a wonderful gift. She loves the warmth the gloves provide and says they are so comfortable to wear.

Hands down these are the best winter gloves on the market. They are a bit bulky but I live in New York and have not felt a thing when walking around in inclement conditions.

This glove is incredibly soft and warm! Just be sure to order the Denali thermal glove or you will get one without the insulation. Everyone who saw it had to feel it and now they want one too!

Very warm and soft. Not a fan once they get wet (as they can when I'm cleaning snow and ice off of my car). But overall, I love them!

I love these gloves! I live in Minnesota and hike outside weekly. These gloves have kept my hands nice and warm but not too. Even after a 3 mile hike my hands are warm and dry not hot and sweaty. They are so soft and extremely comfortable. 5 stars.

These gloves are super comfy and warm. Cant use your touchscreen devices with them, but its nice to have grippy pads. They are ever so slightly larger than size stated bit its not that bad. They are also a little more gray hue in real life.

Love these warm, fuzzy gloves! I purchased these to go with my North Face jacket and hat in the same 'brown' color. I have small hands, so I had to get the XS (wear size 5.5/6 on my ring finger) and they fit perfectly and keep my hands toasty warm!

These are great winter gloves. They keep my hands toasty warm on cold days, and I love that they have grip pads for driving, etc. I have not had problems with fuzz rubbing off on my hand after wearing like a previous reviewer. Definitely recommend.

I have not had these for super long, so I cannot attest for their durability, however I'm very satisfied with them so far. The furry material is super soft and nice against the skin. The elastic on the wrists is tight enough to keep out snow and such but not so tight as to be uncomfortable. They also seem to be fairly good at keeping water out, I was shoveling snow today and didn't realize that the outside of the glove was soaking wet until I took them off-- didn't feel any moisture on the inside whatsoever, which is always a plus. I also find them pretty warm, I probably wouldn't trust them in arctic conditions but they've kept my hands warm with windchills in the single digits Fahrenheit. I have no idea how these gloves could feel like they're "prying your fingernails off" unless you're wearing a much too small size! Speaking of size, I would say they run quite large. I'm normally a small/medium in gloves and the small is almost too big on me... the mediums were literally twice the length of my fingers and looked/felt ridiculous. Overall, I would say these are solid gloves that are fairly warm, water resistant, and made of a nice, fuzzy material to boot.

Gloves are a bit big. So I would suggest that you order a size smaller. Not as warm as I would have thought.

These gives may look warm & fuzzy, but they are not warm! I bought them because they match my North Face coat, but my hands do not stay warm in them. When the description says thermal, it leads you to believe that they are insulated - they are not even lined! Very disappointing!

I thought they would be warm, were not! My hands froze in these. They are not insulated at all inside, so wet will go through. Very disappointed! Now have to get another type that will be warmer and waterproof. I would not recommend these for cold weather.

Terrible construction...nice color! The gloves are thin and have a hole along a finger seam after only one month of infrequent use!!
