I like the workmanship and style of these shoes but they get bigger every time I wear them (three times to date). They are now riding up and down on my heels, even with inserts added.

I ordered the 6-6.5 because the reviews said they ran large. This was so small it felt like a 5.5. I am returning them pronto.

I have worn this shoe for years. I ordered the same shoe this year, except the width was M because W was no longer available. Previously I always had W. The shoe was entirely too small. What size would you recommend I go to?

This is the shoe I ordered--Ara Phoebe. But it is not the shoe I got from Zappos. I received Ara Jenny, in a beat-up box and wrapper; the shoes were similar to Phoebe but seemed narrower than my other Aras. I kept them because I needed Ara shoes for a trip, but I will never again order from Zappos. The Jenny shoes had been returned by a previous buyer, I'm sure, and not even re-packaged. Nor did they appear on the Zappo.com web site.
