These are a nice looking shoe but there seems to be too much space between the top of my foot and the sandle strap. The foot bed doesn't really give and so when I walk my foot moves up and down between the bed and the strap. Sort of hard to explain, but just doesn't fit my foot. The braided strap does seem to be smooth, so for those that can wear the shoe, that part is nice.

These sandals are really cute and go with everything for summer. I did get many compliments. However, they are pretty flimsy. I probably could have gotten a similarly cute sandal for a fraction of the price.

My second review: I'm slightly less enamored of these sandals after wearing them through the summer. They still look fab, but there are two issues I've come across that merit a follow-up. Issue 1: My biggest gripe is that the straps stretch. That means more room between your foot and the sole of the shoe, which in turn means that you're likely to stub the front against raised surfaces (cracked sidewalks, door thresholds, etc.) This happened enough times that the toe split on one of the sandals, and I had to Gorilla Glue it together. It's also downright painful for the rest of my foot, and annoying, and embarrassing because of the inevitable tripping involved. I hate to say it, but I own a pair of $15 Target sandals that took - I kid you not - 6 years to split in the same way. The other issue is difficult to describe, but I'll do my best: occasionally - not every time - the material underfoot and the skin on my soles did not get along. I don't know why, but over time I found that walking even just a mile or two would result in painful pre-blister hotspots on the soles of my feet. They'd last for days, meaning I had to switch to my comfy but not exactly chic Reef flip flops. Now, these shoes still look fabulous. And I wear them for day to day errands and non-active outings/parties/whatevers. They're serving me quite well here on my back porch while I drink a martini and watch the sunset. But I am bummed, overall, that these became such a nuisance as the season rolled on. I don't think I wore them any more than any other average person. They just need a little less give in the straps and I don't know...a more supple sole? Oh, well. A girl can never have too many sittin' shoes.

I really like these shoes and have worn them a lot since I got them. However, they're not the most comfortable and I'm a little disappointed because the straps have definitely stretched a lot, I think due to the braided design. It seems like every time I've worn them I've had to buckle them tighter and tighter, and now I'm at the last buckle. I'm worried they'll stretch more and at that point there won't be another hole to buckle! If I knew this would happen I probably wouldn't have bought them. They don't seem worth the price because of this.

These sandals are cute but I am returning them because the toe post is so long that the sandal fits very loosly and flops around when you try to walk. Too bad!

Very flat and not very yielding when you take a step. I thought I might like the rope texture but turns out it wasn't aesthetically for me, which was convenient as they weren't super comfortable. I did notice that the toe didn't rub that badly, though.

These sandals are cute and appear to be well made. However, they run very wide. My foot slid all over and I can't keep them. So disappointed!

These shoes very loose all around. I felt like I was going to trip when I tried them on because the straps didn't keep them tight on my foot. Also, note that there's white fabric braided into the silver. The shape is still more flattering on larger feet (9.5) than most T-style sandals.

Just a pretty face... I really love how these shoes look, but on my feet they fit super strangely! It's almost as though my foot isn't tall enough for the straps to fit properly on. Even though I have the heel part tightened as much as it will go so it creates a nice fit length-wise, my foot is still swimming around in the shoe from top to bottom. They are lovely and I'm keeping them, but definitely not something I'd recommend for comfort or fit. They are strictly for looks only.

Not as cute in real life and the twisting actually rubs against the skin. When I first tried them on, they felt fine, so I wore them. However, after about an hour, my feet started to hurt. It's not terrible, but I'm not sure I would have kept them had I known.

These are the cutest sandals. I love how they look. I have a problem with them, though. Part of the leather on the top strap is very rough and it rubs against my skin so much that it has caused me to need a Band Aid. I am unhappily planning on returning the shoes. I wish that I did not have to!

These felt true to size width-wise and length-wise but I had to put the buckle on the smallest/tightest hole in order to keep them on my feet! Way too much slack on the strap. Style was just OK. Wish I liked them more or they fit better and I would have kept them.

Very cute shoes, not especially well-constructed. The strap is too long and when walking, my foot slides around on the foot bed, tends to hang off the inside of the shoe, plus the heel slaps up against your foot from too much leeway. I poked an extra hole in the heel strap to make them tighter which somewhat helped but as I said, the entire design is just a little off.

I got these, but am returning them. They are cute, but the quality in these RL sandals is not good. I have another pair by RL and they are much nicer. The soles and heels are not good quality. Lot's of plastic. Expected more from RL sandals. Oh well. I'll keep searching.

I don't know if my foot is shaped funny or the shoe is but the ball of my foot & heel is well inside the shoe but the inside arch of my foot hangs over the edge of the shoe by about 1/2 inch. If I were to walk through carpet or grass or something with give, my foot would be directly on the ground and not protected by the shoe at all. They are super cute and I want to love them but they don't work for me.

Although this shoe was the size of my foot and true to size, the straps were very loose and it didn't FEEL true to size. Because of the loose straps, the bottom of the shoe separated from the bottom of my foot way to much when I walked. It felt like wearing flip flops except with a heavy bottom.

I enjoyed wearing these shoes with casual summer dresses or as a relief from high heels at weddings. However, beware there is horrible support for your foot. I FRACTURED MY 5TH METATARSAL while dancing in this shoe. Nobody stepped on my foot and I didn't even fall (my foot twisted). This shoe provides very poor support. I don't think I will ever wear any sandal other than Birkenstocks after this experience. I have been on crutches for the past 3 weeks and may be on crutches for another 5 weeks! I can't take care of my toddler or drive a car. I do not recommend a shoe like this.

They're cute to stand in but a pain when you actually need to move. The leather between your toes is incredibly stiff and bothersome. I've given these many chances and used various Bandaids and strip cushions but my still feet hurt every single time. I've owned many pairs of similarly designed sandals in other brands and this was by far the most uncomfortable pair I've ever owned.

Very cute shoes, very uncomfortable though. As said before, no arch support and my foot slipped all around in them even though I had them buckled as tight as they would go. Sadly, I am returning them. I don't think a smaller size would help because my foot fit on the sandal in the size I ordered.

Very cute sandal. Wear a 9 but returned them to as I went up 1/2 size. 9.5 was a good fit in regards to my toes not being at the very end but your feet flops all over the place. I held off on returning but finally decided to.

Pros: They looks exactly as in the picture and do not blister at all. Cons: Zero arch support, the first day I wore them I realized I couldn't walk in them for a whole day. Not worth the cost. WORST: The strap between the toes just ripped off after two weeks of wearing them, it was only held to my foot by the ankle straps. So yes, basically ruined. I did not wear them excessively, perhaps only 5 full days in the past two weeks and walking inside a building and to and from car. It's possible I just had a bad pair but be warned, mine snapped without warning and upon taking the first step after getting out of a chair. Would not recommend much less buy again.

This is a very cool and lightweight sandal. Unfortunately for me there was too much room between my toes. When I walked there was too much movement and it made a loud slapping noise. I also felt like I was going to trip.
