This is a terrific suit for lap swimming. Comfortable and stylist.

This suit would have been perfect, however the back leg area is too loose and just hangs on me. I have a flat bum and skinny legs. I'm actually thinking of having it altered with different elastic, to make the leg area tighter for a better fit.

5’4, 125, 34B. Curvy, yet slim. Size 8 fit just right. All I wanted was classy fit, descent coverage. Thanks Zappos for the excellent customer service as usual.

I love this suit but in general I find all TYR suits tend to have a fuller bottom than I do. The material, style, comfort etc is excellents. But for me, the area around the butt and thighs bulk out. Its probably my body type. Sad I had to return the suit for this reason. Took one star away from tating gir this reason only.

This suit is surprisingly flattering for being so basic. The fabric offers a lot of support without looking tight or binding. The color is nice and rich.

This is my second TYR ordered. Had to return the first one (different style) because the bra cup folded in half when the suit was rinsed or washed. I couldn't get it unfolded without taking the suit apart. Unfortunately this suit does the same thing (note to designer). However, I am able to get this one straightened out but it's a pain to have to do three times a week. Everything else about this suit is terrific.

Love the lines of this suit, and the color is a nice, dark navy. It is modest, yet has a sleek look, so doesn't appear dowdy. The only negative...the leg openings seem a bit big. I may need to stitch them a bit snugger. I would, however, buy this suit again.

I purchased this suit in the spring and it has been great for my water fitness classes. Great coverage and support. I like that the molded bra is removable. My only concern is that it seems to have stretched out over the past few months so that by late summer I appeared to have a saggy butt when I exited the pool. Maybe I lost weight or firmed up? At any rate I am not sure I would buy this suit again.

Great design and fit. True to size. Kinda spendy but is well worth it.

I love the suit except the bra is a little small. I am a mature woman which probably means the style is not for me. However, I was looking for a simple suit not one with lots of colors or frilly stuff.

Bought this suit for a vacation in Hawaii. It has great coverage and was very comfortable when bending over to grab beach towel, etc. with no feeling of anything riding up on my back side. The only thing that would make this suit perfect would be a better bra area. Seems a little lacking but okay enough.

This suit has good coverage and with the built in shelf bra, good support; I always wear a 12 in a swim suit, but wish I would have got a 10 in this.

I ordered this suit expecting (as usual) to have to return it for a different size. Imagine my surprise when it fit! Very comfortable and great for my swimming workout. Doesn't slide or bunch up.

I recently purchased this suit for my water aerobic classes. Most o my other suits only last 3 months. Although I've only had the TYR suit for about a month, I can tell it's going to last a lot longer. It is very well made, has a lot of control and is completely lined. The only thing that I wish were different is the bra cups are not attached and I am constantly readjusting them. This is a minor issue and would not stop me from purchasing another TYR suit in the future. The size fits true to size. This is a great, sturdy, well fitting swimsuit you won't be disappointed in.

This suit is very well made and fits well EXCEPT that it is cut too tight under the arms. I need to return it. I am 5'8", 150 pounds.

Zappos service is exemplary, as always. But while the suit 'fits" it's made of a much thicker, more intractable elasticized fabric than before - - not to me an unmixed blessing: it's harder to put on, and behaves generally like one of those old-timey full-body "girdles" of our grandmothers (remember Playtex, anybody?). And it still doesn't have the built-in soft cups this model used to have(though the ones used now don't just float all over the upper body). I'll use it and hope it relaxes a little (there's now no alternative for me), but Tyr still doesn't Get It.... Sigh. Please get this info to them, with some emphasis....

I kept the suit but, I am not amazed about it. The material gives too much. I do not like the Spanx on other suits but, for me this one is too forgiving and the problem is that it is not noticeable until you wear it swimming. Hopefully this explains my so-so star rating on this suit.

I have no doubt that this swimsuit would be "able to sustain 300+ hours of use", because it is built like a tank. Unfortunately, the torso was much too short and the elastic around the leg openings was much too loose. And the "removable contoured cups" were ridiculously too thick.

The suit's okay, but the cup inserts were so poorly engineered that they doubled over and looked like a sponge I'd put in at a very weird angle. I had to cut them out just to wear the suit. Returning the other one.

Purchased for lap swimming. Tried on, loved fit, Went and put in some laps. After 30 minutes Got out of pool and discovered the fabric located under arms had rubbed off my skin on inside arm area. That's never happened before! I already own TYR and love their product. Don't know what happened here but now I cant go swimming until I'm healed. What the heck? Nice suit, not designed for lap swimming. Disappointed.

The first suit I got from Zappos had a ripped seam. They quickly agreed to replace it and said I didn't have to return the defective one, so I repaired the seam and tried it out before wearing the replacement suit. Glad I did, because the straps on this suit are very scratchy. After doing my laps I have big red, sore spots where the straps have chafed. I tried wearing it a few times, thinking maybe it would soften up, but it hasn't, so I'm returning the replacement suit and throwing out the original one. Zappos customer service is always the best - no complaints here -- but the suit isn't good, at least for lap swimming.
