My wife loves her new boots. The shipping was right on time. It fits perfectly, in my hard to find size 5. This is the second pair of these boots that we have ordered from Zappos.

These are great boots. They are worth every penny. The service at Zappos is simply wonderful! I appreciate it.

My high school students almost tried to pry these cuties off my feet! I teach at a school-within-a-school, a small learning academy - multi media. Our color is purple, which I love. I wore these bedroom slipper comfortable Uggs with black leggings, black T-neck and a purple cord big shirt a perfect match. This boot could turn into a cuff boot by simply unbuttoning the butts and folding the cuff down. Hey, at 65 I have taken some risks, but these boots are a fashion winner. I must remember to hide them from my teen grand kids! I wear a six so I think I'm safe. These were my first pair of Uggs and they will not be my last.

I love this boot! The sweater fabric is fabulous! I love the color and the buttons down the side of the boot - so cute! I'm usually an 8-1/2 or 9, so I went with the 9 and it fit perfectly! Zappos rocks! Delivery in (1) day! How great is that - I can't say enough how pleased I am with these Ugg Boots and Zappos! Enjoy!

I just bought a pair of these in charcoal gray and while I love the style - the buttons on the side definitely add a bit of uniqueness - the fit isn't quite right. I really wish UGG made half-sizes! I'm normally a 7½, but in the Classic UGG boot, a 7 is just right. In this Cardy boot, however, the 7 was a bit too snug and the 8 is a too roomy. I'm trying to decide which to go with now, but for all you half-sizers out there, be aware that this style fits differently than the Classic style!

Love this Ugg! However, if you're looking for an Ugg that stays "up" and doesn't bunch...this isn't the boot for you. I like the "bunched" look, so it's perfect. This is more of your "around-the-house-go-to-yoga-class" boot, not necessarily a boot for daily out-and-about activity. I did have to send back my "true size" and get 1 size larger because the sweater-like material is so soft & pliable that when I walked, my toes really protruded at the end.

I ordered my UGG boots from Zappos for the first and am so happy with my order! The fit (size 8) is perfect and I am very pleased with the overall quality of my purchase. I was also pleased with the quality of customer service that Zappos offered. I had ordered my shoes thinking that they would arrive before I moved. When they didn't arrive in time I called customer service and they gladly fixed my issue! By the time I arrived at my new home (2 states away) my shoes were waiting for me inside the doorway. I will always order from Zappos for my shoe needs in the future and would not hesitate to order anything other than shoes as well.

I love this boot. I have it in oatmeal and just bought it in black. I think it is true to size, but once it's worn in they stretch.This review is less about the boot, which is great, and more about my dismay when I opened my package to find a shoebox that looked like it had been through hell. It is beat up and torn (the package it came in was fine, so this didn't happen during shipment to me). The boots had obviously been previously purchased and returned. I could tell because the plastic they were in was torn up, the UGG card that comes with was not included, there was dog hair and lint all over them, and there were rocks in the sole of one. Seriously, they just had to clean it up a bit and I wouldn't have a problem, but just knowing they have been pre-worn makes me feel weird. Quality control is nonexistent. No wonder their return policy is so easy. This is the third pair of UGG boots I've ordered this month. I had to return the previous two because of sizing issues, so I'm over it. I will keep them, but think again before ordering from the used-shoe-warehouse!

Loved these boots, the color more vibrant than the pic. They fit a little more snug than the suede boots, but the knit stretches... so it evens out... if that makes sense.

Great - I bought blue and pink color. I love it. I want to buy grey color, too. This shoe is big, so you need to order smaller than your size.

Dusty Rose! They are the hottest Uggs out right now! Exactly what you see online is how they look in person. So versatile & comfortable. Ladies, this boot is not only for young girls! I love to wear high heels but now a mother of an infant, I needed to look for something that had the comfort but still stylish. Love my new boots!

Great - I bought them as a gift for a 10 year old girl and she absolutely loves them. She has not taken them off since I gave them to her. She loves that you can wear them high or low and they are extremely comfortable.

Absolutely Amazing - I was a little apprehensive about ordering these because they were so different. That went out the window the first day I wore them. These are amazing boots they look great up or rolled down. I have received numerous compliments on them. I have them on right now as I write this review. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! I recommend ordering a size down as with most Ugg's.

Cute and functional! These are extremely cute and comfortable! Because you can wear them up, cuffed, or scrunched, they look great with any outfit. I thought that they were true to size. They do NOT feel anything like the roomy Classic Tall where you have to buy a size smaller. I tried that with the Cardy and my toe was bulging over the edge. I usually take a 6, so I bought another pair in a size 6 and they fit fine.

Impractical, but cute! Loved these boots - very unique look. They look awesome "tall" or folded over. Size-wise, I thought these ran at least a half size larger than the Classic Crochet Uggs. I wear a 7 in Classic Uggs (7 1/2 or 8 in "real life") and a 7 in these was just a tad on the large size (but a 6 would have been way too small). Comfort-wise, I thought they fell just short of the Classic Ugg boots, both because they're not as warm since they sheepskin isn't above the foot, just on the sole and heel and also because your foot tends to "wander" over to the edge of the boots where it's not so soft and it feels odd (this is hard to describe!). However, I still think they're more comfy than most other brand of boots. Obviously you can't wear these in wet conditions, so they're not too practical for climates like mine (they couldn't be your ONLY winter boots), but oh-so-cute and still worth having! I did end up returning mine since I got the dusty rose color and didn't care for the shade - but I would absolutely keep a pair in grey if I could find them in my size!

The Best - These are soo comfortable...I recommend them to anyone. They do run large like the classic Uggs...so I recommend buying one size down.

Awesome Uggs! I own two Grey and Oatmeal! They run big, so order down, not up. They are awesome! So comfortable and stylish. I always get compliments on my Cardy. They are very cute with skinny jeans tucked.

Most awesome boots ever - When Uggs first came out, I thought they looked horrible and were only for teens. Last year I caved because they seemed warm and I have problems with cold feet and hands. Needless to say, I have 6 pairs of Uggs, ranging from leather to classic tall to these crochet. These have less foot support but are warm and stylish - don't wear in wet weather; they are like socks more so than shoes!

Love this boot!! This boot fits nice and is very comfortable. I love the different ways you can wear the boot-- You can wear them tall, folded half down or slouched. The buttons on the side make a great accent. I highly recommend these boots as an addition to anyone's wardrobe!!!

I love my Uggs!! Love these boots. A little disappointed in the fit though. I have 2 other pairs of Ugg boots, both classic shorts but this pair fit differently although the cut is the same. Still love them though!

Runs a little big... These boots are so great! They are extremely comfortable. They run bigger than other Uggs... so be careful when you order them. Besides that, they are perfect.

Way too big! These boots were SO hard to find. I was so excited when I found them here on Zappos, and of course they were at my door the very next day. However, they were HUGE on me! Of course by the time I realized this...the smaller size was sold out! So sad.
