We loved them so much I bought myself a pair. These were for my daughter she loves them and gets many complimemts. As for Zappos.com they are the best. We got an upgrade on shipping we expected the Uggs withion a week and they were here the next day. We couldn\'t believe it. My daughter jumped for joy. Thank You so much.

I ordered a pair of these last night around 8 pm, they came 1:30 today. Talk about fast shipping. Absolutely love them. My second pair of Uggs and certainly will not be my last.

I love shopping with Zappos. They usually have what I'm looking for and their service is excellent. They ship quickly (almost always quicker than what is estimated) and if there is a problem with the item (which there hasn't been with me), you can ship it back for free!

I love these boots! They are so comfortable! I wear them whenever I get the chance because they feel so good. I don't even notice I am wearing shoes. These are my first pair of Uggs, and I am thrilled with them. I did not find that they were that big; I ordered two sizes, my normal and a size smaller. The size smaller was still too small. I have the grey ones and have gotten several comments on how cute they are. I highly recommend them!

My Uggs are great; exactly what I wanted and exactly what I thought they would be. Similar fit to the classic Uggs. They fit around my calves just fine, not too tight. Fast and reliable delivery. Very satisfied.

Ugg has done it again with these awesome tall boots! Love the big buttons when I pull them over skinny jeans. When I don't want to rock the boot I slouch them down and they fit comfortably underneath my flares. Rule of thumb with Uggs order a size smaller than what you normally wear, ex. you're a 10, order a 9, trust me. I get OCD about online prices and finding the best deal, Zappos has the best price on this Ugg.

I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas. She has them in grey and wanted them in the fig color. They look awesome. She loves them and wears them both rolled down or all the way up. I am thinking about getting a pair for myself. Great service as always. Way to go Zappos.

I love these boots! First of all, they came literally 1 day 1/2 after I ordered them online, talk about super fast shipping! I have to admit, I was a little nervous about these boots, but I tried them on and instantly fell in love! They are super comfy, the material is good quality and strong. They look even hotter if you pull them under your knee! I ordered them in black and have worn them every day since I got them. I am now ready to order them in maybe the brown? I highly recommend these Uggs.

My husband bought me these boots for my birthday, and I absolutely love them. Comfy, casual, without looking sloppy. My only is problem is that when I came here to Zappos to purchase them, I noticed that they were more expensive here than at Nordstroms. How does this happen. The only reason I shop online is to find a deal. Let's face it, going shoe shopping is much more fun at the mall, than it is behind a keyboard.

I honestly say that I have never been unhappy with the service Zappos.com provides. I ordered these boots for my fiance as a Christmas gift, and being a male and only listening half the time I ordered the wrong size. Oops. So I sent them back to Zappos and took the store credit option. When I got the store credit I reordered the boots in the right size and they arrived the next day. Zappos gave me free next day shipping. Talk about a respectable company. Whoever is in charge needs a big high five. Excellent work Zappos!

Awesome boots! I wear a size 7.5 but in Uggs I always buy half size down because they seem to stretch a bit. They are a little different than regular Uggs because they are sweater material on top and to me my feet got a little cold on top. Maybe wear socks with them if you are somewhere cold. Zappos did a great job and I even got them the next day with regular ground delivery.

You should order 1 size smaller than you would in non-UGG boots or shoes. I now have these in pink, black and gray. I love them all. I get so many compliments in the pink ones that it is crazy! I have wider calves and these fit wonderfully. I like them worn up more than folded over but both ways are great. They are extremely comfortable and well worth the money. They will last a very long time and I don't think that they will ever go out of style. I love these with leggings!

Love the boots, love the quick service from Zappos even more! Nordstrom sales lady ignored me, then disappeared into to the store room to find my boots. Didn't have my size or color in stock. Zappos got them to me the next day with no shipping charge. I love Zappos!

I was very excited to get these boots. I got them last year in late August for the school year, and I was pleasantly surprised. They are so comfortable. I also loved them because they were long enough to come to my knees (I'm 5'11"). My only problem is that when I wear them with no jeans, they slide down and look very messy. So I would recommend wearing these with jeans, and even safety pins if you want them to stay up like I do.

These boots have not left my feet since I bought them a month ago. That is except for the times women AND men have asked to try them on cause they look so cute and comfortable.\r\n\r\nI could not love these shoes more and the fig color looks great with most of my pants/skirts and dresses.\r\n\r\nAnd for you plus size ladies with a larger calf (myself included) this is a boot that you don\'t have to worry about whether or not you can pull them up. There is plenty of room.

I love my UGG sweater boots! They are so comfy, I wear them with jeans most every day. They do eat short ankle socks, but I find that I love to wear them with no socks at all, the liner is so soft and comfy. They do fall a bit with no jean or tights under them but I haven\'t had a problem with them stretching out. They do wear small, I usually wear a size 6, and ordered a size 5 which fit well. I want them in all the colors!

Absolutely adorable boots but sizing was a bit tricky. I generally wear a 9 1/2 or 10; I have a pair of the classic talls in a 9 and they fit perfectly with a little wiggle room at the toes. I ordered the cardy's in the same size (9) and was swimming in them; they fit differently than the classics with the heel being very very loose making it very hard to keep them on. I reordered in an 8 and they fit pretty tight at first but after wearing them a few times they've stretched out perfectly. In my opinion if you're debating between 2 sizes, order the smaller size because these puppies stretch quite a bit and too big is really hard to walk in.

Love these Uggs in Florida. I love these boots. I have wide feet and thick calves, and had no problems with these fitting comfortably. I usually wear an 8.5, but got the 8. I think these are great for Florida winters, especially since they can be worn low, tall, or slouched, and they go with everything from dresses and shorts, to leggings and jeans! I would not advise them in temps over 80; they do get a bit warm. I get tons of compliments from women of all ages, and men. Love my Classic Cardy Ugg!

I've never felt it made any sense to spend so much money on Uggs so I always went with the knock offs, but then I saw this shoe on Zappos and it had so much style. I just had to have it. Uggs are definitely worth the money. What a difference.Well, they arrived tonight and I should have listened to the other reviewers and bought it one size smaller than my normal size, because my normal 9 is too big. So I will have to exchange them for some 8s. I am devastated to have to part with these boots even if it is only for a couple days. I got them in Picante and it truly is a beautiful color.
